We were greeted quickly and brought to a warm room in the back. We then both received a professional and thorough massage. They hit all the spots and we left feeling relaxed and with no regrets about the last minute switch. The only downside to the location is that it's certainly been around for a few years. Definitely very deep and effective work and I usually fall asleep at some points despite the intensity of others. It always starts with a warm up massage without oil, then a massage with oil, finished with stretching. Always incorporates deep tissue, compression, hot stones, and some joint manipulation. He'll usually give a little attention to some areas other therapists might skip like the front and back of my knees, lats, ears, face. Henry is the only therapist who has really been able to get into my shoulders the way I need it. Just came home from a 90 minute massage with acupressure on my feet for $85 and it was very thorough. Henry definitely knows what he is doing. The place is in the Giant shopping center next to Square One Pub. Nothing fancy about it but I like that. Henry doesn't speak English very well but the few times we had trouble communicating his wife was able to help. It is a friendly, comfortable, unpretentious place. Highly, highly recommend.

Ana is a natural-born healer! It was an especially stressful period of my life, when I was experiencing considerable anxiety, as well as classic "computer neck & shoulders" one gets working in an office that provided none of the ergonomic solutions that have become so popular. ~ ALSO, a few years ago, when I was suffering from a sore right knee, she introduced me to Kinesio Tape and gave me a complimentary treatment. I was skeptic about KT and before that treatment, I inwardly sort of laughed it off but out of politeness did not tell her I thought it was hogwash (although I think she sensed my skepticism). We decided to upgrade our experience - I had an 80 minute hot stone massage, and my husband had an 80 minute CBD-ease massage. We also added the hand therapy treatment for dry hands (a must in the winter). I had an amazing massage with 'A.' I have not had a massage in almost 10 years, but I would say this one is in my top 3. I didn't realize how tender some of my muscles were until she started working. I really enjoyed the hand therapy treatment and the hot stones. I'm almost certain my husband fell asleep at some point, because I heard him lightly snoring! Scheduling was easy and everything was on time. We left feeling incredibly relaxed. We got a Valentine's Day package consisting of a 60-minute couples massage and a gift bag filled with 2 face sheet masks, a small box of chocolates, and a small teddy bear toy for $159. Sweet deal! They had us fill out digital questionnaires listing our contact information, allergies, massage preference (swedish, medium pressure, deep tissue), and problem/achy body areas then we were promptly brought to a room. The room and the massage table themselves are nothing fancy, but there is calming background music to help you relax. You begin face down and place the towel over your body and wait for them to arrive. I opted for deep tissue massage and we both added the option of cupping (an additional $40 total) and it was awesome. Crystal was my massage therapist and she provided the perfect amount of pressure and really worked out a lot of my knots and tight muscles. I've gotten cupping done before, but this was a much better experience (painful for the first minute as I was acclimating myself to the suction feeling again, but felt great for the remainder of the time). Since we both enjoyed our massages so much, we opted for one of their massage packages - 10 massages for $589. That's an amazing deal!! We already scheduled back-to-back massages with Crystal for next month. Can't wait!
