I was so upset and embarrassed so went to Jennifer for a haircut first- while there we discussed how she would fix my hair! The next day I was in there and after a couple of hours - VOILA my hair was absolutely stunning! I had full foil highlights done- and then she applied what they call a GlaZe that was purple! I really value the time Jenny takes to communicate and explain what I can expect and what my options are based on my history and goals. I have always wanted lighter hair but was always afraid of the potential damage of this process. Thankfully, Jenny always prioritized my hair health! It took us 3 sessions to get to my current goal of VERY light blonde and through it all, Jenny did what was needed to keep my hair long and strong. It felt easy to trust Jenny with my hair as she explained everything to me along the way. She's also very open to feedback so I was very comfortable letting her know when my color goals changed. She was very flexible and got me to my new goals. I absolutely love my new hair; there's so much depth and the colors of my hair blend so smoothly. I also really appreciate how seriously the salon takes COVID-19 protocols. They do not permit walk-ins and do not double book so there is never anyone waiting for a session in the salon. The chairs are well spaced out and they seem to plan it so that not all the chairs are occupied to maintain more than adequate social distancing. At arrival, customer temps are taken and we're instructed to wash our hands before taking a seat. Each chair is immediately wiped down after each service and masks are required while in the salon. I think it's great that they do everything they can to make the customers feel safe.
