When I called to make the appt., I asked to be placed with someone who had been with salon at least 3 years and was an expert with color/highlights. I've been getting my hair highlighted for 30+ years and have never had an experience like this, and my hair has never looked this bad. The color is atrocious, the haircut looks like a 5 year old did it, the blow out was even worse. My hair is so badly damaged (like straw) it's going to take quite a while to recover, my hair is very short so I cannot even cut it to remove some of the damage.
