Driver told me how I was not going to get my salad, but he would bring me the pizza, and I was given the wrong Pizza.
Tayla D.

I am only writing this because Uber support is ignoring me and I'm hoping that the restaurant will be able to accommodate my refund. Last night my friend and I ordered a salad and a vegan pizza on her Uber account. Waited a very long time, and received half of an order, and it wasn't even mine. It was a chicken pizza. I ordered a vegan pizza. With salad. Received no salad. Received the wrong Pizza. Uber support will not get back to her. Please help and I will delete this review. Mistakes happen and we understand that, we just need a refund on this order.

Stuffed Cheesy Bread
Adina S.

This place is great for delivery and the portion sizes are substantial. The chicken fingers and onion rings were delicious, but definitely on the greasy side. The cheesy bread was also great, and even had some spinach stuffed in it. I'd recommend after a night out.

Inside. Is that hookah?
Tashombe H.

Ordered take out fish and chips online. I noted that i wanted double fries instead of salad. I got double fries. The portion was plentiful. I was pleasantly surprised. The fish and were hot and not too greasy. The guy at the counter was pleasant. He offered me an umbrella since it began to rain while i waited. They also serve beer and wine. And (i guess) hookah at some point in the day. This place sits off from the street - behind another building. Theres maybe 2 parking spaces. The dining area was clean but the kitchen and counter looked cluttered compared to when Pizza Pie-er used the space. If the mg/owner is reading- Have employees take smoke breaks around the back or at least a little further from the opened front door!

ABSOLUTELY THE MOST DISGUSTING EXCUSE FOR A PIZZA I HAVE EVER SEEN. THIS PLACE IS STRAIGHT TRASH.

How this place has any rating above 1 star is beyond me. I ordered a large cheese pizza and it was literally the most disgusting thing I have ever put in my mouth. My girlfriend forced down two slices before almost vomiting an hour later. The pizza I received looked nothing like the website pictures at all. We received a pizza that looked like it had been sitting out on a deli counter for about four hours, and tasted even worse than that... Shame on this place for putting out such an absolute trash product. I would rather have eaten ANY brand of frozen pizza over this trash. Legitimately could not be paid enough to ever try this shit hole of a place again. 10/10 would not recommend.

Hair in my gluten free pizza
Paige S.

I ordered a gluten free pizza on grub hub for lunch at work. Food was delicious until I found hairs in my pizza... Will not be ordering again

Chicken parm sub

Beauty's is my favorite local sub/pizza/gyro/pasta shop! It's no frills with huge servings with fresh ingredients loaded with cheese and sauce. My go-to when I'm feeling lazy is the chicken parm and she truly is a beaut. This place knows what's up.

Small Chicken Parmigiana Pizza. So good!!
Nicole B.

Came back again for their amazing chicken parm pizza and was amazed one again. So good! This time I drove over and picked up order myself and was pleasantly surprised. Such a cute and welcoming place! Can definitely see this being packed in non-covid times. They even have an outdoor seating area! Hopefully I get to come back and get the real full experience but until then, pickup/delivery work just fine!

Pepperoni Pizza Italiana Pizza. 2/10 not recommended
Ian C.

I ordered a pizza at 11:45pm. This is 15 minutes before they close. I'm aware that restaurants don't love last minute orders but in this case I think they took it out on me. This is the worst pizza I've ever gotten from here. Normally I would chalk this up to coincidence however this has happened before. Last winter I ordered food right before they closed and they sent me inedible food. This is inexcusable. They are running a business and they should have some pride in it. I'm trying to support a local business but yet they are spiting me for ordering too close to closing time. Beauty's isn't a bad restaurant, but you should not order food late at night. I will not be ordering again.

They made my pizza with marinara instead of olive oil, then refused to make a new one and blamed the delivery driver, who did nothing wrong.

Delicious marinated steak tip salad. I've got nothing to complain about. Very fair price for the meat.

Toscano - Tagliatelle Gamberi

After three weeks in Cambridge we finally made our way to Toscano's at Harvard Square. Toscano's is…read morea Square staple with an inviting interior featuring a robust menu anchored around their superb house-made pasta. Our server Miguel appeared promptly and took time to walk us through their extensive menu, taking time to field questions and spending extra time on their Daily Sheet. Since it was our last night in Cambridge we went for oysters to start. Their only choice was Barnstable Harbors from the Cape which did not disappoint. The Barnstables are noted for being sweet and meaty and these finished with notes of seaweed and cucumber. Though accompanied by mignonette and cocktail sauces we chose not to mar the delicate flavors and ate them as nature intended. We ordered the Spada Picatta from the Daily Sheet, as recommended by Miguel, and could not have been happier. the generous swordfish steak was seared to perfection and served with a lemon caper white wine sauce that complemented the delicate fish. We also ordered the Pappardelle Bolognese Blanco. A departure from the more traditional red Bolognese, this featured veal, pork, and beef simmered in a ricotta cream and herb sauce that was a graceful splash over perfectly al dente pasta. Toscano's has a compelling wine cellar and we opted for the 2022 Toscana Sangiovese from Il Nero Casanova at the Casanova Estate in Tuscany. Crafted by noted wine maker Giorgio Rivetti, this vintage spends a year in French oak before release. This is a full bodied wine with dark berries and cherries on the nose with hints of spice and orange peel in the velvety finish. Now, I realize this pairs perfectly with the Bolognese and less so with the swordfish but we couldn't resist a Casanova Sangiovese. We mentioned that we were leaving Boston after three weeks at Harvard's AI Institute so Miguel gifted us their signature Budino-style Tiramisu which was a superb exclamation point to a wonderful meal. As usual, we savored the tiramisu with double espressos with a twist. Toscano's is a wonderful trattoria at Harvard Square that we recommend highly!

The bread is always hot and fresh, which is a must for me at an Italian restaurant. My favorite thing about this place is that you can order "halves" of any pasta, so you can try two different pastas without committing to a huge portion of one. We absolutely love the rigatoni sausage truffle pasta -- it's easily my favorite dish here! We usually substitute the rigatoni for a different noodle, and it's perfect every time. The veal was probably my least favorite. It was pretty thick and wasn't crispy enough for my liking. Overall, a great spot for a fresh Italian meal, especially if you want to try a few different pastas and pair them with a good bottle of wine!

I'm from the east coast but now live out west, so I'm always craving truly good Italian food. This place was the real deal! The prosciutto de Parma, the bucatini and the pistachio gelato were all fantastic! You must get all 3! :) I actually left genuinely sad because I knew I wouldn't be able to come back again during the rest of my trip! Reservations are very booked up, and you can only get them two weeks in advance. I honestly don't even want to eat anywhere else on this trip... it was that good! And the ambiance and staff were so delightful too! Reservations only open two weeks in advance so grab one while you can!

However, the main dishes such as the skirt steak underwhelmed both in terms of presentation and taste. Dessert menu was creative but bordering on cloyingly sweet for items we tried. Service and ambiance were adequate but could use more polish and attention to detail. For example, a server replaced a napkin but placed it partially on top of a half eaten dish soiling the bottom of the napkin. Boston has plenty of other choices that we would want to try before repeating Giulia. Overall, B+ and the waitlist hype is a tad overrated.
