Inside, they had everything we needed for our stay in the mountains. The associate we spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. She knew exactly where things were without having to look anything up, which isn't always the case at other locations. They also have a Montana Gift Corral inside, and the associate there was helpful. She showed me where to find their huckleberry and chokecherry selections. I took my 80 year old mother there today to buy 2 new tv sets for her house. They refused to help us load them saying they were short staffed but I saw at least 12 employees working. I finally said if you don't want to help us load them then I will go to target where I know they will help. The guy said ok instead of offering to help load them himself. Came to buy slip-resistant shoes for work, and none of the sizes or types that were on the shelf correlated with the actual shoes. The employees seemingly just stuck them into spots they didn't belong in randomly. Probably a perfect location since its pretty much right across the street to our hotel. What better place to actually stock up on touristy supplies than walmart. Big jugs of water. Some glutein full mini croissants and cold cuts. Fruits and chips all for the drive down to Yellowstong Nat'l Park. The place is pretty nice actually. Its well kept, i didnt see anything wrong with anything at all. We came in for whatever we needed, we checked out and we were on our merry way. I would totally shop here again if given the chance. Why are all of the older employees here so absolutely uncouth discourteous? I just dropped $600 dollars on tires and when I handed over the keys and tried to explain where we parked our car, Dave cut me off with, "I told you it would be a couple hour wait." I replied, "I was just telling you where we parked", and his reply was a shoulder shrug and to stare at my wife and I. Not a word from him afterwards. I fully understand the wait time. How are you going to find my car, Dave? Are you going to talk around the lot in an egg hunt? I was on only trying to be civil and helpful. No thanks, no acknowledgment, just blunt rudeness. Not 15 minutes later at self-checkout I said good morning and asked the attendant how her morning was and she replied, "fine". Not another word. She literally just looked away. Every time I've come to this location it's the same story. Why does Walmart hire people who have zero interest in customer service? I honestly wish I could take my business elsewhere right now. June 2022, at about 2am in the early hours of the morning, I went to that Bus Station Pick up point in Walmart garden Bozeman Montana, to catch a Jefferson Bus from Bozeman Montana to Bismarck ND enroute to my final destination somewhere around North Dakota for a visit , Gang Members/ Hardened Criminals suspected to be assassins who where on a mission to attack me, of which I previously reported one of them to the Police few days before that day after he made an attempt to attack me with a knife and wild dog in a Hotel veranda, they traced me into the Bus Station at 2am with a gun and they where over four in number including the one that I reported to the Police few days before that day , on sighting them, I perceived they where tracing my movements and location and where I am heading to , as soon as they saw me observing everything they where doing including the way they gathered in a circle form and where holding a meeting, one of them pointed a touch light on my face and yelled at me not to observe what they are doing in the gathering, I kept mute and there after two among them came to me , one pointed a touch light to my eyes to blindfold my eyes so that I can not see and the other one came swifly behind the first one and pointed a gun in my head and started threatening my life that he will blow off my head, I started shouting to draw attention of the public and Law enforcement agencies, no Law Enforcement Agencies came and no body that heard my voice called the Police, it was then everything became suspicious to me. Please the general Public is warned about that Walmart garden Jefferson/ Greyhound Bus Pick up and drop off point at midnight in Bozeman Montana, it is not safe at midnight and it is dangerous to be there alone at Midnight. Thanks to Walmart for allowing those Bus Lines use it as a Drop off and Pick up point , but there is the need for a visible Security Patrol around that Garden and Parking Lot at Night, of which the Bus Lines can jointly fund along side Walmart, for the Safety of the Life and Property of passengers using that Bus Pick up amd Drop off point to travel in and outside Bozeman Montana with Jefferson/ Greyhound Bus Lines. We're trying to decide whether to call the police right now. A Walmart co-manager here named Danielle assaulted me. She also ripped my iPhone out of my hand and almost smashed it because I started recording what was happening. I still have the video footage of some of the event and somehow managed to keep my fingers on the phone when she grabbed it and prevented her from breaking it, while my boyfriend continually asked her to stop. I'm so incredibly grateful we're both extremely calm and peaceful people, as I don't even want to imagine how things could have escalated. My partner and I were testing out two bikes (which wow, we somehow still ended up buying, even though we were actually shaking and pretty in shock). Two different employees had told us we could test the bikes out in the garden area, and we weren't remotely even playing around or being silly with them or something. We sincerely wanted to check the gears and brakes and were very calm. We're both still just trying to breathe as neither of us has ever experienced anything remotely like this, but I'll update this later to share more details. Most importantly though, please stay away from this Walmart until this woman no longer works here. It's NOT SAFE. Please be careful with yourself and your family!!! read more

It said the item was in stock and would be delivered on Tuesday (I ordered it that Sunday). When I didn't receive the tree I checked the location and it was in Texas so clearly not in stock at the local store. Your doughnuts made our mouths burn. It started with a severe shooting pain in our gums and migrated slowly to what I can only describe as getting punched in the mouth with a crowbar. And, as optimistic people my best friend and I are, we purchased two mini pies and one mini cake. We were so excited, after eating nothing all day because of finals, it sounded damn good ! 6 doughnuts, 2 pies, a cake and a family size box of cheez-it's ? A beautiful compilation of indulgences. However, to our lovely surprise, the doughnuts were glazed with hydrochloric acid frosting complete with glass shards that quite literally made my mouth bleed, the pies were filled with a mixture of plastic fruit, gasoline and cancer, and the cake felt like a rock and tasted similar to a piece of styrofoam marinated in everything you've ever put down your friendly household garbage disposal. All I'm saying is, it's really not difficult to warn your customers of an oncoming hospital visit. But, I don't know what we were expecting seeing how most of our purchase was less than ¢50 a piece. Thankfully for cheez-it's, we managed to not choke on the rat poison they advertised as human food. Be cautious of your baked goods, and I highly recommend not consuming anything labeled "Baked With Pride", because you'll just be consuming cyanide. read more

No cashiers 3 trips in a row with my elderly disabled father; he likes (liked) shopping there. Other elderly people were expressing the ridiculousness of the corporate decision. We watched a wheelchair bound woman struggling to check out and the attendant couldn't help her; with COVID it feels awkward to ask another patron if they need help. How sad, but that's a different tale. Walmart was not cleaning checkout stations or carts that day. The fishing/gun counter wasn't staffed, and we already knew the bags have holes.
