There was no acknowledgement until I said something 10 mins afteri walked in. Granted, I was a walk in client on a Sunday. She asked me to come back at 6 and said she would stay open if I'm coming back. I came back at 6, was acknowledged and given sample nails to look at. THIRTY FIVE MINUTES LATER, has me come sit in a chair so when that client was done it would finally be my turn. So I sat there for ten minutes, and then I was told it would be another 15 minutes. Really appreciate the extra efforts the team puts into running their business. On another note yesterday after getting my nails filled I had my eyebrows waxed but another older lady. I don't remember her name but she burnt my eye lids my left side is way worse then the right and it hurts. I've had my eye brows waxed many times and this is the first time, this had happened. Maria started my acrylics just the gluing them on part then tells me to go sit again because HER apt just got there by 7 Nancy is done with her client and starts doing my nails does them in I kid you not like 20 min. The sizes are messed up they're not even and not stiletto or the length I wanted but she wouldn't fix them did a sloppy job and one nail has chipped the others the PAINT IS PEELING OFF. I have been going to Beauty Nails for almost 10 years and love them. I make an appointment by phone and they are always ready for me within a few minutes. I use solar product and lacquer which extends the durability of my nails. But they always check to be sure my nails are in good repair before doing a new fill. My husband and I both get pedicures every few weeks. Much better than trying to do it ourselves. The employees are gentle and careful with our feet. I believe it's amazing, most of the staff is friendly, the prices are great, they don't take too long, and the results are often good!! I am in love with the results, for the price it is amazing. Some of the staff does talk to you while the process and some don't but either way, what really matters is the results. They're friendly, as well! Unprofessional. Not very welcoming. We drove by and quickly googled the establishment and first search had 4.5 stars, Long story short, it was a different location uggghhhhhh. Every employee sat around with bored expressions as we entered. We awkwardly stood at the front while someone sitting in a pedicure chair talked to us from across the room. Should have been a red flag. But was kind of strapped for time and at that time I thought this was a 4.5 star rated place. Not only was it reasonable in price but the atmosphere was open and very welcoming. Originally I was concerned because Hollie was so gentle with my pedicure I was concerned that it wasn't going to be effective on my calluses but she really got the job done! She was thorough with my manicure putting the gell all the way to the top of mu nail bed, not being chinsey with the product at all! My appointment was made well in advance, and when my friend and I appeared over 30 minutes early they said it wouldn't be a problem they'd take us in about ten minutes ... When 3 rolled around(our scheduled appointment) only one woman was available so I let my friend go first . At 3:07 I asked the woman when I'd be able to get my nails done considering I walked in extremely early, and she said I wouldn't have to wait long. She replied with, "About ten more minutes." At that point I was really irritated because how are you going to do a full set on someone's hands with a pedicure, and tell your waiting customer only ten minutes !!!? I asked again how much longer , and all's they said was sorry were short staffed .(nobody's walked in since me) 3:20 comes and I reminded them about my set appointment, and how they told me I wouldn't have to wait long when I walked in. personally will never got back. The first woman that did my nails was new, I had to go back in to have a nail fixed. She knew that she didn't put enough acrylic on my nails. I could not stay any that day to have it fixed and opted to go back. When I went back the nail technician noticed that the nails were different lengths. She did not offer to correct or fix them. Also I was rushed into paying before my service was even started so that one of the nail techs could go home. After the pedicure they rushed myself and another woman out before our toes could dry. They put some oil on our toes and wrapped them in sandwich bags. That was supposed to protect the polish. The polish was ruined, I didn't even go back to have it changed.
