The spa felt very relaxing and was really pretty with lots of purple accents. It was immaculately clean which, as a professional tattoo artist, important for me. Imagine a doctors office except it's cute and purple and you actually want to be there. Her procedure room was also very clean, organized, and all of her certifications were visible. So, legend has it, Brazilians normally FREAKING HURT. This was my second one. My first one was done 6 months ago somewhere else and was unbelievably painful. Nathalie is skilled and it was much less painful this time around. If I had to rate the pain, I'd say 5/10. Also, I expected it to be way more awkward since I'm pretty shy, but Nathalie's amazing bed side manner made it not awkward at all.
