I bought a groupon for a specific service and every time I went I received a different service- I really didn't know what was being performed by the end. During your first session they will try to pressure you into buying a package that is over $1,000 plus...it seems that the way to get real results is from buying ALL the services combined. When I signed up at the time, they had no "pay as you go" option- you had to pay the full $1,000+ up front. Also their hours are not accommodating, they're only open until 5 meaning their last appointment is at 4- so it was impossible for me to book appts during the week with work. Their Saturday appointments don't go past about 1 so it made it hard to book appointments in advance. Also Beware: they will charge you $50 for rescheduling- no matter the reason. I had been early to all 3 of my previous appointments before I got very sick the night before my scheduled appointment. I called 2 mins within them opening to let them know I have a virus (I also have fainting spells so I couldn't drive) and that I wouldn't make it. They informed me that it would be a $50 charge, I told them I was sick, the nice woman on the phone said "oh okay that's fine, we'll reschedule you". I went in for my next appointment with no problems- until someone called me (after I had already left) to say that I owe $50. I think it's unfair to firstly, charge someone who is sick and had been on time and early to every appointment, and secondly- to say one thing to the customer and then change it later on. At no point did anyone explain their "same day rescheduling" policy. They make you sign paperwork in the beginning, so make sure you read it and fully understand their policies- because they won't explain it to you when confirming appts/or booking them for you. By any means, don't get sick or have an emergency, unless you don't mind paying $50 for a first time rescheduling. I cancelled my next session with them, won't be going back.

While the price was nearly half at Hass, I still went ahead after getting pressure about a sale they were having, Still, at $1,400 there was little or no improvement. The lines are still there, and the lips are uneven. I contacted Christina to express my concern with the unevenness and the fact that the frown lines are unchanged. She replied that I am naturally uneven and to would have to go up in lip volume, even though my second opinion says otherwise. I was concerned because, even though I did not go to her for my lips, why she didn't say so upon the first visit? a sales tactic? It was never mentioned, but again she said I would have to go up, that's probably another $450 for a half vial. If she's so good, and I am uneven, why didn't she say so in the first place? The audacity of her saying "She would not be doing it for free". (I didn't ask her to). I could buy that entire practice so imply anything about my spending. Her communication was arrogant and rude and I'm sorry, anyone can do what she does. Not a nice girl, thinks she is God's gift and she is condescending, rude and would never, ever go back to her.
