I don't even wear make-up - but I know I can get some great things here at great prices - and when things go on sale, it's doubly awesome. Whether it's a wax warmer so I can wax my own eyebrows (far more preferable than having it done at the strip mall - and much more accurate and cheaper!), or just to pick up a brush and a comb as I did yesterday. Like a fool, I've been buying my combs and brushes at Walmart the past few years. After returning from a business trip, I realized I must have left my lone comb in my hotel room and stopped by Sally Beauty to get a replacement. I LOVE my professional comb. Instead of a cheap $2 comb at Walmart, I spent $5 on a professional ceramic ion comb (no static in my hair!) that feels great because the teeth of the comb are better designed. I HEART the comb and brush I got and threw my old brush away. I also ask for advice at Sally Beauty on what hair products to use to get a certain desired effect. They are always kind and professional here.

I ordered perfume online from this merchant and they shipped it via USPS, I never received my items…read moreordered. And upon contacting the merchant I was advised it takes 5-6 days for them to investigate. ??? What does their investigation face to do with me and my items ordered and not received. I have previously went inside the store to purchase items. I will not order online with them ever again as this process takes too long when you have not received items ordered. But your money spent does not require an investigation when products aren't received because of how this merchant choose to ship items.

I have had trouble refilling my Gabapentin. I got text messages saying they had been delayed because it was too soon to refill. Last month I asked the lady could I have a new prescription filled and not use my insurance. She said yes. Using insurance my part would be $400 plus/or minus. The lady pointed out deal that I scan to see what GoodRx had it it for..well it was $200, I asked why it was more expensive thru their cod scan. I showed her on the Good Rx site it was $20.. YES I SAID $20. She allowed me to fill this prescription thru Good RX even though my insurance said too soon to fill. So a week ago I ordered online again. I got updates that said delayed, filled, waiting on insurance. Knowing I have trouble with them I started a week early and yesterday I took my last Gabapentin. I take Gabapentin and tramadol for virtually uncontrollable nerve pain. I was in north Dallas today got a message from Walgreens saying I need to contact them about my orders. Last time I tried to contact them I never got to speak with anyone after listening and punching all those buttons. The call today was from a Walgreens call center and the lady was so kind to transfer me to a person at the store in terrell. Asked him about the status of my prescription. He informed me it would be ready by 4:00. I asked him again if it was for Gabapentin. His reply was yes. So I hurry over they so I could be there at 4:00. And they close at 5:00. I go out of my way and make a special trip so I can be there at 4:00. The lady informs me it is not filled because it is too early to fill. Would be Feb before it would be filled. So I asked the lady than why didn't the gentleman tell me that. He has the same data base as the computer at the window. So I asked if it could be filled by good Rx. She said no. I replied that's how it was filled at their location same pick up counter. Her reply was they didn't know what they were doing. I asked the lady if I could come sit with her tonight while I am screaming and crying in pain. She basically accused me of abusing the drug. I have gone several nights because of the pain and no meds. Before they accused me of abusing the hydrocodeine. I came up a month short according to them. I would not set food in that grocery pharmacy again. I have lived in terrell and shopped there and used the BROOKSHIRE pharmacy. I told the lady I would not be back and I would be transferring ALL of my prescriptions some where else. She said ok. And they have changed their close time to 5:00pm and closed for lunch. This is unreal. Very rude unfriendly people and accusing me of abusing the drugs then I did get I little bent out of line and the "sailor talk" came through. I wish we could give them a minus 5. They don't answer the phone, just 4 or 5 standing around talking and laughing.
