I used Yelp to find a good brow place in downtown Dallas before my friend's wedding, and I found this location. I love technology and the fact that she uses an online appointment system (as easy as it gets). Because some people fake that they use an appointment system and I came from out of town, I called to confirm - but she definitely uses it! You pay and tip online, which is cool. Select what service(s) you want, reserve with a credit card and you're pretty much good to go! Haneen was on time and my brows were shaped perfectly! I forgot what good brows looked like on me! As a middle aged male I noticed that my eyebrows have lost volume and shape... I have penciled them in for a few years and got tired of the process... So I considered micro-blading... I researched many providers and was impressed with her experience as a make-up artist and being trained by Anastasia (Beverly Hills Brow Guru). I made my appointment... Came in... and she was such a delight from the get go... Although she didn't offer micro-blading... She offers 3D imaging... Its similar but instead of blades...She uses a needle and makes hairlike strokes to apply a semi-permanent dye (That lasts for around 18 months). She was so knowledgeable about colors, shape, and customer experience. We picked out the perfect color. I felt so comfortable with her demeanor and expertise. She was also very thorough about any contraindications, post-care and what to expect. The service was tolerable... She cleans/disinfects the area... wears gloves... Then applies a topical anesthetic to numb the area... It took about 30-45 minutes... I don't remember because I was so relaxed. After she was done... She showed me the final result... They looked amazing. She offers a 4 week follow up (free of charge) to assure that the dye and shape are to your satisfaction. Review: I would…read morenever recommend Silvia. My mom paid $1,100 for permanent makeup, and the results have been extremely disappointing. I'm including before and healed-after photos because I think people should see the healed result, not just fresh work. In my opinion, her eyebrows look tattooed and unnatural, and her lips healed with a dull bluish hue instead of a natural lip color. The downtime was torturous and far worse than we were prepared for. For something this expensive and permanent on the face, I expected much clearer communication, better expectations, and a much better healed result. Please ask to see healed photos before trusting anyone with your face. I have before and after pics that are terrible! my moms lips look dead and worse

Horrible experience! Bought a Groupon from her. Negative:…read more 1. I got rescheduled. 2. She showed up late for appt. 3. Her work space was dirty. She had a dirty towel with false lashes all over it. Picked a few off and told me to lay my head down on it. Disgusting. Also, it was hot in her room so she had me laying there holding a battery operated lil fan to my face the whole time. Really? 4. That same night a few lashes fell off. I texted her asking if this is normal? She replied, "no. Dang it!". So I waited to see if she will reply back with a resolution. Nothing. Finally I texted and asked if she can squeeze me in. She finally replied and said she'll check her calendar and let me know. Nope, nothing. After a week of waiting and lashes falling off daily, I asked for a refill and still she's giving me the round around. Let's just say that was the last straw from me. I contacted Groupon and they refunded my full amount. Bottom line: do not go to her.
