I was so upset and embarrassed so went to Jennifer for a haircut first- while there we discussed how she would fix my hair! The next day I was in there and after a couple of hours - VOILA my hair was absolutely stunning! I had full foil highlights done- and then she applied what they call a GlaZe that was purple! Also, prices were not addressed beforehand and seemed to be increased because of the fact I did not know the store prices. To continue, I wanted lighter ends than the top as showed in the inspiration photos, and I got lighter top of the head and hardly any at the bottom. Great hairstylist, though from a client perspective, I wished for overall more transparency and more listening to my desires. Negotiate/understand price beforehand! (Lesson learned)
