The customer service here is absolutely outstanding! They give great advice when it comes to choosing different shades, etc. They always spend adequate time with me and I never feel rushed. It's a very nice change from the MAC stores in O-Town, but I can't say it's really the fault of the employees in O-Town, they just don't have the number of employees needed to handle their constantly packed, small stores. For those who don't know: ~ For every 6 empty MAC containers you return, you can choose a lipstick of your choice. Very cool deal and you're helping the environment! ~ They have limited edition shades that come out, so check in often so you don't miss something awesome! ~ Their eyeliner goes on like butter! I have tried many, many eyeliners and theirs is the best! Believe it or not, it's even better than Chanel (yes, I really just said something is better than Chanel)! ~ Purchase one of their magnetic eyeshadow cases, then purchase your eyeshadows individually and you can create your own palette. I LOVE that I can do this b/c I'm not real fond of pre-created palettes. ~ Their longwear lipcolour really does last ALL day! I can attest to this 100%! MAC is awesome! She was very professional and accommodating throughout the whole experience and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She started off with an initial phone consultation the day before to get an idea of what I wanted and asked for inspo pics. I really appreciated that! On the day of, she did an amazing job blowing out my hair, curling it, braiding it (exactly like my inspo pic) and placing my tiara. She really took her time and ensured it was perfect! I loved how it turned out! She did an excellent job with my makeup as well. Since I wear a hijab (headscarf), I preferred a more private area to get ready. Heather (the owner) very graciously offered some space in their back room, which I gladly took her up on once the main blow dry bar area started filling up. I really appreciated how kind and accommodating everyone was throughout the whole experience! I would love to come back here again.

I was able to also find the type of hair tie that works best with my hair for the same reason. No wipe down of the chair between or head rest. No aloe for the eyebrows or tissue even if you needed. It's the little things I look for when it comes to my care needs. I'm still on the fence about this location. Maybe I'll check out the others or find another eyebrow threading service altogether.
