I come here for My (hope I'm not misspelling) and that's it! She has done a wonderful job on my nails time and time again and her pedicures are like none other. If you like really thorough pedicures, where your technician really gets everything they need to get and paint your toes the way they are supposed to be painted, you need to visit my girl. But she's always very busy, so maybe don't visit her too much. I need some appointments, too. The shop is great. They offer you beverages, their chairs are very nice, and it's always pretty clean. I requested dipped nails to be safer for my nail beds. I thought I was just gonna get the dip on my regular nails, but she ended up placing tips to add length then dipped them instead of using acrylic. I thought she would use the dip to finish, for the color but she polished my nails because she didn't have a dip color to match my toes. I do not like my nails and she didn't clean my toes. My nails should be coughing shaped as well. My nails are lumpy with extra polish at the base, the polish looks uneven. The sides are not completely filled, polished or properly filed. I hate wasting money. I hadn't had my nails done in about a year so I thought I would treat myself but not again. Although I love the chocolate scrub. I'll do it myself! read more

This place is always warm and inviting! My number one technician is Cherry. Cherry is an amazing technician. She is always helpful and offering advice to help with dry and hand feet. She is very knowledgeable in her craft. Cherry keeps you engaged by talking to you and getting to know you. She isn't like technicians that I've had before. My nail tech Eric is amazing. Every set i get lasts until my next visit (every 2-4 weeks) with no chipping, no broken nails & my real nails are growing tremendously underneath because of him! I've been going to this shop for years. Started out wonderful however the professionalism and cleanliness of the shop has declined tremendously. The shop does not sterilize their tools and they use the same pumice stone on all of their clients (gross) Every time I get a pedicure my nail tech cuts very deeply and causes my toes to bleed. I got an infection from this shop called paronychia on my toes on both feet which is super painful. I do not recommend. The services are also very over priced. I do not recommend. read more

Your basic nail salon. I've been going here for years on and off. Every time I go I need up regretting going. I usually see Tina. I made an appt the day before and when I arrived she "forgot and didn't write the appt down." Went back a few hours later and feel like I should've went somewhere else. I feel like all my nails have a different shape. While there someone was looking for an appt and someone was talking to helping him and then answered their cell phone while talking to the customer. My feet have taken a beating during covid so I stopped here for a much needed pedicure. I was glad to see that each guest was greeted with hand sanitizer. I received great service from Lisa. She was attentive and made my toes look so much better. The best part of the experience was the scrub, mask, and then foot massage. Lisa really spent a good amount of time really massage my legs and feet. Yes please! Please note that during Covid, there is a $2 surcharge. Definitely wouldn't recommend! My pedicure was over priced and the tech didn't try to shape my toe nails. To make matters worse I use dip vs gel to protect my natural nails and after the tech removed my dip they told me they were unable to provide me the style I requested. This wouldn't have been an issue if they had told me that before removing my dip and having my natural nail exposed and provided me with a subpar alternative. read more

I never leave reviews but I've had it with this place. They do not do a good job consistently and they overcharge. I paid $35 for a color change on my toes. I asked for coffin shape on my natural nails and got 3 different shapes. I have very strong nails and a few days later my nails began to crack and break which never happens. I wouldn't even give them one stAr honestly. I came in and I asked for a simple service. I had acrylic on my big toe I asked for a pedicure but for the acrylic to be removed . Also I wanted one of my nails fixed one lady is doing my toes one lady starts doing my nail very fast and very sloppy she initially tells me they don't have any nude powder acrylic which is odd for a nail salon but I said okay and I chose a gel color . The first two colors I asked for she did not have . I'm not paying attention to my toes because I'm looking at the nail behind shaped etc . Apparently the lady doing my nails never took the acrylic off my big toe and proceeded to paint my big toe and when I asked her she said she forgot . While this is happening another lady is saying they also don't have the color for my nail I asked for 5 different nail colors they did not have them . This place deserves ZERO STARS! I was here yesterday and got my nails done it wasn't even 24hrs until all my nail polish started peeling off. So I called them and they said I can come and get them fixed. I come in today and walk in no one acknowledges me 2 people came in after me and they acknowledged them asked them what they were getting and seated them. Then I told one of the ladies I'm trying to get my nails fixed and she didn't acknowledge me she just looked at me and cut her eyes. Then I go to tell them about themselves and that they should acknowledge people when they come in no apology nothin just very dismissive. Thats basic customer service. No one comes to a place to be treated like a third class citizen. So the lady rushes and "fixed" my nails basically doing the same thing she did last time using the same polish. So we will see if this crap last. Will be doing an update. This is a go to spa for me. I don't often get my nails done but this is one of the few paces I do go and the only place I really get my eyebrows done. They always do a really great job on eyebrows, I've always been really happy with the finished product. I've never gotten gel here but I have gotten the basic mani pedi and the service is excellent. Everything is always clean and sanitary. The finished product is has always been very nice and I've never had a complaint about it. read more

I was off work for the day thanks to an episode of kidney stones. While hitting the Target there to pick up some Vicodin (hellooooooo blissful pain relief!), I took a look at my nails and decided eh, I have the time - why not get a new set put on since girlfriend at the other nail salon a couple of nights ago jacked up the nice set I had going. The salon is nice inside and looks like a comfortable quiet place. However, the lady who did my nails had a very shrieky piercing voice and she was constantly chatting with her co-worker in Vietnamese, which made the visit unpleasant. She was also a little rude. However, the set she put on was very well done and I'm quite pleased with them. I don't know if I'll go back but if I'm in the shopping center already and need my nails did, I'll go there. Total charge was $45 which was $35 for the full set and the take off of the old set, $5 for the gel nail upgrade, and $5 for the French manicure. This is comparable with other salons. read more

Stopped in on a Monday afternoon for a pedicure. Saw only a handful of other customers in the salon, yet I waited with my feet in warm water for about 20 minutes before a tech, Tina, approached me. She made both of my big toes bleed trying to dig out around the bed. Several time I pulled my feet away and cringed with pain. Within 2 days I had an infection in one of the toes that hurt to walk and filled with pus. Overall, I felt the staff was unattentive, the customer service is subpar, and the services are overpriced. No one clues you in to whats going on and only 1 tech was able to communicate with me in English. Go somewhere else. read more

This nail salon is the worst! I wouldn't have given this salon one star if I could! When I first started coming here years ago it was so nice, the nail tech were all licensed, the salon was clean and orderly, the nail polish es and materials was quality, now half of the nail tech are not even licensed. I was there one Saturday when they must have gotten word that an inspector was on the way. To my surprise, about four or five techs in mid-service started running out the back door!!! Ladies do not come here! I'm not going back and I had been going there for years. After about a year of not going due to the pandemic, I returned to find new management, poor quality acrylic and nail polish that they add solution to to make them last longer and that does is cause the polish to chip off of your nails faster! Last week was my last week because I had enough! Two days after my service, two of my nails had broken and the polish was peeling. I NEVER had polish peel off acrylic! Isn't that defeating the purpose of acrylic! because I definitely can grow my own nails! Ladies take my advice and save yourself a headache! So my sister and I was looking for a decent place to get our feet done. I came back to his place to give them a second chance. I ended up getting this young lady I saw doing a good job the last time I came. My sister got a lady I've never seen before. She was brown skin mid length hair. I'm enjoying my pedicure but I noticed my sister looked uncomfortable. I started to pay attention and notice the tech looked very unhappy. She didn't interact with my sister at all. She tended to her as if she was a chore she didn't want to do. The icing on the cake was when I saw her throw her foot in the tub and the pumice scrubber. I immediately asked for them to stop the service and asked for a manager. The lady acted as if she wasn't doing anything wrong. Make a long story short a manager never came and someone else took over the service. My sister was going to get a manicure but that was dead once that lady acted out the way she did. I hate to put this lady on blast but once she tried to argue with me that was it. I watched this lady for ten minutes rush through my sisters pedicure for ten minutes before I made a scene.Terri, Van, Cindy, and Lele I would recommend if you all want quality over quantity.
