Polite staff, clean spot with lots of amenities! The pool closed a little too early for us to enjoy, but otherwise this was a great stay for the price. They have a few little cabins and open spaces for tent camping. Lots of options for little kids with the playground, horseshoes, corn hole, and a game room. They also have a community bathroom and showers, both of which were very clean and well kept! It's a little out of the way being at the north end of town, but it's fun to drive down "Main Street" to get there.

Keep in mind that this is not a really nice RV Park, this is not what they call an RV Resort, however, he park was super clean and the staff was amazing. We arrived early and the super nice lady let us check in. I've been to other parks where they made us wait. At first we did nit like our specific location so she let us look around and we moved. Our site was clean and everything worked great. The electric box was new and worked perfectly, the water pressure was good and the sewer system worked great. PRICING - "5 STARS" This particular RV park has great pricing. We were here in May and we paid less then $100 per night. We noticed that there were alit of people coming in just for one night. Big RV's pulling a car. Most of them did not even disconnect their pull vehicle. I understand that there is a lot of things to do in the Beaver area but we noticed that most people just kind of pulled in, git some sleep and moved on in the morning. CAMPING - "4 STARS" The camping is OK, nothing great about any of the sites, however, with that being said I guess all the campsites are clean, everything is new and all the hook ups seem to work great. We ended up with a couple great spots, there was two of us so we had a nice campsite in between our rigs that we hung out in. RESTROOMS & SHOWERS - "5 STARS" The restrooms and the showers are not good they are great! Very clean, lots of hot water and because the park was nit very busy there were no lines and we could take our time. THINGS TO DO - "5 STARS So we just chilled but we were told that there was great fishing in the area, lots of off-road trails and there is a really KOOL dairy farm around the corner that makes greasy cheese, ice cream and has an awesome restaurant that we highly recommend you visit. Inside the park there is a swimming pool, corn home, Frisbee Golf and a place to run your dogs. We drove up in to the mountains and played in the river. Absolutely beautiful!! THE CAMPERS "5 STARS" We only met a handful of people but everyone was super nice. CUSTOMER SERVICE "5 STARS" The customers service here is great. The person on the phone was really nice and the person that checks you in is great. There was a lady working the store that has been with KOA for something like 30 years. She was super nice! OVERALL "5 STARS" At the end of the day this is a really nice old school RV Park. I think unease told that this place has been here once the 1960's and is one of the original top 50 KOA RV Parks. If your passing through Beaver and you need a nice, clean and friendly place to stay please check this place out.

    Spacious, level sites.

Quiet, clean park a bit off the beaten path. Generous, level spots with picnic tables. Friendly, personable folks in the front office and the store, which has quite a bit of quality offerings. Nice landscaping and the best dog area our dog has had the pleasure of investigating! We would return.

LOTS OF TREES! WE GIVE THEM TWO THUMBS UP!!!

we had read the prior reviews of "no trees" so this was not our first choice. but, it was our only choice. wow! there are trees! beautiful grassy areas and walking paths. nice areas to walk dogs and a play yard. the bathrooms/showers were clean and spacious. the staff were all friendly and welcoming. the price was average for what we had been encountering since texas, nm, and az.

Great place for meeting half from NE to CA. Pit Stop for rest, eat, play and pitch a tent. Although its in the middle of nowhere, there is some peace and quite. Beautiful views and solitude. Reconnect with earth. Thumbs up.

This was a nice campground. Tons to do for kids a nice pool with a 2' end for smaller kids, horseshoes, frisbee golf, bean bags, tether ball....only tip I have is you have to share electrical with your neighbor. If you run on 30amp and your neighbor got there first have an adapter to use the 50amp otherwise you have to share it...if they're sleeping already you're out of luck.

We stayed in a tent spot and it was clean, (much cleaner than the Motel 6 and no flies!) They had fun areas for kids to play including a playground, corn hole, a pool table, one video game, and even a dog park. There were trees and just overall pretty great for the $30. The only thing we didn't appreciate was how close we were to the freeway we could hear the trucks.

    Campsite, early morning

One of the nicest KOA parks in Utah. Pet friendly -- has a nice small enclosed dog park. Lots of amenities, clean, not far from the freeway, biking distance to some quick food locations, open surrounding areas give it a restful and peaceful feel. Open until 8 PM, which was better than other RV parks in the surrounding areas.

Trees and beautiful grass on the tent sites. Great for hammocks!

Loved this spot! It's a little in the middle of nowhere, but it's gorgeous. You can see the stars at night, there's beautiful grass, and the bathrooms are clean. Everyone was nice too!

    Having fun in beaver!!

Sadly I have to rate this business with at least one star, when NO STAR would be more appropriate!…read more I was a lone woman on a road trip, and on August 6, 2023, I grew extremely tired and knew, for all those safety reasons we hear and read about, that I needed to find a safe, public place to pull over and close my eyes. I exited the freeway hoping to find some shade (temps were in the upper 90s), in a public place, where I could safely park for a brief time and I happily saw the sign for the Beaver Camperland, in Beaver, Utah. I spoke with the proprietor at the office, explained my situation and how I just needed some shade where I could close my eyes for 30 minutes. To which he said, "OK, that'll be $10." I realize this is a business, out there to provide a service for campers, and it wasn't a LOT of $$, but whatever happened to being a kind human assisting another human who is alone and tired and only needed some shuteye in the shade of a tree on the lot? It wouldn't have caused any hardship on him or the business?!? Just WOW! Needless to say, I was shocked and disgusted and I left, found a speck of shade behind a quickie mart -probably not a very safe place, but rested for a short time, then went on my way. NOT NICE!

Most of the people here appear to live here full time. Wouldn't recommend if not self contained, since they lock the bathrooms up, allegedly from 8 PM-6 AM. We're usually here late fall and late winter. We do not shower in our trailer to avoid introducing excess moisture in. Two weeks ago we tried the bathroom doors at 8AM and 11AM...still locked and so was the office.

We stayed at the North campground for three nights and then the overflow area for two. There are a few other camping areas as well, there is a south, and then at least two or three additional camping areas near by. I found them all when I got lost hiking around. The camp spots are not all created equal, some a far better then others, and without knowing the area first, you can't possibly know if your getting a quality spot. We reserved a space before we left. When we got there, we found that the place that we had reserved, did not have a flat space for a table next to the RV spot, we would have to hike up and down a little hill to get to a table every time we wanted anything. It just didn't work for our style of camping this time around. We spoke to the camps hosts and they let us switch spots to another open one with no problem. The next plot fit our requirements much better. Although its good to know that not all spots have a water spicket. Each lot does have a fire pit area with a flip style sort of grill, but no BBQ's. There are bathrooms, just toilets, the hand sinks don't work because they say they are trying to conserve water (although I just found that really odd, because I would just go to the spicket and wash my hands). The bathrooms are clean, and well maintained. Also, the lake was not very yielding. You had to throw back anything under 17", which was everything that was caught by my group. All in all, it was a fun, quiet place to go and I would recommend it to any outdoor lover. Next time I go, I will be tent camping and I will probably stay at the South campsite for that.

I have ruminated on whether to post a review, but am still disturbed by the unethical business…read moresituation that took place during my stay that I am unable to disregard. On February 22 I searched online for a 5-day stay with my desired amenities. Since my stay was to be in June, I knew it could be hot and I researched several parks in the area considering sites that were shaded from the south and the west, which is the hottest time of day in an RV. I do have AC, but choose not to use it, if site is properly shaded. I reviewed Google Earth and found Site #2 to accomodate my needs and paid an extra $20 to reserve that specific site. My confirmation clearly stated, "Site -2 Site # is guaranteed." When I arrived on June 16, I was met by friendly park owner, Glen. I advised him that I was in Site 2, which was occupied. He explained that the people in Site 1 had friends that he put in Site 2 to be next to them. He went on to explain that he had moved me to Site 3, which had more room. There was absolutely no prior communication provided for this change and no mention of a refund of the $20 site guarantee, as I would have likely not stayed here had I been informed. I inquired about shade and he advised that there was a good shade tree on Site 3. The tree provided shade in the morning, not in the afternoon. Now it was too late to book another campground, as it was hot and any campground with shade would certainly be booked. Further, the internet was mediocre. We stayed the 5 nights, but still are extremely disappointed with the business practices and lack of any communication regarding a site change at Circleville RV.

They constantly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Upon arrival, Tanja said that we could pick any site that we wanted and we ended up choosing #17. This north facing full hookup site was very level and comfortable. She stopped by later and gave us some fantastic literature on the local area, including Scenic Byway 12 drive and Bryce Canyon. My AT&T phone had zero bars so I couldn't use my hotspot. Luckily the campground wifi was pretty good. We were also able to program 20 over the air TV channels. Additional bonus: the tap water is soft and drinkable. Yay! Laundry was a terrific bargain at $1.25 to wash and $1.00 to dry. Showers and restrooms are small but clean. Tanja's endless generosity was truly incredible. Here are some examples: 1. She gave us a metal firepit and lots of free wood to burn. No campground has ever done this for us. Wow! 2. Tanja observed us polishing and waxing our coach with a small buffer, so she borrowed 2 larger buffing machines from a neighbor and then offered them to us to help get the job done faster. What amazing kindness! 3. She let us borrow a sturdy ladder for several days while we performed some work on our coach. Our initial reservation was for 1 week but we ended up extending for 3 more days because we enjoyed this place so much. Thank you Tanja and Glen for a wonderful experience! TIP: stock up on groceries prior to arrival as there aren't many options in the local area.

Great campground, perfect amount of space, well attended and well maintained!…read more This was one of many stops along a 14-day cross country and we could not be happier that we wound up here! This was actually our 1st time in a KOA and so happy we chose this one and this town! The town is a 1 traffic light town, small and down-home, the campground is just a few blocks from the downtown center and the entire campground was ready for tents, trailers, diesel pushers and even cabins that they rent. Pool and dog park were our 2 main choices for the stop, an awesome lake about 10 minutes outside of town for fishing, a great small town restaurant "Cowboy's Smokehouse" a couple of minutes away, antique shopping for those into that, just an overall perfect location in the heart of Americana! Sites are interesting in that they are "buddy sites" they door to door your campsite side to the next trailer, we loved it because we met the people next door much quicker that way. Also met everyone around us who were having a major cornhole tournament while we were there, they were fun, very open and great neighbors. I honestly was a little worried about the noise but that squad shut it down at 9pm and were quiet as a mouse, not that we really cared but their game was pretty intense for a while! Walked around and met a lot of the other people in the camp, a few full-timers and a few nightly space renters like us, really great ownership in a clean and nicely run camp.
