This buying experience was one of the best I've have ever had. We found a couple vehicles we liked and booked the test drive appointment. When we got there our assigned representative was ready and available. They had the vehicles already pulled up so we didnt have to roam around the lot forever in 100° weather. After we decided on a vehicle we started the financing process. The whole thing from start to finish took about 4 hours. They don't budget on their prices which is a little annoying but at least they stick to it. Melvin was our rep and he was fantastic. He was very cognizant of our time and our private information. He was really fun and easy to work with. These guys have terrible reviews but my experience was amazing and I would recommend purchasing from here. NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER. Stopped in at the service department to discuss issue with 2018 Accord EXL 2.0L and spoke w/Andrew. I explained a/c not blowing cold but Honda extended warranty on a/c and I wanted oil change. I also had concerns about transmission lurching/surging and explained what it was doing. I explained that I have brought up my concerns about the transmission before to both Dick's Hillsboro Honda and Beaverton Honda in past visits for oil changes and was told this is normal. I mentioned several internet searches about these 10 speed transmissions showed up frequently for that model year having the problem as I described. Advisor researched and said only bulletin was for a/c and nothing on transmission and that my car was not 10 speed. We scheduled appt. for oil change, a/c diagnostic and tranny diagnostic. He stated two seperate fees for both diagnostics and that if a/c condensor was issue then fee would be waived and covered under warranty. I later got home and did more research and sent this, Honda Service Bulletin (TSB) #19-091, issued on November 10, 2019, addresses 10-speed transmission shift quality issues in early production 2018-2019 Honda Accord models equipped with the 2.0L engine. I had my car in to your service center on Friday for an oil change and some recalls. I noticed when I got home that the tech sprayed tire shine all over the bottom half of my car. It's as if they just kept on spraying without stopping from tire to tire on both sides and the back. I'm not sure how difficult this will be to get off or if it will negatively impact the paint and trim but it is pretty disappointing. I brought my car to the dealership thinking they would take better care than an oil change shop but now I find myself researching how to mitigate damage. To make matters worse, they have no email address to send complaints to. You have to fill out their online forms and it makes you click a box consenting to let them or any of their vendors send you telemarketing texts forever. They told me they would resolve the issue. As I drove away, I also noticed a scratch on the dashboard that was also not there when I had test drove the vehicle. I informed them immediately. ***DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN AND EXPECT FAIR TREATMENT AND WANTING TO BE SCAMMED*** On April 30th, I took my Honda accord (2011 around 90,000 miles no big issues) to the dealer and was evaluated by Van Bath (mind you I've been coming there for years) and asked to get a quote for my AC because my AC was not giving cold air. For the evaluation for my AC he charged me 415.66!! Just for evaluation. He was adamant that it needed to be checked for that price (it wasn't until a couple months later that the range for an evaluation is between 200- $300 max). I said ok, thinking maybe I would get something useful out of it. When I got the evaluation later, Van came up to me and told me everything needed to be replaced and that my car had so much more issues than the AC (AC condenser and compressor needed to be replaced) The Bill was looking to be around 6000!!! And with this economy I definitely couldn't afford that. Therefore I asked him and told him 'well if it were you what should I replace them?' He scoffed at me and told me 'well you should just get a new car' (as if anybody just has tens of thousands of dollars just laying around). He repeated this multiple times when I went to go pick up my car and I felt extremely uncomfortable and felt like it wasn't worth doing. Turns out when I went to another dealer they replaced everything I needed for around 2000 and ALSO said my condenser DIDNT need to be replaced and that the dealership was way overcharging and did not give a fair price. Oh and btw I left a message to the general manager expressing my concerns about vans attitude toward me (rude and condescending) and he never called me back. I went in for my appointment and was told it would cost $385. I let the manager know that I was quoted the $282 from both Honda establishments. He said I was quoted the A service and couldn't do anything about that. Seems odd that both places quoted me the same amount when I specifically said B17 twice - just to be certain. Oh, Beaverton Honda. How foolish of you to ask me for a review. Been getting my car serviced here for several years. They could have done so much better. Every time I go in, I get a different service "advisor". When I go to discuss the desired service and repairs I want, I get dismissed. I don't mind paying extra for good service, convenient location and comfortable waiting area. What I do mind is half a$$ed service and exorbitant prices! Every time I take my car in, they want to buy it from me. I love my car and if I wanted to sell it, I'd bloody sell it. Last time I came in for service, I told them what I knew it needed and asked for them to inspect it for other issues. I okayed the work I knew my car needed, dropped it off at 11:00 a.m. agreed to leave it for 6 hours! I heard nothing all day. No text no e-mail, nothing. Finally texted the service advisor at 5:30 p.m. to check progress. He acted like he had spaced it out completely. Texted me back 5 min. later and asked if I wanted the work done! Wow! I had received no report and didn't until I picked her up at closing time. I even said I could leave my car for another day. The charges for evaluation didn't go toward repairs and I was way overcharged for labor, as I knew it was a rush job. They shot themselves in the foot, because if there was better communication and customer service, I would have authorized them to go ahead with other recommended service. My experience with Beaverton Honda has been so consistently bad, I would not send my worst enemy there. Well, maybe I would. My car always turns out worse in some area than when I took it in. Last time, they told me my water pump was "excessively leaking" and in an attempt to coerce me to pay them to fix it, they didn't even put ANY coolant in. I drove to a Jiffy Lube after and found out it was TOTALLY empty. That could have caused me to get in a fatal accident, but Beaverton Honda didn't care; they just wanted my money. I teach college level business and what this company does is exactly what studies show does NOT WORK to keep customers. They are egocentric, sales oriented and excessively late, uncaring, bad at what they do, offer a subpar product and experience in terms of customer service. So far since going there, my oil leak got worse, my car started rattling, my car seat settings no longer works, and they almost got me in a potentially fatal accident had my water pump blown and/or timing belt gone out. The worst reps are Gary, who is an absolute, bone fine chauvinist and talks down to women (I have three graduate degrees and he talks down time like I'm a child) and Sal, who repeated six times in a matter a five minute conversation that I had to pay $95 just to have them look at my car (which they did and then left me with ZERO coolant without warning me, trying to manipulate me into paying them $2,000 to get it fixed. I do NOT recommend this business, will never go back, and strongly advise anyone who cares about their car, wallet, and self-respect, to NOT go there as well. read more

I have been pondering how i should go about this review...Let me say to begin, that Nick was my salesperson, if you could call him that. My decision not to purchase this car was made before I even took the car out to test drive, but he looked like he needed to be humored. I arrived about 11am i believe...the time really doesn't matter. As I was walking in, a sales person (who appeared to be taking a break) kind of half-heartedly asked me of if I had any questions. I found this to be very odd since I had just arrived and even if I did he wouldn't have been able to answer since he was on break. Upon entering, I was approached by Nick. He honestly didn't look very professional wearing a hat and a very odd outfit for a car salesman. I explained that i wanted a hybrid that didn't have to plug in. I was expecting to see a Prologue, but it turns out this is a full electric, which was good information. Nick asked me if i wanted leather or cloth and i specified cloth. He asked me to wait while he pulled a car up. I waited longer than I was expecting to. He showed me the auto trunk feature and advised that it had back up sensors. Then he opened the passenger door...leather. Straight away I mentioned that I requested fabric. Nick shrugged his shoulders as if to not even think that it mattered what his customers wanted...at this point he had lost the sale. I was clearly upset that he didn't listen to my request, then he said that i shouldn't get mad or something to that effect...then he suggested that I finish my Pepsi while he went to get a cloth model. He returned with a "Trail" version which i never specified, but it was at this point i realized (by his exclusion), that only the models with leather came with back up sensors...the fact that a "Trail" didn't have these regardless was odd to me. As I was getting in to take it for a test drive, Nick told me to "Have Fun", not once, but twice. This was a strange statement. Did he think I was gonna take it for a joy ride a la the valet parking guy in "Ferris Bueler's Day Off"? This experience was less than fun, so it was a little late for that. I took the car out for a short drive around the area...came back and basically said I was not happy with the car. I didn't feel like complaining about him while I was there. He tried to give me the "Honda lasts a long time" speech, but I cut him off. This was a very disappointing visit. But I am very happy with the Hundai I will be purchasing. read more

I'm sorry to our service worker for this low rating. I know they need 5 star reviews. Van seemed very nice and helpful and there was nothing wrong with the service on my Honda. My complaint is that when I went to pay my bill with a credit card, I was told by the service rep that I would have to pay 3% service charge. This means that Honda is passing VISA's service charge onto me, the customer. I mean, I guess it's OK that they do this BUT, NOBODY AT HONDA TOLD ME that they would do this to me. Could they have? Yes! Absolutely!! They made it clear on my initial call to them that I would have to pay $95 just to have it looked at. They could've told me at that point in time that I should be prepared to bring cash or a debit card if I wanted to avoid the pass-through fees. It's pretty uncommon for companies to pass credit card fees on to customers and I got stuck with the 3% service charge because I had no opportunity to prepare in advance. I was pretty disappointed in my recent experience at Honda. I had a flat tire over the weekend and needed to purchase a new one. It took 2.5 hours to replace the tire. The problem arouse when handing me back the car... I am a senior with a disability that requires me to use a hand break. Never had a problem with this until today. The repair tech felt the need to dismantle the entire hand lock and part of it was left on the floor and the other part on my seat. Simply no need for this whatsoever (Only requires ro take it off the brake pad) Putting my handbrake back together requires tools I don't have so i had to hunt down the service rep (Who was professional) to tell the mechanic he needed to fix this and put it back on. Well the mechanic was already on the next car so they had me wait another 45 minutes for the mechanics mistake When i finally did get my car back, I saw that he still had not put the spare and its tool kit back. Apparently, this was beneath him. I am a senior with a disability in both legs so for me to do it required going through alot of uneeded pain grrrr Well I was planning on talking to them regarding a possible trade in as they had been sending me info on it. However, after this last ordeal I am gonna pass. Today I was visiting the service department at 650am for my first time in my brand new car. I was greeted by a service department agent with banging on the window from the inside as well as him yelling at me about how I can't leave my car in the service department line while I was waiting for them to open, specifically waiting for 8 minutes, as clarified by the agent. I was told that having my car staged in one of the service lines would prevent other cars from accessing it (5 service lanes)(Seriously??!!) I was questioned whether I had an appointment, which I confirmed a 0700 appointment. All I wanted to do was step out of my vehicle (staged with 2 others also waiting) for the remaining few minutes as I waited to be granted access. Instead, I'm greeted with banging on the window and yelling from the inside the building, among other things he said he seemed to be questioning my entire purpose for being there. A level of unprofessionalism that should be endured by none. I don't recommend any interaction with that service department agent and I am sorry that this service department has such representatives for them interacting with the public. read more

I took my Element in today for a passenger airbag light being illuminated. First, when I went to go drop off the car, my technician (Van Bath) tried to tell me the red passenger light SHOULD always be on if there is no passenger or weight in the seat. That if nothing is in the seat at all, that red dash light being on is NORMAL. This is not normal. If a red dash light is illuminated it means there is some disconnect in communication in the car - it could be as simple as a dirty belt buckle messing with a sensor, or serious as an airbag failure. The light does not sit on red just because. When I was unconvinced, he tried to prove to me this was normal by having me sit in the passenger seat to show it would turn off after registering my weight. Surprise surprise, it did NOT turn off. He finally capitulated and said they would take a look. Then, after a couple of hours, I got a call saying that the whole car had been hodge podged together using a bunch of different parts from different Elements. That the front passenger seat was not the original seat and was from an earlier year. And likely because of that there was something not connected properly in the harness or dash, and they needed another $200 to pull the seat off and the dash apart to properly look and see what is going on. First of all, my Element is an 07. The passenger seat in question has the seat belt IN the seat. 07 was the first year for Elements to get an in-seat seat belt. While the seat MAY be from another Element (it's an 18 year old car that was discontinued from production 14 years ago, parts from other Elements is not unusual) it is literally impossible for the seat to be an earlier year. Not ONLY was the 07 the first year for in-seat seat belts and side air bags, the floor was re-designed and 03-06 seats aren't plug and play. So. Not only did Beaverton Honda tried to gaslight me into thinking that I was crazy thinking a red dash light is an issue by saying it's not, they don't even know the specs of the cars they are working on, and they didn't even actually take the time to diagnose the issue. Avoid Beaverton Honda service, and avoid Van Bath. I can't say anything about other service people at this location, but they have a 2.6 for a reason... Edit: I just scrolled down 2 reviews. Another woman was told she needed her AC Compressor replaced. Also by Van Bath. Van had nothing to give me about my seat belts, but what did his diagnostic include: "your AC Compressor needs to be replaced, and your radiator isn't leaking...yet, but because of the AC Compressor, it will soon, and is bent in a way that needs to be replaced too." Our experience buying with Beaverton Honda was great! It was such a welcome change to be able to deal with one person through the whole deal. I especially enjoyed skipping the obligatory, dreaded finance guy at the end of the purchase. Our salesman, Ron Chirrick, didn't pressure us at all and was super helpful with all of our questions. This review is for the salespeople that were congregating at the sales station and all glared at my wife and I as we made eye contact with them trying to draw their attention while walking around the main showroom finding some help. We happen to be there because we were picking up our car for servicing and were also interested in checking out the brand new 2024 CRV. Both our daughters are graduating from college this April and we were looking to purchase two vehicles. When no one approached us, we decided to approach that same sales area, and the only person that was interested in entertaining us was Ernesto while all the other sales people look dumbfounded. Nobody even took the initiative and asked us a question such as can I help you, sir, ma'am? Once I was able to get Ernesto's attention, he kindly stepped out from the raised area and brought us out to one of the CRV that they had on the lot. He opened the car up, showed us around the cargo space and interior and we were even able to go inside and check it out. All of this was done while it was raining outside. He didn't mind at all. I think the sales people there huddled around in a group should have another training session of how to handle potential customers instead of just staring them down and trying to judge them based on what they look or hide they're dressed like whether or not they could afford to buy a vehicle. My wife and I easily make six figures so maybe they profiled us as being dumb Asians that didn't dress the part should be no way to treat potential customers. Just to give point of reference; my wife is an RN and I'm an Electrical Engineer. As for Ernesto, you have a great attitude and people get along with you. Once we got you out of that environment, you took your time to entertain, listen to us and understand our needs. If you have the money you'll be treated well. If you don't, keep your guard up. As a female, I felt undervalued in my knowledge. In the past this Honda has helped me with some issues regarding my 2006, not even at 200K yet. Recently, the steering column cylinder collapsed. I paid $95 for a quote and had no idea what else was tried or considered. That $95 doesn't go towards the cost to fix. I felt pressured to pay $1395 for the fix or trade it in for $500 or $1000 towards trade-in. It's worth more than that. I had it towed again at no extra expense on my insurance and got a 2nd quote $350 less (Honda parts.) I ended up getting a new battery too which was not even tested at Honda. If you want to buy used at Honda there's no wiggle room and obviously the mark up is higher vs private owner. I go my 2006 off Craigslist. It's been a great purchase. I may go that route again. I'm in the market for a new or newer, used CRV but going to take my time and see if interest rates drop. I'm disappointed as I'm not sure if I'll go back to this Honda. I had my car in for a full service.... or at least $600 worth of service and a month later the battery died. after the car was jumped all the warning lights were red. I panicked and called Beaverton Honda service. they said to not drive the car and have it towed in and they would get to it on Monday. but since I was in Eugene I called Kendall Honda's service. I was told this happens when the battery has died and the warning lights just need to reset and to drive the car and they would reset themselves. that is what I did and one by on3 all the warning lights went from red to green. the car has been running perfectly. so glad I didn't listen to Beaverton Honda's advice! read more

This Honda Service dept is easily the best dealer service center I've worked with. They're friendly and genuine. They easily handle things other shops in town can't seem to grasp at. They don't sell to you, rather they are polite and direct. The facility is nice, and they have a café for you to hang out at inside. I can't stress enough that they really are experts. I came in with dash lights galore, which have perplexed two other local shops. I received a correct diagnosis of my ABS module faults, and they didnt get offended when I told them I would be replacing it myself. Referral credit goes to GillS Point on Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway who told me all about how I should take my business to Honda of Beaverton becasue an abs code and clanking tie-rods exceeded their knowledge at GillS. Props to Andrew at Honda for outstanding service. Props to the team for always giving my car back sparkling clean. The whole inspection was less than a hundred dollars. Nice! read more

I'm not sure why the Yelp reviews trend negative for this dealership and service center. I've been bringing my 2021 Honda here for over 2 years. Each time, I'm greeted by friendly people and my SUV is promptly serviced ... following Honda's servicing guidelines. I'm often told it'll be done at noon, for instance, only to have it ready early. Riley, my last service coordinator, went through the "report card" item by item... and described the service my SUV received as it was his 30k service time. Also, if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned Honda, their inventory is amazing. I walked through the lot on my last visit (4/15/2024) and was impressed. Brought my car in to be detailed and they destroyed my car seats and returned the car to me with white cleaner residue literally everywhere. Not to mention the took my floor mats. I brought it back to be fixed since the car was so disgusting. They managed to clean off most of the residue from the cleaner but they didn't do anything to the seats. Now even weeks later if I try to wipe down my seats with a wet rag the detergent that they left in there bubbles up and foams. Any little drop of water from the rain leaves marks on the seats from all the detergent. It's disgusting. And they basically told me, to bad there is nothing we can do. It's just ridiculous that you bring a car in for a detail and get it back looking worse than it did before. Now I'm looking at having to pay $2500 to have my seats redone. But I guess at least they found my floor mats and gave them back to me. I have been bringing my car here since I bought it at the end of 2015, the service has been declining since 2020 and this was just the shit show to top it all off. so after 7+ years as a customer I don't think I will ever go back. I bought a 24 Honda Accord 3 months ago from B. Honda. Problem 1: there was a nail in the tire causing a slow leak. I had to get repaired on my own. Two months in, July 1st, I hadn't received my new plates. I called them. They said they couldn't do anything until the temporary license date was about to expire. I waited. Three days before expiration I called again. B. Honda told me they had sent the plate out MID MAY, but it had a wrong address and was sent to Salem DMV. (S0 they could have told me this when I called 3 weeks earlier). They said I had to call the DMV. Very upsetting since I gave B.Honda the proper address and now they say I have to fix it. They did Fed ex a new temporary sticker that'll last 2-3 weeks. I called B. Honda again and told them I wanted them to order and send the plate. They say they can't. They gave me a DMV number that they said is a Direct Line that should make it fast. It's the general line and now I'm on hold for general entry for what the electronic message says is 25 minutes. Don't trust what staff at Beaverton Honda havew to say. They don't know. It's all BS. Go somewhere else. read more

Confused... I drove out to the Beaverton location this morning for an oilchange. Lined up in the Express service line before they opened at 8am. Noted, that there were 5 cars lined up in front of me. After about 15 min of waiting a Honda rep walked up with a tablet and asked for my name and what time I had scheduled. I told the young man I didn't have an appointment, but needed an oilchange. He kind of rolled his eyes and said, "let me check to see if there's any openings" and walked back in the building. He came back with a card and said they're all full for today - and to call and schedule. Good service - Be aware of upsells, know that service upsells is a major way dealerships make money. Came in to get my CRV serviced for the A1 maintenance minder code. Check the maintenance codes for your vehicle and make sure you only get exactly what you need. Beaverton Honda had a good deal for an oil + filter change, tire rotation, and car wash for $65. An "A1" service code means just an oil change and tire rotation. At Beaverton Honda, they incorrectly stated the "1" sub item meant door/hinge lubrication, which was completely unnecessary, charging additional $33, make sure to decline this as the "A" service seems to already cover tire rotation. They also recommended transmission service, brake fluid service, and "fuel system service" - which isn't in the owner's manual at all. Adding up to over $700 of additional unnecessary services. If your car has a maintenance minder system, look up the meaning of the code and make sure to only complete the service you need. Horrible service and straight up lies!!! They missed a rats nest under my hood TWICE!! I have taken my car here twice for oil changes. I have had an issue with my window washer fluid system not working and both times they missed TEN FEET of chewed through tubbing, rodent droppings and a foot wide nest in my cabin air filter compartment. My service advisor, Lance Smith also refused to help me when I asked him to look up if my car had any recalls! He claimed I would need a separate appointment for that even though it's as simple as typing my ViN into a computer. How lazy and unprofessional! He tried to get me to pay $700 for multiple services even though my car only has 16,000 miles and is practically new. Yet he refused to help me with the two issues I actually needed solved. After I declined the additional $700 service he told me it would be "just ten minutes". An hour later I was still waiting and had to go up to his desk two more times before getting my car back. But it's clear there is much more incompetence going on at this dealership than just with Lance. I decided to take my car to another shop, Ger-Brock in north Portland for a second opinion. They actually checked all my fluids (which were perfectly clear) and they immediately discovered my washer fluid issue-there was a huge rats nest under my hood!!!!! Honda claims they did a multi point inspection- so how on earth could they miss this??? They claimed to have checked the cabin air filter but it's CLEAR they didn't actually look at it, because they would have seen the nest and the literal chew marks in the filter!!!! My wiper line had been totally chewed apart and was actually leaking INSIDE my car. All of this and yet Honda didn't notice. I understand that they recommend certain things at certain mileage or age. But what really upsets me is that they obviously don't even check those things and try to upsell you even when it's not necessary. I was straight up lied to that the wiper fluid and filter was looked at. See the photos below for proof they were not. Now I wonder did they even change my oil???? This place might be ok for an oil change, but if you need literally anything else get a second opinion. This service department and Lance Smith lack integrity, quality work and it's clear they simply are not doing their jobs. I HIGHLY recommend Ger-Brock. Brought my CRV in for an oil change. The techs ripped the wire out of my dash cam. Not sure what they are so afraid of me seeing. The camera is only on when the key is in the run position. So 1 minute of the oil change but the destroyed the power wire ripping it out. I had recently spent $226 on new lug nuts at the parts department. My 2002 CRV requires 86 ft lbs on the lug nuts. When I got my car back the torque wrench did not click until 100+ ft lbs. They destroyed my brand new lug nuts. Horrible shop do not trust them with your car. read more

I have had a very horrible experience with Beaverton Honda. I took my 2000 Honda Accord with 104 thousand miles on it into the shop on December 27th 2024. I told them the car was very hard to start and when it does, it ran very rough. They took my car and Gary Garcia the service advisor said the Spark plugs were the problem along with my motor mounts and seat belt buckle switch were bad. They replaced the Spark plugs and motor mounts that cost 1625.00 dollars to replace. They did not have the buckle switch in inventory. I picked up my car and on the way home, I stopped at a store. When I restarted the car it had the same hard to start problem. I immediately returned back to the Honda dealership with my Dad. My Dad talked with Gary the service advisor and my Dad said that he looked the symptoms up online and told Gary that the IAC and throttle body needed cleaned. Gary also told my Dad with me standing there that all of his technicians are younger than the age of my 2000 Honda accord. That they may not have seen this type of problems with a Honda so they may not have the expertise to diagnose the issue. Gary called a few days later and told me that the parts needed to fix my 2000 honda accord would cost approximately $2500 dollars and that your car was not worth fixing. Gary told me that you should just junk your car out. I called up Gary on the phone I believe on the 2nd of January. I asked him if I could get a refund ($125) on the labor for the installation of the spark plugs since it did not fix the issue. Especially charging me all this money and then telling me to junk my car out. He would not offer anything back on compensation. With my car having only 104 thousand miles on it I was very reluctant. My Car has been very hard to start every time I try to start it. My Dad then went online to see how to clean the Throttle body and IAC. I watched my Dad work on it for about 1 to 1-1/2 hours. It has been starting every day and runs smoother than it has in years. I have and my family have owned numerous Honda's and have been happy with them. My Mom just bought a New Honda from Beaverton Honda last year. I believe that Gary was very unprofessional at his job, as well as not being considerate of a single Mom with a child on a very limited income. I just do not have the money to go out and purchase a new car because Beaverton Honda could not fix it. I hope that The the owner of Beaverton Honda see's this review and makes this right. Do not come here for service on your honda! I brought my car in after it died to have the starter replaced, and it cost me 1400 dollars. After paying this and picking up my car, I was barely off the lot when I realized that the instrument cluster on the steering wheel no longer worked and that the driver side door buttons didn't work either. I immediately went back and asked the service guy to help and take a look at it since there wasn't anything wrong before the car was serviced. I was told I needed to pay an additional 100 dollar fee to get it looked at EVEN THOUGH THEY BROKE SOMETHING. After continuing to speak with the service guy, Van Bath, tried to lie to me and say they couldn't have anything to do with it even though they had used the instrument to check the oil life. I asked to speak with some kind of manager, and was told he had left and was given the manager's card and told to leave. I said this was ridiculous, and I wasn't leaving until speaking to someone who could actually help. Finally, the shop floor leader was brought up, and he said it was totally something they could look at for free and if it was an issue they caused that they would handle it. John from the shop floor is the only reason this place even gets a star since he was the only person who was actually helpful and wasn't trying to screw me out of more money. It was obvious the service guy saw I was a young woman and thought I was either to stupid to not catch on that they were lying or that I would just pay the money. 30 minutes later I get a call back that they had blown a fuse, and when I picked up my car Van didn't even attempt to express empathy or apologize for a mistake that they had made.
