Dr. Rosales handled both very skillfully. The filling is on the outer face of my tooth, and it was immediately unrecognizable from the surrounding surface. Not to mention that he always calls to check on me and see how I've been recovering after the procedures. I'm still recovering from getting my wisdom teeth out last week, but I'm glad I came to him for it!

My bad I didn't ask enough on my first two visits but the concerns have been resolved in today's visit. Receptionists and dental assistants are still very nice, helpful & thoughtful. Dr. Tsang tried his very best and did a great job on fixing the diastema and reshape without numbing. This time I asked lot of questions, make sure there was no miscommunication and on the same page before the fixing processes. Dr. was willing to explain and communicate, which ended up I am satisfied with the results, no pain, that matters the most in a dental visit - GENTLE WITH NO PAIN!

I had proceeded with it initially, it was meant to be a multi-series of appointments, but my next one got cancelled and I had a gut feeling, so I never pursued setting it back up. I went to a dentist a few years later, magically none of the issues I had were what was presented by hygienist in 2021. I started seeing a new dentist again this year and again, I was reminded how all of these supposedly severe issues I had in 2021 weren't a thing. I thought it was just important to echo what you're seeing in the other reviews here. It feels like this place is just trying to rack up money rather than actually provide care. There's better places just in driving distance. It'd be even better to pay out of pocket somewhere else than whatever might happen to your pocketbook here.

Penny-wise and pound foolish, perhaps, but two times in a year has done me well so far.) My only gripe is a minor one. I like continuity and having the same person do my cleanings. I had Tui at first and then it was another one whose name I forget but she did it perhaps twice so I was growing accustomed to her. Last time I went, they had a person who was, per what she told me, a temporary person. She kinda rushed it, with no nice comments or feedback regarding my flossing. About which.. I can't remember if I mentioned it but their previous comments gave me a complex about my flossing. So I switched to that Oral-B charcoal and mint where the floss is black. And it is so satisfying to floss with it and actually see the plaque that is scraped away. It shows up against the black thread of the floss. To be candid, I was waiting for some props on results of the improved flossing and felt a bit deflated when they never came. Oh well... first world problems as they say. Of course, nothing is perfect and the best evidence of my satisfaction level is my continued and expanding business with the doctor. A few weeks after that I scheduled an appointment to get my teeth whitening, the results were great considering that I had braces and noticed that my teeth had a different shade to them. I did the two week home treatment and the one day in office treatment. Loved the results! Many people have noticed that my teeth are super white from my treatment and I can say that it was well worth the investment. The staff here is amazing! The front desk staff is such a sweetheart, her personality and energy is beyond amazing. Michelle is a sweet heart as well. She has done xrays for me and did my in office treatment for my teeth whitening. Hands down these women are amazing including the doctor. I love coming here and never get anxiety because they create a safe space and make you feel comfortable.

He is a little bit expensive but totally worth it. Like many of his patients, my family has stayed with him for the 25 years he has been practicing. Between us all, we have had a lot of work done and always been satisfied. It is just a bonus that he knows us well too. He focuses on preventative care which is really nice. When I was a kid, he would joke that I had "the curse of the tooth-fairy" as I had teeth come in with holes in the enamel. As a consequence, I have had more sealants and fillings than I care to admit. I never realized how spoiled I was to have a good dentist until I moved away and had very bad experiences with random dentists in college. Since moving back, although I am no longer next door, I religiously make the trip to get my teeth cleaned here every six months to stay off any major dental work (the hygenists are great as well). I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist.
