Would give zero stars if I could. If you want honesty and transparency then go elsewhere because you won't get it here and here is why... I am helping my son purchase his first (new to him) car. We inquired about a 2013 Corolla, fresh trade in with no pictures, on Sunday April 26th right before close. I was told that someone would get back to me with pictures when the dealership opens the next day and the vehicle status because it wasn't even out and ready to buy. Monday I got pictures and a video. I responded back and expressed my high interest in the vehicle and asked to stay updated because as soon it was available to purchase I would come. On Monday evening I got an email saying it had just started the inspection process. I once again asked to stay informed because I would come out ASAP when it was ready to sell. Tuesday morning I got an email saying that that the water pump needed to be replaced, and new tires and it would be ready to come check out/look at on Friday because it was actively in the shop being worked on. Today (Wednesday) I get a text asking from the original person that took my inquiry on Sunday, asking if I ever got the pictures. I told him that I did and was told it was getting a new water pump but would be ready on Friday to see and purchase. He then replied with "great I am glad you got the pictures because we have people coming in today to check it out. I responded asking how that was if its being worked on. Instead of waiting for a text reply I called and was told that people are still allowed to come and peak at it and put a refundable deposit down that secures the vehicle for them. I was then pissed, because that option was never told to me. That isn't a common practice in my experience with used cars, I ran into this when looking for a car for my daughter last year and was denied every time. The person told me that the appointments were for the afternoon and if I beat everyone else out there and out a deposit down then it was ours. He then went to grab the keys and check that it was available and sure enough someone was already there and actively putting a deposit down. If I was told this option I would have come Tuesday morning. 2013 Corolla with 63k miles are hard to come by and the oh sorry's, we will let you know if something similar comes back up, don't really go too far. At the end of the day these scummy dealers got their sale and thats all they care about. They could care less about transparency and how they treat their customers. If you value transparency, do not give this dealership your business. Also notice, all the replies on google from the "Owner" are only to the good reviews. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they are "busy" and would call me when they get some time. I doubt I will even hear from someone. read more

I've been going to the Beaverton Toyota Service Center for probably 25 years with mostly good luck. Those days seem to have ended with a bang and I'll be looking for service elsewhere next time. I took my vehicle in on Monday morning to prepare for a long trip. At 118,000 miles, I wasn't surprised to hear it needed some major repairs. What I didn't expect is that it's now Friday night, five days later, I leave next week and all I hear, when I hear from them at all, is "tomorrow." Monday they said they needed to order a part that they'd have installed by end of day Tuesday. Tuesday at the end of the day they said they ordered the wrong part and my vehicle would be ready by end of day Wednesday. Wednesday I heard nothing. Thursday morning I tried calling to make sure I could pick it up. I left multiple voicemail messages without a return call so I finally got a ride over in person. It turned out that the rep I was working with was gone Wednesday and Thursday and just left me hanging. No one knew what was going on. They got me a loaner/rental and said the record showed that the part they needed arrived damaged, so I should try again tomorrow (Friday). Friday I called a couple of times to make sure I could pick it up and finally got my rep. He didn't say anything about a damaged part but said it was a chaotic day and they were trying to align it at the moment. My impression was that they put off even touching my vehicle until all the new customers were handled. My car was apparently not a priority since I'd been waiting 5 days for it at this point. I reminded my rep that I'm leaving on a road trip next week as I told him when I dropped it off on Monday. He promised to call back before they closed and he was sure I'll have it back tomorrow, if not tonight. They closed over an hour ago and he hasn't called. I'm at the point of wondering if I can call AAA to have it towed somewhere else or drive it elsewhere for the alignment since supposedly everything else is done. read more

They have left parts in my glove box with no reason or explanation, they've lost my valve covers to my tires and not replaced them, they've emailed approval of service, then claimed I denied it, even though we were on site waiting for the service. I've tried talking to a customer service rep named Kelly regarding an ongoing electronic issue, and they claim they've never heard of it, despite talking to me the previous day. had a very frustrating experience today at the Toyota dealership in Beaverton. I had an appointment scheduled at 1:50 PM and checked in on time. One of the staff members, Josh, told me the oil change would take about 1 hour and 30 minutes -- which already felt long for a basic service. I also asked them to check the brakes and spark plugs, and he mentioned it could take longer if anything needed to be replaced. That was fine with me. However, after waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes with no updates, I went to the front desk to ask about my car. The staff there couldn't find any information and had to go ask Josh. That's when I found out -- they hadn't even started working on my car yet. This is completely unacceptable. Why offer scheduled appointments if you're not going to respect people's time? I wasted over an hour sitting there with no communication, only to learn nothing had been done. I decided to take my car and leave, and I will not be returning for service again. To make things worse, Josh asked me if it was my first time getting service at a dealership, implying that 1.5 hours for an oil change is normal. My car has 190,000 miles -- I've had plenty of oil changes before, and this experience was far from normal. We ordered running boards for our new Grand Highlander Hybrid two days before they could got us in for service and it would take around 2 hours, but when she got there she was told it would take 4 hours. BUYERS BEWARE do not purchase a vehicle without checking with your lender directly. Gabriel Bolano was the salesman we dealt with and he informed us that we had an approval from OCCU but for us to be approved for the loan we would be required to buy Ethos GAP and Ethos New VSA which is a mechanical package. I'm in the buisness and knew that this was not true and is the reason we walked away from the deal. I specifically asked if the bank required these packages to avoid any and all confusion and misinterpretation , he said that approval would not go through without these Add-ons. I have contacted OCCU directly and confirmed that this was not true at the slightest and a report has been made to there dealer compliance team. I believe this is extremely predatory behavior from the salesman based on his knowledge that she was a first time buyer. Absolutely disgusting sales tactics that is Illegal. This is known as "conditional spot deliver or Tied selling" which is a classic dealership scam. I would like to mention I did call into the dealership and spoke with a manager directly which confirmed that the add-ons are not required for lending which is just damage control cause the only reason a customer would call and ask for double confirmation is if they know something is wrong but obviously this was not what Gabriel was telling us when we were inside the dealership! Do not let anyone trick you and always check with your bank if your gut tells you something is wrong! My wife and I have been car shopping specifically for a Sequoia for the past 2 weeks and drove to Toyota of Beaverton to look and compare pricing and inventory with 3 other dealerships in the area. After Tony, the sales person assigned to us had talked with my wife, my wife asked me to come in the dealership as I was just waiting in our parked car to make sure that they weren't busy even though we made an appointment at 330 pm by text with another person named Mike. Tony was handed my driver's license and as he returned it to me after he made copy, we discussed that they had a 2026 TRD Sequioa and a non TRD trim as well. I have not driven a TRD trim before and eager to test drive both to compare. Tony then stated that the dealership limits the mileage on the new vehicles so I stood up to leave as I've never heard of a dealership with these limitations before. Before I exited the door, I walked up to the area where Tony was standing, with 4-5 people around him who I assumed were other sales people and managers. I spoke in Tony's general direction to let him know not to call, text or email us anymore. As we got into our car to drive off, I drove past 3 sales people sitting on the bench right outside the door to ask who the manager was so I can relay my experience and just then, a man started to walk to our car and yelling that they already took a lot $12000 off and to stop bad mouthing him. This person's demeanor was threatening to say the least. Remember that I was in the car when my wife called me to sit where Tony was to copy my drivers license, so I haven't even talked about pricing with any of them so I was confused by this person's comments and he also was inches from my vehicle and told me to drive off his lot and I told him that I surely will as I've only experienced very bad customer service from his dealership and to ask his 3 employees that I made no comment aside from asking them the name of the manager. I drove 50 feet but this same person was still talking so I decided to stop and wait for him to walk and catch up to see what he still had to say. We explained our whole scenario beginning from excessive texts from Mike, the persistent texter since last week asking us to come and test drive to the policy they had per Tony about limiting miles to their new vehicle . If we had known about this policy then we should not have come. It was this time that he shook my hand and introduced himself as Josh, the sales manager. He proceeded to say he will talk with his people. I don't recall Josh apologizing for his behavior for not verifying what he thought I was speaking with his 3 employees before storming out of his dealership to confront me and my wife in our car. I've purchased a brand new 2013 Toyota tundra from another dealership before and kept it for 6 years before selling it and believe that Toyota is still an excellent vehicle brand but will never consider buying from Beaverton Toyota ever. To Josh- gather your information before you accuse potential buyers of bad mouthing you and storming out of your office building and confronting them. To the management- how can a buyer decide on trim levels if potential customers are not allowed to test drive the vehicles? Then we settled down to the deal. The "Clear" options were all a lot of expensive add-ons. We had no problem rejecting most, accepting some. Then came the price: exactly what was posted on the car, ONLY if we financed with them. If we wanted to just pay cash? I think it was $6000 higher. We bought elsewhere and are happy with our purchase. Toyota called us to ask about our experience, and the salesman did, also. Well Beaverton Toyota has been hounding me for a review, but I've been waiting to see if the problem was resolved. I' still waiting for it to rain more to see if the water intrusion into the cabin has stopped. They say they couldn't find a leak after have 6 weeks of searching, they gave the truck back. They acted like I wasn't telling the truth about the leak when they returned it. So now I'm waiting on rain to come and see. I'm not driving it because when the leak has happened it showed up after sitting in the rain for 3 or 4 day's. Maybe they unplugged something and didn't realize it who knows. But after 6 weeks of not having my truck and not being given a loaner I'm not a happy customer. Yes you read that right, 6 weeks without a loaner! They blamed it on Toyota corporate and corporate said loaners are at the dealer discretion. During this whole time Beaverton Toyota service would call and up date me less than once a week and usually because I called them. Only twice did the "my" service rep call me. Other times it was to tell me "he" in on Fridays or that he was off for a week, he was useless and acted like he didn't care about his job. So in the end I would tell customer that Beaver Toyota has horrible service and doesn't know or care. I have since talked to others that have told me this is what they have experienced too at Beaverton Toyota and don't go there anymore. I recently purchased a brand-new 2026 Toyota Tundra Platinum i-FORCE MAX (6.5 ft bed) from Beaverton Toyota -- an ~$80,000 truck. Within a week, I noticed the rear bumper and truck bed were visibly misaligned, with roughly a 0.5-inch difference between sides and the bed panel touching the bumper. What followed was, without exaggeration, the most frustrating customer-service experience I've had in over 20 years of buying new Toyotas. I emailed my salesperson with photos that clearly showed the misalignment. Their response? They said they didn't understand what I meant and told me to call the sales manager. I called Sales Manager #1, who said they would call me back. They never did. I left another message the next day -- again, no response. On my third attempt, after explaining the situation to the receptionist, my issue was handed off to Sales Manager #2, who at least acknowledged the problem and told me their shop could fix it if I brought the truck in. I made an appointment and drove out there. Instead of being checked in, I was told to pull aside so the shop manager could look at it. The internal notes on my appointment even stated: "GUEST STATES THERE IS A .5 SIZE GAP BETWEEN PASS AND DRIVER SIDE BODY PANELS." "INSPECT WITH SHOP MANAGER AND SQS." "EMAIL PICTURES OF GUEST'S CONCERN TO TOYOTA." I showed the shop manager the issue, explained the misalignment between the bed and the cab, and demonstrated it with measurements. We then walked to several other new Tundras, all of which were aligned correctly. Instead of taking the next step, they simply told me they needed to send photos to Toyota to determine if it was a defect. They said they "should know in a week" after the Toyota rep visited -- with no real plan, no documentation, no repair estimate, and no follow-up scheduled. This was on a Friday. Feeling dismissed and defeated, I contacted a different Toyota dealership closer to home. The contrast was staggering: they checked me in immediately, and within an hour their SQS manager confirmed the bumper was misaligned and sent it to a body shop for an estimate so they could submit everything to Toyota. Meanwhile, at Beaverton Toyota, I received no calls -- not Wednesday, not Thursday, not Friday. I left voicemails for the shop manager twice. No response. No follow-up. No ownership. Nothing. Beaverton Toyota was extremely motivated while selling me an $80k truck. But the moment the sale was complete, their customer service absolutely collapsed. No callbacks, no accountability, no urgency, and no meaningful help with what is clearly a legitimate manufacturing or assembly issue. For a dealership representing a brand known for reliability and customer care, this experience was unacceptable. Unfortunately, this has been the worst treatment I've had from any Toyota dealership in two decades. I am now working with the other Toyota dealer, who treated the issue seriously from the moment I arrived -- the way it should have been handled from the beginning. Called in, was connected to technician voicemail, voicemail box was full. Couldn't leave a message.. called back twice, customer service rep couldn't provide any information, said I would get a call back. No call back by 5 PM. Called again and got the same information. My experience was sort of standard with oil change and rotating tires. What made it GREAT was the way the follow-up was handled. After the service, I noticed my steering wheel shaking at higher speeds. I brought my truck back and the team went to work troubleshooting. There were a few mysteries that required the manager "Santa Claus" to get involved. Not only was my problem solved, the way I was treated was absolutely top notch! My truck has never been to any other service since I purchased it from this location. There are some 40K services I was planning to get done elsewhere. Our Prius developed a battery problem about a mile from Beaverton Toyota, so we took it there. They replaced the battery well enough but handed us a list of work that needed to be done. One item was "find leak" that I misread as "repair leak" because it was over $150. It turned out that the leak repair would cost over $4000. We got that information after they replaced bulbs and performed minor maintenance for a total of $711. Why didn't they tell us about the $4000 leak first? Ours is a 2010 Prius II with under 76,000 miles. According to the dealer, it is only worth $500. So why did they perform all the work after the leak. They claimed that it would be dangerous to drive the car with the leak. Who works on used cars without regard to the danger that the repairs will be more than the car is worth? Beaverton Toyota works that way. I asked to discuss this with a manager and waited twenty minutes before I had to leave. They assured me that the manager would call me. They never did. read more

I bought a Tacoma from Beaverton Toyota in early 2025. The purchase process was straightforward and easy. If I only had that experience to go by, I would definitely be a repeat customer. The reason for a 1-star rating is due to my experience with service. I brought my 9 month old truck in with 5,400 miles due to an oil leak and a head unit that was flashing and turning off every time I drove it. I brought it in the first time and was told they added UV dye to the oil to figure out where the leak was coming from and to bring it in after 500 miles. According to them, the head unit was having issues because I was using Apple CarPlay and the two systems weren't cooperating due to different updates. I was told to just wait until either Toyota or Apple comes out with a fix. I brought my truck back in after 520 miles to figure out the oil leak and at the same time I told them the head unit was still having issues and that I wasn't connecting my phone to the truck at all, so it definitely wasn't CarPlay. Long story short... I'm going on 3 weeks waiting for my truck because they've had to order replacement parts 3 different times for a faulty oil pan gasket and because the "Tech didn't get to it today", eventhough I was told this was his only vehicle on his list for the day. The oil pan gasket is something I have done in the past and know it is not super involved. I don't mind waiting to have it done under warranty, but it's beyond frustrating that I'm not kept updated on anything and have been strung along for weeks. Over the 3 weeks, I've had to call 3 times just to figure out if I'll be able to get my truck back any time soon. I've been told 4 different times that the truck will "be done today or tomorrow morning at the latest." I'm still waiting. I can't even imagine going through this if my truck was out of warranty and I was paying for the fixes. Next time I need service I'll drive a further away to go to another dealership. I live equidistant between Beaverton Toyota (BT) and Royal Moore Toyota (RMT) in Hillsboro. I needed to purchase 2 bottles of Toyota 50:50 antifreeze. Looking online at their parts website portals, both places had the antifreeze at a similar price with RMT being slightly cheaper. Trying to consolidate a few errands, I elected to order the items at BT using the website purchase portal. The price showed correctly in the shopping cart and only after I entered my payment info did the final page pop up, with a surprise! They added a $5.00 "handling fee". Seeing this, I did not finalize the purchase and went through the same process at RMT. No handling fee. Final price was exactly the price listed on their website for 2 jugs of coolant. Price gouging using a handling fee at the very end of the transaction is ridiculous and should not be tolerated. We are all sick of how expensive car parts have become and to nickel and dime customers with a bogus, quasi-hidden handling fee. This experience should be a warning to anyone considering doing business with BT. Ironic that their advertising mantra is CLEAR, touting complete transparency. Really? read more

I had an awful experience at Beaverton Toyota. My son's 2012 Corolla went in for a blower motor replacement, and after waiting a week for the part, they told me it also needed a new fuse -- quoted at $352 ($177.99 for the fuse itself and $175 for labor). I knew a fuse is a $5-$20 part that takes minutes to replace, so I told them over the phone to stop the work and that I was coming to pick up the car. It's a 45-minute drive for me, and by the time I arrived, the blower motor had already been replaced. I don't know if they did it before my call or while I was on the way, but either way, my clear request was ignored. The bill for just the blower motor was over $700. I told the advisor I wanted a price adjustment, since he had already admitted he could work with me on the fuse price. He left for a few minutes and came back saying he had taken $190 off. But when the cashier rang me up, the discount only showed as $58. After I challenged it again, he came back and told her to remove something from the parts section, which finally brought the total discount to $200 -- lowering the bill from about $711 down to $511. The whole process felt dishonest and manipulative: quoting hundreds for a simple fuse, completing work after I had told them to stop, and then playing games with the numbers on the bill until I pressed hard enough to get the truth. Later, I went to Pro Automotive in Scappoose, where they replaced the fuse for free -- proving just how outrageous Beaverton Toyota's quote was. I will not be returning. DO NOT GO HERE I went in on Saturday to buy new TRD wheels for my Tacoma. I left my truck with service to get my tires mounted on the new wheels, a tire balance, and an alignment. I was quoted a price for these services before leaving my truck. A few hours later I received a call from my service advisor telling me he forgot that they'd have to switch over my TPMS sensors to the new wheels. This added $200 to the cost that I was originally quoted and I probably would've brought my truck somewhere else if I knew about this from the beginning. I was not called when the service was complete and only knew that it was when I saw my truck parked in the parking lot. A few minutes after leaving the dealer I noticed that something felt off. My tires were clearly not balanced. I called a few minutes before closing and made an appointment to come in on Monday to have it fixed. Monday morning I get a call from my initial service advisor saying "you should've called me" even though he wasn't working when I called. He then said that I should wait until that Wednesday to come in so the tech who originally did the work could "fix his mistake". I said I did not want to wait that long for service and asked if I could be seen immediately since this was a mistake on their part. I was told I couldn't "skip the line" and would have to wait at least a few hours and that they had no loaner cars available to give me. So, I leave work and show up at the dealer where I'm told they actually were able to get a loaner. The woman who helped set me up in a loaner showed me a list of at least 20 cars to pick from. When I noted how many options there were she said "yeah we have a lot available today" - funny how I was told by the service advisor that they didn't have any available. After a few hours I pick up my car and - guess what - the balancing is even worse this time. Time to go to Les Schwab Don't waste your time at this dealer for service. read more

I genuinely have an anxiety attack now just trying to schedule an appointment here because I know it will be something. So, I give them credit for trying to sort of make good on my headlines which are still not resolved. Alright, quickly... headlights are oxidized and I was told multiple times they would and could fix - there were zero, "This may not work"...the opposite. SO, I pick up my car and the guy first says how great they look till I look horrified because seriously, it was way way worse. They tried again and made it even worse so they offered a discount to replace the headlights since that was now my only recourse and it is so bad it legit impairs the light from my headlights - like REALLY BAD. But to replace them is 1k! OUCH. SOOOO... I had the money saved but during the maintenance it was found I needed a major (conveniently totaling 1k) thing and they said they would give me the discount on that and also notate that I get the discount still for the headlights. Life during the pandemic has been rough to us all and I have been trying to gather the funds for the headlights. In the now... FINALLY get the courage up to just get the maintenance done and upon intake I mentioned the headlights (hoping maybe I'd have some stroke of on sale luck or something) but nope, same 1k. Says appointment for regular service like 1-2 hours and confirms I will wait. An hour in and I get the - we found all of these things. I say yes to the immediate and hold off on three 'concerns' and it says great... working on it now.... I started at 2pm and get a call at 555pm (nearly 4 hours later (if you are unskilled at math) saying that they realized TWO HOURS AGO that they do not have the part to finish - can I just leave my car there? Ummm...not unless you feel like giving me a rental since I would like to get home. I am told it it right by the doors... thankfully a very energetic crew member saw me and my look of horror staring out into the car lot while clutching my cane - already in immense pain from sitting for four hours in chairs that were unfriendly during the first hour. He found my car...on the other side of the building. The next day as just under two more hours and I appreciated it being less than I thought after they gave me some discounts. This time I actually tried to hunt my car down since she said something similar for my car location when, as another energetic person seeing me death gripping my cane found my car which was, this time on the opposite side of the building...so I guess the test to you getting your car back is if you can find it. read more

I wanted to write a great review but, alas, I have to be honest. So here goes: The good: No negotiation on Price, what you see is what you get. Only have to work with one person on the transaction. Prices seemed to be better than other dealerships within a 50-mile radius. Never felt like anyone was pressuring me to buy. People at the dealership were generally nice. Salesperson was patient about letting me test drive more than once. I like the car I purchased. The bad: You can't put a down payment on a car that's in "allocated status". You can't put a down payment on a car that's in transit to the dealership over the phone OR online, you have to arrive in person. Seems weird. You can't just order the model you want from the factory. Once the car arrives at the dealership, and they call you and tell you it's available to come and put a down payment on, you have to drive there as fast as you can because it could be sold out from under you if another salesman's customer gets there first. (I live 20 minutes away and this happened to me twice!) If you have questions after the purchase (ie: regarding registration adjustments etc.) nobody seems to know the answer, so they tell you they will have your sales person call you back, or the manager will call you back, and they send you a text saying that one of the above will call you back and then they don't. I just pray that the car doesn't ever have mechanical issues because I feel like they would never get resolved. Glad I don't buy new cars every year. read more

We just experienced zero customer loyalty. I will never do business with Beaverton Toyota and will never recommend them to anyone I know. We waited six months for a car and when we got the phone call to come in and put a deposit down. I got confirmation from a sales person that they found 100 other customers and whoever got their first one. That is not customer loyalty. Buyers beware . read more

These guys tried to charge me $120 for an oil change and a general inspection and up to $300 for a few light replacements. When told them that seems super high and that I've gotten oil changes for like $40 before they practically laughed in my face and made me feel like that wasn't a thing anymore. So I said go ahead and do it... as soon as I left I called diamond auto repair and they said they'd do it with the general inspection for $50. I went back in, demanded my keys back and said I got a deal for $50 and the guys jaw was on the floor. Idk if he thought I didn't have it in me because I'm a woman or what but not today bruh... don't waste your money on these guys. Support your local small businesses auto shops and save more than half of your money. read more

I am in the middle of dealing with Beaverton Toyota. They purposely make things inconvenient and difficult for prospective buyers. Their sales managers are unreachable by phone, and they insist that you visit the dealership in person to do anything...and now they are making me come in person to get my deposit back. This is a big deal for me because I live 2 hours away. I have dealt with other Toyota dealerships in the area and assumed that Beaverton Toyota was as easy to work with and cared as much about their customer's experiences as the other dealerships, but I was ignorant and wish I had done more research before signing the deposit. I can only imagine how challenging any follow up would be with them if anything went wrong with the car once I had purchased it. read more

After shopping for tires online and finding the brand I wanted, the manufacturer had Beaverton Toyota as a local option. Since the windshield wipers were malfunctioning on my Venza I decided to buy the tires and get the other problem diagnosed. No problem with the tires. But I was charged $130 for diagnosing the windshield wiper problem. I was advised the motor was bad (on a 3 year old car I thought?). I was quoted $650 to replace the windshield wiper motor. There was 48K miles on the car and not covered under warranty. I found a salvaged one for $75 and decided to see if it was a simple install. Upon accessing the wiper motor I immediately noticed the wire casing was worn away and a wire had been broken (perhaps from the motion of moving parts). But it was very obvious that the mechanic who diagnosed the problem did not even look at the motor or compartment where the motor was housed. I simply repaired the broken wire with .10 cent connectors and fixed the problem. I'll be returning the purchased motor. They could have made a simple repair for the $130 charge, but it is obvious the problem was not even looked at. I do not recommend this dealership for mechanical issues. read more

Drop off and break down to decide maintenance for my car was fine and easy everything else was a mess I was recommended to replace all my freaks and I approved that upon pick up I found out they only did the front and when I questioned it my advisor appeared annoyed that I questioned it when it was a mistake with the suggested recommended service from the tech and he also wasn't talking to me decided to just ignore me and talk to my boyfriend when it was my car. My wife, I and twin daughters were in the market for their first vehicles and it was also a college graduation gift for them. After weeks of narrowing the choices, we decided it was either going to be a Honda CRV or Toyota Rav4. A few days prior, we paid a visit to Beaverton Honda and we were not greeted there kindly (see my other review). I'm glad we decided to go with the latter and what a wonderful experience it turned out to be; from the very beginning when my wife and I drove-up to the dealership, meeting with our salesperson and closing in on the deal. Everything was truly a transparent experience. My wife and were going to be running errands near the dealership so we both said what the heck, let's go to Toyota and see what they have to offer. Prior to this, I had sent out an online inquiry to the dealership about Rav4's. I was very impressed with the quick response when I got a text message from Teri Dodson, customer representative, within the same hour and within 30 min we were headed to the dealership. As soon as we parked and arrived at the dealership, we were met with a very welcoming and positive atmosphere. Many salespeople and employees were scattered about the lot and eager to help. One younger guy approached and helped walk us to the main showroom after we told him we were interested in a Rav4. Now here's the funny situation on how we met our salesperson, Dan Sorden. While we were walking to the showroom, I caught the eye of a sharp-dressed man, dress shoes, suit and all; the total gentleman dressed to kill, standing near the entrance of the showroom. My wife and I said hello and he greeted us back with a warm smile. I was under the impression that we had just met the General Manager of Beaverton Toyota. As we continued into the showroom, the young man told us to sit tight while he went to look for a salesperson. A minute later, that same sharp-dressed man approached and formally introduced himself. I was like, "Hey you're the same guy we just said hi to a few minutes ago". Dan greatly understood our needs and immediately made himself fully available to us. He was our guy! He explained the differences between all the 11 different trim levels of Rav's from the Woodland Edition all the way up to the Limited, key features, etc. Dan left my wife and I the key and told us to turn on and get familiar with the vehicle all while he was getting us some hot chocolates. No sales pressure at all. After we spent some 15-20 minutes tinkering around and getting familiar with the vehicle, we took the vehicle out on a spin. We were so impressed by the vehicle that we brought our daughters for a test drive the following morning. One challenge that we faced was looking for a particular white color and after one of the Sales Managers was kind enough to share with us their allocation list, we new it would be months before its arrival so we had to make a decision on getting one on the lot now or waiting a few more months more. With this information at hand, we went home to share this information to our daughters. The following day, we were able to bring the twins out to test-drive the car and see if it was something they would be interested in owning. Dan provided us the keys and off we went, this time test driving the limited edition. One of my daughters immediately fell in love with the vehicle so we decided to settle on purchasing it. Dan surprised us even more when he said he found another limited hiding way in the back lot; a silver and black color which happened to be one of daughter's color choice. We were there from 9:30 am and finally closed at 4:30 pm. A large chunk of the time was spent test-driving the vehicle but the deal in itself probably took about 2hrs or so due to all the paperwork and logistics involved. It was a very tiring experience but well worth it and our daughters got to experience a car deal first hand. Save time and bring the necessary paperwork with you. We opted for the upsell of additional products and protections and since it was our daughter's first car, I think it was well worth having these added. Dan was very kind to my wife and daughters. After we closed the deal, we walked out in the rain to my daughters new car. Dan went over all the important controls one by one with her while the 3 of us sat in the back seat. He treated my daughter as if she was his daughter as well. The entire process involved working solely with Dan alone- we were not shuttled to multiple people and nobody else was involved in the sale which makes this a truly remarkable buying experience. We never even saw the finance person. It was all taken care of by Dan. We are so thankful that Dan sold us the vehicle and our meeting was truly meant to be. Dan made our car buying experience worthwhile. Thank you Dan and we're looking forward to our next deal when our other daughter is ready for her new car hopefully sometime this spring. read more

Two years later, we purchased a Crowne Signia from Beaverton Toyota. This is our second car from them and after driving it now for a few months, I can say we are still very pleased (we just took our first road trip). We ordered the car and waited for it to be delivered. We are very pleased and we know that if we buy another car it will be from Beaverton Toyota. We've literally been coming to these folks for service for 20 years and have bought two cars from them. Great business. read more
