Typical bed bath and beyond. The problem with this one is that things are all over the place with step stools and ladders in the way of what you want to purchase. The walls are way too high by the registers so the check out people can't even see you standing there waiting to pay. Really bad layout IMHO. read more

I will miss Bed Bath and Beyond when they close. They were good for stuff for your bed and even decorations.

Excellent. We pre-registered for our daughter to go to school at Montana State. They had everything that we needed ready for pick up. They also walked us through the store and helped make sure that we didn't miss anything that was on our list and even gave us suggestions for other things to add. Or specific helper, had a daughter at Montana state it was familiar with the residence hall where we were staying. This is extremely helpful because we knew then that we would need a footstool. I give the store five stars easily. The only downside is bed Bath and beyond is very expensive and they do try to upsell. read more

A small BB and B. My daughter had a gift certificate and we went to buy apartment things. Ended up with some sheets on sale. Very little selection and what there was seemed high priced even by Los Angeles standards. All the affordable stuff was gone. She will spend her certificate online. read more

The manager is rude! On sale I bought an item that when I brought it home and opened I found out it was badly scratched. The manager would not let me return it because she said the store clerk told her she showed it to me. Then she said it was my word against the clerk! The clerk lied about it. Further more she told me before the pandemic they use to return things! Now we find people use the product she said and return it! I called 10 minutes after I got home. I asked the clerk at check out why the item was on sale.She told me it was a return but was fine. I did not look...another clerk told me when I went back in for a return on it.."we don't do returns on sale items." They lie and are nasty. I will never recommend them read more

Disappointed today. Usually I'm greeted immediately upon walking in the door, and then I have at least two employees that will try to help me with what I'm looking for. Today, I walked in and no one greeted me, and only to find an older woman behind the checkout counter playing with her phone. I browsed around the front racks and her eyes finally met mine. No asking if she could help me or not, just went back to playing on the phone. After 5 minutes of no one approaching me for help, I headed for the exit. When the exit door opened it startled the woman playing on her phone and I simply commented, "Money out the door." I see why now a lot of business is done online. Better prices, and you don't waste your time hoping an employee will eventually come to assist you. read more

Usually people here are almost too helpful so I don't mind paying a little more for an item. However, on Sunday I had a pretty bad experience. I called the Bozeman Store looking for an item they had advertised in their mailer. Not a common item, but a seasonal one, the bean bag toss. I was transferred from one person to the next, then put on hold while a clerk went to locate the item. He got back on the phone and told me they had it in stock. I asked if I could put it on hold, but he told me there was no need since they had "lots" 30 minutes later my husband and I got in the car and drove to the store. The shelves where the bean bag toss were marked to be placed was empty. After looping the store twice we found someone to help us. He got on his walky and proceeded to ask if anyone knew where they were. He immediately got responses back that they were sold out and had been for a few days. What? I explained to him that we had just called and been told they had lots. He said we must have called a different store, I showed him the number I called, which was in fact their store. He shrugged and walked away. Basically I spent more than an hour calling, traveling to and then looking for an item that we were told they had lots of, then was treated with disdain when we came in to purchase the item. This is not acceptable. We were looking for another item as well, but since the guy walked away and didn't bother to ask if we needed anything else, we walked out and bought our grill supplies elsewhere. In the future, they will be the last store I visit for such items. Completely inept staff who could care less about their customers and selling their merchandise. read more

This place is an absurd joke! I've honestly not been this disappointed with a store in a long time...or a company as a whole, for that matter. I visited on 12-20-15 and spent the better half of an hour in there. The entire time, employees passed me up, not asking if I needed help. At first, I appreciated being left alone, and figured they were just busy, but then I visited again on 12-21-15 and realized it's because the employees just don't give a damn. I went in with a $50 gift card, and once again spent about an hour trying to get through the narrow aisles with a cart and an infant in his car seat. In the framed artwork department, there was a HUGE ladder parked right in the middle of the aisle. I tried to move it, but the stoppers were set down, making it impossible to move. It was very obvious that I was rather stuck there, but the young girl working RIGHT THERE didn't even bother to move the ladder, or even apologize. She just glanced at me, and turned away quickly to dig through a box of merchandise. Thanks...not. I went to the curtain department and searched through the mess that is, once again, being stopped in the aisle by another huge ladder and a big bin on wheels. Another employee came over, didn't apologize, didn't acknowledge me...nothing. Just put some stuff on a shelf and walked away. Finally, I found something I wanted and went to check out. The girl at the register was nice. The item I was purchasing was $39.99, and I also opted to buy two sets of hats/gloves at $5 apiece to donate to the Salvation Army. So the total altogether was $49.99. She swiped my card, and...nothing. She swiped it again, and her manager was nearby, whom she called over. Her manager was a heavier, tall woman with short, brown curly hair...and the attitude of a badger. The cashier said, "It's saying Authorisation Required..." The manager took the card over to another register and entered in its information, then came back and flippantly handed me my card, and said, "Yeah, there's nothing on there." She had an attitude of, "Who cares. Just leave". I did leave, and went out to my truck and dialed the 1-800 number on the back of the card and got ahold of Stephanie. She said the card had been swiped three times in the store, which had temporarily deactivated the card. What?? That is so stupid! But she did confirm the balance on the card. She put me on hold to contact her supervisor, and when she got back with me, said, "Okay, it's fixed now. We reactivated it. Go ahead and go buy the item you wanted". To confirm, I said, " So I can go back in right now, and the card will work?" and she said yes. So I went back in and tried to re-purchase the item from before, with the cashier who had overheard the previous issues with the card. She swiped the card, and very callously said, "Hmm, nope, it still doesn't like it." and handed me the card back. I said, "But I just literally got off the phone with customer service, and they said the card was reactivated, and that it should work." She just shrugged, shook her head, and said, "Hm, yeah, sorry about that..." I left, obviously, feeling really frustrated and PO'd, to be honest. They had no interest in helping me figure this out. They just were there to make a measly paycheck, since I'm sure BB&B pays them like crap. So I called customer service again, and had to exain the entire thing again. I got Jason, who seemed more interested in writing a bad report about the Stephanie girl I'd spoken with earlier than actually trying to solve the problem. He put me on hold for a LONG time while he talked to his team lead. Finally, he got back with me and said, "It looks like they swiped it too many times in the store earlier, so it's temporarily deactivated your card." No kidding. I already told you that. I asked, "How long is it gonna take before it's usable again?" He said, "Well, it depends on the credentials of the person who reactivated the card. Could be three hours, could be a day, a few days, a week maybe. It's hard to say." Give me a break. I hung up. No one at all was interested in actually fixing the problem or even being friendly about it (besides the Stephanie girl, who was actually friendly). The manager couldn't have cared less, and neither did her employees. No one offers a solution, courtesy, or alternative ways to solve the problem. A day later, and I've checked the balance, and it's still not there. Assuming this card ever works again, I'll use it, and then NEVER shop at BB&B again. That manager needs a write-up. She is so, so rude, and is losing the store valuable business. read more

Doris and the team at this Bed Bath & Beyond are amazing! We were shopping for college dorm items and we sent my husband back for the Coupon and on his way to get it - he was in a serious accident. The team held our cart of items, let us use the office to call an uber to take us to the accident and when I called the next day to ask about the items on hold - she remembered who I was and asked how my husband was and etc. We returned using uber (car is most likely totaled) and purchased all our items. Came to buy a Presto pressure cooker, but they were sold out so the gal let me buy the floor model! Which was super accommodating, however when I got home I realized it was missing the regulator that would've been in the box-- which BBB had thrown out . Called back and explained what happened and Kaitlyn hooked me up and ordered a new one to be exchanged for the old pressure cooker, which they didn't even have to sell me in the first place! So thank you BBB for being accommodating at every step in the process and thank you Kaitlyn for being so patient and cool. I can wait a few more days for my Mongolian beef! read more

I found a quilt that I really liked but they were out of them but they offered to order one for me.I agreed and paid for it and everything.I received an email telling me it was at the store, so I drove there and went in.After waiting for 20 minutes a lady finally came up to me and asked if she could help me,I told her I was there to pick up my quilt and she looked it up on the computer and told me it wasn't there and that fed ex hadn't delivered it yet.This was on Saturday, so I said I'd come back the next day and she snottily told me fed ex doesn't deliver on Sunday's! Like I know what there delivery schedule is like with them! So she said she'd call when it came in. Monday I went back and she told me it still wasn't there and she said I told you I'd call you, well the text I received said it was there lady! Then she went on to say that with college starting and all of the students in town it was hard to say when I'd get my quilt! Really? So now today I checked my messages and it said that it had been delivered to the store.Still no phone call from them and it's two in the afternoon! I will not ever order anything from them again at this store, they seem incompetent and snotty. I will give my business to Macy's from now on!-update it's now Wednesday and I still have not received a phone call from them,I called the store and they said yes it's here! I went to the store and got it.I asked to speak to a manager, when she arrived I told her how unhappy I was and that I never received a phone call from them letting me know my quilt was here.I also told her how rude the lady was that I had dealt with and I told her that she was snotty and condescending telling me that fed ex doesn't deliver on sundays to them, I told the manager" I don't know fed ex's delivery schedule with your store, I don't work here!"the manager just looked at me.She said she was sorry and that the lady who was supposed to call me had taken a few "personal" days.
