Awesome neon green glitter acrylic color powder

Had a great experience, unsure why everyone else has had a rough time. My nails came out beautiful.

Unclipped/untrimmed toe nail. Nail trimming is supposed to be part of every level of pedicure but they didn't even pull out the clippers.

Had a horrible experience. I went in for a basic $20 pedicure but left with a bad taste in my mouth from the quality of service I received. She (the technician) didn't trim my nails (which obviously needed trimming/clipping), she used SoftSoap (yes the hand wash - I saw the pump bottle) to scrub my feet and legs with a hard bristle brush. My shins and tops of feet were burning and my legs, by the time I got home, felt as if they have road rash. She used the "cheese grater" looking tool only on one foot. She used her finger nails, not fingers, to hold my toes. Her finger nails were sharp and constantly poking and piercing (yes cutting!) into my skin. This was so painful!!!!! I was constantly asking her to stop and adjust her finger as she was piercing my toe skin. She didn't understand so it took a while for her to stop until another technician interpreted what I was saying. There was a lot of bizarre unorthodox things she was doing to my feet. From the moment she started working on my feet, the two other technicians watched her like a hawk and were constantly telling her things. I watched my best friend and the lady that sat next to her and their pedicures were totally different than the way this technician was doing on my feet and legs. To add insult to injury, they charged me $25 for a pedicure that is advertised as $20 in their menu. Needless to say I will not be back and highly question if this lady really is a licensed technician.

This is what the guy did to my heel. He has no business doing nails!

The current name of this place is Beauty Hair & Nails. I would give them ZERO stars if they allowed me. This place is horrible and should be closed for health violations. I took my three young daughters here to get our nails done since we were visiting from California (my mother-in-law is very sick and needed heart surgery). They were SO rude to my daughters. They made them wait over an hour and then would stop their manicures if another customer came in and do the adults first and make my daughters wait. Then they rushed my daughters and made rude comments to one when a nail was smudged. Even worse, the guy who did my pedicure rubbed my skin raw on my right ankle until it bled! Even though I bled in the spa, he put the next customers feet in without even disinfecting first (which should be a health violation)! What if I had hepatitis or HIV (I don't, thankfully)? Then they had the nerve to charge me full price! When I asked the manager what precautions I should take with the wound because I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and infections can be serious to the baby, he handed me a band-aid! I was flabbergasted, I left without tipping (and was shot more rude looks). It's been a week and my heel is STILL infected and I may have to visit my doctor for antibiotics. Not to mention my right toenail chipped less than two hours later. DO NOT GO HERE!

This is my toe after 2 days!!!

Every time I get my nails done here they start lifting after three or four days, sometimes less. I won't be getting them done here anymore.
