I got fills and got charged for a full set. I told him I only got fills and he said yea I said for a full set it's 65. He didn't even take the old stuff off my nails and you can see the old nails thru my clear polish. I Have to everytime ask him to correct problem with what he has done and he always makes excuses. I pay you to do my nails you don't pay me. I want them done the way I like them again I pay you. If you paid me then you can do them the way you want too. I would not recommend this salon. read more

I've had a good experience here before but today very disappointing. Pedicure was rushed and didn't dry between coats, so even after an hour they're still not dry, not even close. So last Thursday i decided to get both my hand and feet done (feet were starting to look like I've been walking along with Jesus on that sand). I get off of work at 4:30 and needed a place i can go to around 6. I don't live in Dallas anymore and i didn't want to wait one more week to get back home so i decided to google the nearest nail salons in my area. I read the reviews and looked closely at the pictures of the nails they have already done. I made sure i read both the good 5 star reviews, as well as the 1 star reviews. I took a chance and called them. Asked if i was able to set an appointment for 6pm that night and they happily said of course. I get to the salon at 5:45pm and was greeted with smiles and warmth. The place was packed. I ended up finding out that it was homecoming for a lot of kids. I was seated to get my pedicure and waited for about 20 minutes. But please don't let that fool you. I was in no rush and happily waited for my turn especially since they took me in last minute. My pedicure was AMAZING!!!!!!! They all constantly apologized for making me wait. It was so cute but again i assured them i was in no rush. And baby let me tell you, my nails honey!!! In love!!!!!! So if you're thinking of a new place to try. Please try them out. The vibe was bad. One worker was watching as another she did my niece's nails and she began staring at my niece. I looked at her and asked the nail tech if she was new because I was confused as to why the woman would be staring at us. About 2-3 min later they closed the shades. My niece and I were close to the shades so if they don't want other colors l in their establishment they just shouldn't take our money. I wanted almond shape/ black ombré nails and for the price of $60 I honestly was expecting that type of work. I've been here twice and will probably not return. Their prices are great, however, the end result is not worth it in my opinion. I'm disappointed as I've seen other great yelp pictures so maybe I haven't gotten the best technicians. I read another comment stating the dip powders are not good quality and I agree. My nails always come out bulky and with weird denting issues. I think the adhesive they use may also be the culprit. They also use a technique where they gradually cover more of the nail with adhesive with each dip to make the edges of the nail (sidewalls and base) not so bulky and appear more natural. I appreciate the technique, but they have completely missed the sides both times I've been. Also the first time I went in, one lady filed my natural nails so short they were hurting. I had to have her take the whole dip off and add a tip extension. When she finished, there was dipping powder stuck to my fingers. And the sidewalls of my nails were so exposed. Giving it 3 stars because the women have been very nice but the quality is not good at all so beware before you go. It's worth it to pay a little more to get it done better. read more

I really like the pedicure service here. However, if I were to return then I would bring my own polish. During my last manicure, the tech added acetone to their polish (I think this is common to keep the polish smooth.) BUT I noticed that my polish came off some of the nails that night. The polish didn't peel off. It looked like it was rubbed off by the friction of the bed sheets. I concluded that too much acetone was added to the polish which made it weak and thin so any contact would remove it. read more

My last two visits have been a disaster. There seems to be an issue with their dip powders. This is the second time the powder just cracked on several nails in multiples spots. The first time my nails were short and still cracked the following day. I went back and they fixed them, but the following day they cracked again. Second visit my nails grew out and a bit longer and again cracked 3 days later while I was on vacation. I'm throwing in the towel!
