The experience isn't always consistent as far as how much is taken off around his mustache and how low his beard is trimmed. The location is similar to every other location as far as aesthetics goes. For a quick shape up this is your go to spot. It's unfortunate that he didn't receive the same consistent great service each visit but he also is always in a ball cap or cowboy hat too lol.
