I had reservations at a restaurant at 6pm and this makeup appointment was supposed to be done by 4:15pm leaving plenty of time to make it to my event. I booked a makeup reservation with MARYAM F. On 10/03/26 at 3:30pm for "Everyday makeup application" that was a 45min appointment. I made this reservation one week prior (09/26/26) I arrived at 320pm and checked into the back salon area where Maryam was doing someone's hair. She told me "I just need to blow dry her hair and I'll be done" (THIS IS IMPORTANT FOR LATER) I waited and by 4:15pm I saw Maryam finished blow drying the girls hair. She then brought out a curly iron and plugged it in. I stood up and let her know that I would be canceling the appointment because I had an event at 6pm and I booked the appointment for 330pm and it's already 15min past my appointment and I cannot wait for her to curl that girls hair. (Side Note: This girl had beautiful extremely long hair that past down her backside) . Maryam then walked over to another worker (who was working on someone) and asked her if she could do my makeup. The other worker shook her head no. I went up to speak to the manager and let her know that I made it a point to be on time for the appointment and I understood that things run late, yet Maryam should have been transparent with me when I arrived and let me know that she still needed to finish, drying her hair and styling it and given me the correct estimated time of her finishing. Instead, Maryam had me sit there for 15 minutes and waste my time. I could have gone home and done my own make up and started planning ahead. Yet, she decided to not be honest. Which completely threw off the rest of my tight schedule. The manager just said she was sorry and she would let the GM know. And that someone would contact me about this issue. Today is 10/08/26, and I have not received any email or call from them. My tip to Ulta is to tell your staff to be honest with a customers. Honesty and integrity goes a long way. I will never be booking at Ulta again, nor would I suggest that anyone else does. Go somewhere else where staff honors and respects people's appointments and time. Like Sephora.

Dr…read more Pearl is one of the few men I've met who is truly an artist and extremely gifted in his vocation, and I was positive that Dr. Ereso, even if he was good, just couldn't be as good as Dr. Pearl. However, I now realize that Dr. Pearl chose Dr. Ereso as a partner because he is. I am a 51 year old woman, who must remain competitive in my career here in the Valley. I just visited Dr. Ereso for the first time to have filler in my cheeks and lips. I wanted a "boost" to restore what my face has lost, but I did --not-- want to look like a movie star or Angelina Jolie. I wanted to look as good as possible, youthful if possible, and like my best self. I wanted a subtle change. Dr. Ereso listened and really heard what I was hoping for. He talked to me about the kinds of fillers and the places they would (and wouldn't) help achieve the results I wanted. He let me know as the process was done, what was happening and what to expect. He also let me know what I could expect in the next few days going forward. The office staff are also truly lovely, kind and good. They made me feel like one of the family and they also deserve a share of the glow in this 5-star review. I feel very beautiful right now as I'm typing this. Dr. Ereso is by a large margin one of the most thoughtful, observant, methodical, and technically…read moreproficient doctors I have met who is generous with his time and attention. However, the new nurse manager Jackie will be the downfall of the office and sink the business. She is indeed rude, condescending, impatient, and dismissive towards patients. She behaves as if she is the doctor, busting into the exam room without introduction with a demanding tone, cornering you as if it's an interrogation (why not look at the chart instead of acting like the patient is an idiot or imposter). She touches patients without consent and without gloves! It was very confusing as to why she was there instead of the doctor. She presented herself as a barrier, you must talk to her first and then she discusses your case with the doctor before he will come in. But, she doesn't understand or know anything about established patients AND is not pleasant to talk to! I do not know any office that runs like this. We come for the doctor's expertise, not for a nurse or office manager to take over the appointment. These steps add extra time to an already tight schedule. She has made a mess of the paperwork records; electronics glitch and she's added many forms and confusing steps, some contradict one another and do not flow or make sense. Solo time with Dr. Ereso would be a redeeming aspect of the office visit, but Jackie storms into that time as well. If the practice returns to being doctor-patient centered, then I'll reconsider a future review.
