Each time I am finished with a service I get a hard time about my certificates . I was told that I should have informed the staff that I have old and new certificates. The staff is in front of the computer . How do I know which ones they are using. On top of the fact , the amount used to purchase the certificates don't expire , as per the law! You and your staff have argued with me about this. Last time I was told one certificate had $60 something dollars on it but your staff said that must be a mistake because it says I was only owed lunch in a package . Which is it , lunch or $60 . This is unacceptable. Now that I write bad reviews everywhere, now you want to give me the gift certificate value.
