The pedicure was fine, but I was very disappointed with the gel manicure. Shortly after leaving, I noticed that the polish looked streaky, uneven, and patchy, with visible brush marks and inconsistent color throughout the nails. I went home hoping it might look better in different lighting, but the next morning it was clear that the manicure did not look like the sample color I had selected and the application appeared poorly done. I called the salon immediately and was asked to return. When I showed them my nails, I explained that my concern was the quality of the application, not simply the color itself. I was told that if I wanted my nails redone, I would need to choose a different color and pay an additional $15. What made this especially frustrating was that I had already received a pedicure in the original color. I did not want to change colors because then my fingernails and toenails would no longer match. I felt I was being asked to pay extra and compromise on the look I originally selected rather than having the original service corrected. Ultimately, I agreed to choose a different color because I did not want to walk around with a manicure I was unhappy with. The second manicure looked significantly better than the first, which confirmed for me that the original application was the issue. I appreciate that they fit me into their schedule the next day, but I do not believe customers should have to pay additional money to correct a manicure that was not properly done the first time. I have included before-and-after photos so others can decide for themselves. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed, and I do not plan to return.

Debbie was simply amazing. She didn't make fun of me or make me feel terrible for waiting over a year for a haircut, she really took the time to ask me ALL about my hair - how I wear it, what I like/dislike about it, what I feel comfortable doing with it, etc and she made suggestions to get my hair where I want it to be. She also didn't yell at me for attempting to cut myself - something that a lot of hairdressers have done! Debbie explained everything that she was doing so I would be able to do it myself when I got home (and guess what! I did this morning and it still looks great!). The best part is that she suggested products for me to use and then explained to me how to use them and what they do, but didn't pressure me into buying them there. The salon was very warm and has a great vibe because it used to be an old factory building, awesome layout the other stylists who were there spoke to me as well and were very personable and friendly. I am SO glad I finally found a great place to go! read more

I have been going to Legends for my whole life and I love it there. I see Santo and Nicole, depending on who is free for my convenience, and I absolutely love both of them! I recently wanted something different with my hair so I thought adding highlight would be a great idea. For this, I went to Nicole and I couldn't be happier with the results. I am absolutely In love with my hair! I have VERY thick hair and my appointment always take drastically longer than others and she did not rush me at all. I was taken care of the whole time by Nicole and checked on frequently. I have very dark brown hair so I was a little nervous but the color of the highlights blend in so beautifully with my hair color. Whether I wear my hair straight or curly the high lights look incredible! I recommend Legends to anyone looking for a hair salon! I go in there and they treat me like family, which makes me look forward to getting my hair cut! read more

Wow, I'm so amazed at how beautiful this salon is! The ambience as soon as I walk in is incredible, I've been to many salons throughout the years but none compared to this one. I went to get a facial twice thus far and honestly snoozed while being serviced and I believe I started snoring (embarrassing) lol but I knew I was in good hands and they made me feel so comfortable! As I was waiting for my girlfriend getting her hair done, seeing the women talk to their stylists and how their confidence oozed out when they were ready to walk out into the world was nice to see. I am VERYYYY big on customer service so it's important to me seeing everyone with smiles on their faces when they come in and leave out! Yesterday was my first time at this Salon. I went in for a haircut and manicure. The entire building is absolutely gorgeous; beautifully designed and decorated, bright and spacious Salon area and the Spa upstairs was even more impressive. I could tell they put a lot of care into creating the perfect environment to be pampered in, and the effort paid off. Every staff member that I spoke to was friendly and professional. Janice was my beautician, she did my haircut perfectly and then took me up to the Spa for my manicure. I spent a few hours there and we had great conversation the entire time. I have been a client at Legends Salon & Spa for over 10+ years and I'm a huge fan! Every employee at Legends is a professional and they are always friendly and welcoming. I'm also a huge fan of Maria's gift shop. I have always found unique gifts for friends and family of all ages. Great scarves, clothing and I could spend hours looking at the beautiful jewelry. I have been going to this salon for a few years now and am always incredibly happy with my results. I get a full color done every time I come- santo (the owner) will modify the color on request due to the season which is a nice extra touch I love. Sandy is also a wonderful stylist and I always request whichever one is free when I have to go in. The first time I got a color treatment, I was unhappy with the result and sandy made adjustments on the spot to make sure I had what I wanted. Great place! Everyone is super friendly and make you feel very comfortable. (I've tried posting reviews before but I noticed yelp randomly deletes them and I want to give credit to the salon because it's much deserved!) Santo is truly an artist. I went from a brunette (with much color still in my hair) to bleach blonde without it being dead or dry. It's really incredible that he managed to do considering that's the state my hair was previously in. Not only is the staff incredibly friendly but the interior is gorgeous. Came in for a cut and partial highlight and left feeling like a million bucks. My stylist was great (can't remember her name but she has long blonde hair) and suggested a couple different cuts and tones for my hair. I have fairly long hair and she was very cautious about cutting length and asked me beforehand if what she was about to cut was okay, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, it was cut way shorter than specified because *gasp* curly hair kinks up! It's not even shoulder-length which looks choppy & flat now. I guess when you use half a ton of styling products, you can disguise the fact that too much was cut off. I can barely put my hair up or in a pony tail now. I'm just going to wait until this mess grows out, but I will never go back. $50 is ridiculous and way overpriced. The highlights were layered in in sheets, leaving me with vertical stripes, in addition, she must have run out of color, because the entire bottom layer was left as it was. Color selection for highlights was VERY different from my hair color. Long story short, my savings of $50 has cost me OVER $600 to fix, between color correction and cuts. It has taken me three weeks to be able to write this review without crying.
