I messaged Ashley photos of my desired look prior to my appointment. When we met in person, we discussed my long-term hair goals, the style I wanted, and my color goals. She listened to everything I had to say, including my concerns. She took time to explain different options along with some solutions (and some lazy girl hacks!) The entire appointment felt relaxed... Upon arrival Fritzi checked me in and proceeded to have a side bar conversation with another Barber, Frank- to which I could not hear the conversation but Frank than stood up and informed me that he would be doing my shave.
