If I had not had that bad experience, this would be a 4 star, maybe 5 star review. But I am moderating it based on what I experienced in the past, while keeping an open mind for raising it in the future. Rosibel was my stylist for my haircut. She did a great job all around. My shampoo was relaxing, I could see her focused on getting my hair right while she did the actual cutting, and her blow dry styling was wonderful. Even my husband noticed, and he doesn't really pick up on that stuff. I was so happy with how my hair looked, it felt like a shame that I was just going home, haha. I wanted to show it off, and that is not my typical post-haircut mood.

I must say I was very impressed I had a 1 o'clock apt the shop was clean beautifully decorated and pleasant.I showed him a pic of a style I wanted and I had to say no more. When I was in his chair it was all about me he knew exactly what I wanted and did his thing. Jolene has great taste and makes fantastic recommendations. I had high and low lights done, and a cut. Nothing too drastic we are planning something more in depth for our next visit. She called me the day of the appt to let me know that she other appts were running late, and asked if I could come 30 minutes later than my original time. As I was battling a stress headache, this delay was a God send. The reception and waiting area were nice, and I was provided at water while I waited. I knocked off one star, as while I waited, I was vacuumed around, which while having a headache was tougher to sit through the actual waxing. Marissa was fantastic. She was polite, pleasant, and fast. The job she did was thorough. I would recommend her.
