The staff is in front of the computer . How do I know which ones they are using. On top of the fact , the amount used to purchase the certificates don't expire , as per the law! Last time I was told one certificate had $60 something dollars on it but your staff said that must be a mistake because it says I was only owed lunch in a package . Which is it , lunch or $60 .
