During the intake process, it was super apparent that Julie wanted to understand how to best approach my treatment. She asked me what my goals were by the end of the facial, & I had answered that I wanted to better understand my skin in general, and I wanted to feel relaxed during my time there. Julie made sure both of those objectives were met! She had let me know that I had some dry areas (which I had no idea) and made many recommendations for different products to use -- I had been using cleansers that were way too harsh for my face. All of her suggestions she documented on my forms & invoice that were sent back to me for my reference, which I really appreciated! I feel like I understand my face much better, and my skin is looking SO much clearer and brighter! Julie also made my comfort and relaxation a top priority -- she had offered different types of headphones / earplugs for noise cancellation, always let me know in advance what technique she was about to switch to so I wasn't caught off guard, made sure the heated bed I was on was at an optimal temperature; I felt like a princess the whole time! When my sister showed me the back of my head and my hair was straight I realized that I spent $160 for the worst highlights of my life and an UNEVEN haircut. Not to mention I asked for a trim, I literally said a "dusting." The stylist said she wanted to cut off 2 inches, we agreed on taking off one. There are some sections she may have taken off an inch but the shortest part of my hair now is about 6 inches less. I don't get my hair done often but I wanted to splurge because I was going on vacation; this is the outcome (pics attached).
