I went there twice and both times the person "who can answer questions" (apparently there is only one) was not there (was told she takes long lunches; it was 2 pm). I was assured a good deal so third times charm and while she was knowledgeable regarding products she had on hand, she was not forthcoming on sharing information that could impact decisions. After a delayed delivery (I did them a favor) I learned I would have to spend more on my remodel (still not getting what i wanted) due to information I did not have and did not know to ask. Her answer - no, what you got was standard, what you want is an option - sorry. Even after doing them a favor there was no suggestions or offer to get the order to match what i wanted - just, a "too bad" attitude. Her attitude supported why she didn't share information in the first place - she don't care. The tub was the highlight of my remodel and now my entire remodel is an expensive disappointment. Just for the heck of it, I went to Lowe's and then Home Depot to see if the service I got from Modern Supply is typical but both stores (especially Lowe's) did a much better job to ensure I considered all aspects of the products (tub and faucets) for my bath remodel. I thought I might get better assistance from a small distributor but lesson learned. I will stick with the big box for my other bath and kitchen remodel.

Dustin Wong of Re-Bath was extremely helpful in assisting us to redesign our kitchen, dining room…read moreand baths and to pick the right appliances for our kitchen. They removed a stone planter that divided the dining area from the open living room thereby opening the kitchen all the way through the dining room into the living/great room. They removed the ceramic tiles on the floor in the kitchen and installed natural hardwood floors throughout the kitchen and dining room to match the floor in the great room. We removed the 8' x 3' island that was in the kitchen and replaced it with a 12' x 3' modern island with a quartz countertop and 36" gas downdraft range. They removed the tile backsplashes and replaced them with glass subway tiles with modern glass inserts. All lighting was changed to led fixtures brightening the eat in dining area, kitchen counters, island and dining room. All new JennAire SS appliances were installed. All fixtures in the our 3 bathrooms were updated and led lighting installed in place of fluorescent lighting. Dustin managed the process and gave us an exciting modernized living area that we thoroughly enjoy and resulted in our decision to stay in Chattanooga rather than move to Massachusetts or New Hampshire.

Although I have an extended warranty contract on this appliance, multiple visits from their service people failed to diagnose, let alone fix, the problem. Despite being very busy and my not being a customer, they took the time to listen to my problem and recommended an appliance repair company they felt was best suited to fix the problem. Long story short, their recommendation resulted in the refrigerator being fixed within 24 hours. When I'm next in the market for any new appliance, I will definitely buy from AllSouth.
