Shoutout to our local community heroes! There's so many great items here at this venue. The staff is welcoming attentive. I had so much fun wandering through all the aisles. The store is well stocked and well organized. There's so many varieties of the items that I came in for. Hair ties of all colors, textures, and sizes. Beautiful and functional hair clips. It is hard to find one that works for my hair because even though it is long, my hair is thin and slippery. I was so blessed to find a type that worked perfectly! I was able to also find the type of hair tie that works best with my hair for the same reason. I have been using the same type for the past few years, but since I moved to Jacksonville, Until today, I haven't been able to find the right ones and at a great price point. A bonus for me was that I was also able to find beautiful bracelets at the front counter that completed my search for a set of red, white, and blue. This is a very good day indeed. BEWARE...I called the store to ask if there was truly an actual physical store that you could shop at and get customer service if needed at the phone number provided on their website because I had checked online for reviews to see if there really was an actual store to walk into ( not an overseas location) and if it was also a good reputable online shopping site before I would place an order with them. They had terrible reviews and stories of really poor customer service and not being able to reach anybody by email or by phone and their phone calls and emails for help with orders were left unanswered and unresolved. So when I called to simply ask if thIs was their customer service number and if there was a physical location to shop at in Jacksonville FL she said " oh yes" and then I replied " ok thank you." That was the extent of the 30 second conversation BUT she called me back 10 minutes later 3 times and left me a NASTY FOUL-MOUTHED message about how I needed to put my glasses on and go to school to learn how to talk professionally and that I said S***! ( which I never ever did and had no reason to ) and then she ended her call (and the saved VOICEMAIL on my phone ) with " F *** YOU!" !! WOW! I cannot believe any business would have any person working and representing them who would talk to a potential customer or anyone like that!!! Needless to say, the voicemail she left for me confirmed all of the BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEWS they received and their recommendations to avoid shopping with them in store and online. Always ready to assist and even can give you some decent recommendations if you ask. I went to this store to get some Cute burets and things for my daughters hair. Their selection was terrible. Not much at all. They keep them at the back of the isle to where you can't locate them. I had to ask for help finding them. The young lady who showed me was very nice. Another issue I have is, they keep combs and brushes so high up on the wall that you will need a ladder to get them down. How do they expect anyone to buy them if they can't reach them? It seems like one half of the store is all fake hair. I get that a lot of people wear that but not everyone does. So for a person like me, it's not a lot here. There was a lady at the register who was not too friendly which was also disappointing. I probably won't go back. I found a pretty nice beauty supply store in what I believe is the west side. I was looking for hat's & found two I liked, I tried them on in the store & they fit, so I took them home to see if the colors matched, they didn't. I took them back for a reimbursement, the store manager refused, her explanation was 'because of Covid'! She said because I wore them. I had let her know that I tried them on in the store! If it's 'Covid' then why are you letting people try them on in the store? Also, why is it not marked on the hat "No Returns" or why wasn't I told this information, her response "they should have". (not exaggerating) Pulled up to my business in his Maserati and started screaming at my staff about some clippers we inquired about but never ordered. I was looking for a different, more organized type of beautiful supply store that would have everything that I needed. This store is about 10mins from my home and I love it!!! The workers were so quick- they knew where everything that I needed was located. The prices are good too. I was able to get Ors shampoo and conditioner (one of their new lines), aphogee setting lotion and some other things (a whole bag's worth for26$). Very clean and organized place . I will def be going by back, when I have more time to look around. read more

Unfortunately, I was a first time buyer from this store and I won't give them my business again. If you're, doing online ordering with them just know that they will not help you. Customer service is incredibly lacking and unprofessional. I really wanted to give them a chance but my first experience was already really bad. I just wanted to get a refund because the products I received had hair on them and was half used! First, I wrote an email attaching pictures of the packaging and the products to "Mr. Beautylicious" aka Sam. Did not get a reply. So I called the store trying to get things sorted out and Tamara who says she's a manager answered the phone and it sounded like she was inside of a nightclub! The music was so loud I could barely even hear her. Once she was in an environment that we could properly communicate, she told me she was a manager but apparently as a manager she doesn't have the authority to process refunds. So I would have to wait for Sam to review my order. I got the run around all day and had to call 5 different times just trying to speak with Sam, only for Sam to tell me that he would "see what he could do for me" and hung up on me before I could finish speaking to him. No one has gotten back to yet so I'm assuming this is a fruitless pursuit and I will not get my money back and I'm left with two disgusting, useless products. It's extremely unfortunate. Since they're attempting to expand into online ordering which is a much broader marketplace. I believe their customer service is incredibly inadequate and inefficient. Lots of items! Prices aren't bad. Be sure to compare bottles of liquid items you purchase. I was looking to get nail polish remover recently and noticed that some of the bottles were not full. Almost as if some had been poured out. Of course they were all listed at the same price. Staff is friendly. Not all items are high quality but that's not the business's fault. I came in here looking for items to make wigs and they just didn't pull through. The Google reviews regarding bad customer service are understatements. It's not often that I encounter employees who are flat out nasty. Because of those two ladies who closed this evening, this business receives one star, which is too much. That is unfortunate, since it looked like the store had a wide variety of items I would've loved to peruse through. This was my first time shopping at this store since its opening. I arrived at 5:55 and they were closing at 6. I knew exactly what I wanted and had tried to call before coming, but no one picked up. Instead of greeting me when I walked in, one woman quickly told me that they were closing in 3 minutes. I asked her where a product was, and instead of walking me over, she told me where I can maybe find it if they carried it. Guess she doesn't know what her store carries. While I was scrambling trying to get what I need in time, she and her partner had positioned themselves on either side of the door..ready to go. I grabbed my items and found myself awkwardly alone at the counter. The only saving grace was Matthew. The two ladies gave him a hard time for helping me instead of running me out of the store. He told them I had 5 minutes and to just leave since it was an issue. They chose to stay and continue to dish out more attitude. I had to ask him was he sure he wanted to continue helping me. They continued mumbling on, right in front of me. One of the ladies held the door open as I walked out at 6:00. I thanked her and received no response. I know someone who received the same treatment. Ladies. If you don't like what you do, get another job. Since you said you didn't like being there all day, get a job where you don't have to close. I made a purchase online on a Friday. I actually attempted to contact the store TWICE via their email and customer contact forms online to request a modification to my order. No one responded to me and has still yet to do so. I called the actual store and spoke to who handles the online orders. Porsche seemed unable to help me at first because my modification would cause me to need a refund. She later called back and offered a different solution. Which I obliged. However, the order took another week to arrive, which I was charged for priority 2 day shipping, and what I actually received was not the same value of what I originally ordered.
