The cheapskate owner offered to add hair back to the wig only if we paid half of the cost of doing so. If you're going to run a business servicing cancer patients, you need to be more compassionate. For most women, losing your hair is a traumatic experience so we tried to combat that by getting the best wig that we could (sort of) afford. When you invest so much into a wig through a company like this the experience should be flawless. Unfortunately it's too late for us, but warning: don't waste your money on a company that doesn't care if their clients are happy.

However the staff is not great, and the service is mediocre. The woman who did the facial seemed rushed and disinterested, and tried to sell me products in the middle of the "relaxing" facial. She also only spent about 5 minutes doing extractions, before saying "Well, I did the best I could." When I got home, I could still see a lot of very obviously clogged pores, so it was not worth the money to me. I also felt like the moisturizer and perhaps other products they used were not of high quality; they had an unusual smell. Overall, the service was poor, and at too many points the staff tried to sell me something I didn't want, during a supposedly "relaxing" facial.
