When they opened I scheduled my next facial and was asked to pay $15/- more per facial as they had upgraded their machines and somehow I had to compensate them for those. I asked them not to use the machines on me and that we are in a binding contract and I would not like to pay hundreds of dollars more (I lost my job during covid and could not as well). I was told that would I rather see the spa closed down the spa totally in which case I would loose all the left over money. No amount of logic worked with the lady. Finally we agreed upon scheduling that facial, paying extra 15 for that facial and if I wanted she will reimburse the rest. After the facial, I asked her to reimburse the rest, to which she added that now that you are not in contract all the past and current facials will be the price + $30/- more. I ended up paying almost as much as the 10 package facial for less than half of the number of facials. It was wrong to break the existing contract and force the past customers to pay hundreds of dollars extra. I will neither recommend, nor go there again.

Due to…read moreboth of their dire mistreatment of me, I suffered from my lungs collapsing, neither of them telling me after surgery!!! I continued to have issues and for three days I suffered! I complained and was told it was due to the weight of my implants and my asthma!!! It was not!!! I went into cardiac arrest and suffered a pulmonary embolism and almost died!!! I am lucky to be alive and am so incredibly stupid for not suing both of them!!! I was too sweet and too scared of dying and could only think about trying to live, as a single mother, and felt so guilty for having an elective vain surgery, while recovering from my almost life ending traumatic experiences, which took almost a year to recover from!!!! Neither of them could've cared less!!!! They lied from the get go, they tried to cover up the fact that my lungs collapsed, and then they were less than concerned when I complained of trouble breathing just 72 hours after surgery!!!! DO NOT trust your life to this practice!!! You will regret it and you could very well DIE!!!! I am so incredibly grateful and lucky to be alive! 1 in 3 people survive what I have been through, not to mention the trauma of it all and the work isn't even that great. Choose another doctor after thinking long and hard about doing anything!!! I fully regret going here and wish I had of done even more homework than taking a friends recommendation and looking into them a little. Don't DIE because of callous, inept, apathetic, antiquated, untalented, horrible bedside mannered, selfish, narcissistic, entitled, misogynistic, terrible providers that need to lose their licensure.
