To make matters worse, I was on my way to a wedding in NYC in a matter of days. I called Hair to Dye For in a panic and they were so, so accommodating. They fit me in for a consult that same afternoon with Mackenzie, who then relayed my needs to Kerri. Just 3 days later, Kerri adjusted my toner with a subtle root (just the way I like it), overall toner with a a whisper of lavender, and thinned and shaped my bangs.
