During the intake process, it was super apparent that Julie wanted to understand how to best approach my treatment. She asked me what my goals were by the end of the facial, & I had answered that I wanted to better understand my skin in general, and I wanted to feel relaxed during my time there. Julie made sure both of those objectives were met! She had let me know that I had some dry areas (which I had no idea) and made many recommendations for different products to use -- I had been using cleansers that were way too harsh for my face. All of her suggestions she documented on my forms & invoice that were sent back to me for my reference, which I really appreciated! I feel like I understand my face much better, and my skin is looking SO much clearer and brighter! There are some sections she may have taken off an inch but the shortest part of my hair now is about 6 inches less.
