From my very first interaction with the office, I knew I was in good hands. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help me understand my dental insurance benefits. They actually informed me that my coverage would be much better if I waited until my benefits officially kicked in--a detail I had no idea about. They worked with me to schedule my procedure accordingly, which ended up saving me a significant amount of money. Dental insurance can be incredibly confusing, so I truly appreciated them taking the time to explain everything instead of just scheduling me as soon as possible. During my consultation, Dr. Lee thoroughly explained the procedure, answered all of my questions, and gave his professional recommendations without making me feel rushed or pressured. By the time I left the appointment, I felt informed and confident moving forward. Like most people, I was extremely nervous on the day of surgery. But from the moment I walked in, every single staff member treated me with such kindness and compassion that I immediately felt more at ease. Dr. Lee has a very calm and reassuring presence, and that made a world of difference for me. The procedure itself went as smooth as butter. Before I knew it, it was over! The hardest part was simply the healing process, which is expected with wisdom tooth extractions. At my follow-up appointment, Dr. Lee carefully examined everything to make sure I was healing properly and reviewed the aftercare instructions and protocols to help prevent infection and ensure a full recovery. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Lee for helping me through something I had desperately needed for a long time. Living with impacted wisdom teeth was miserable, and I finally feel relief. I'm equally thankful to the front office staff for helping me navigate my insurance and making the financial side of everything so much less stressful, and to the surgical assistants who were so kind, patient, and comforting when I was honestly pretty scared.
