Especially since it was my first time getting russian manicure. The only thing is timing! This took about 3 hours vs my usual 1.5 for builder gel. I don't mind, but I wish I had a heads up, so definitely come prepared and plan your day around it. Also, booking is based on experience level and I chose a more junior tech, which is probably why it took longer. Next time I'd book with a higher master. I did get a small nick while they were cleaning my cuticle on one hand, which made me a little nervous, but they sanitized everything right away. They also started about 20 minutes late, but offered tea and chocolates which was a nice touch along with a gift bag since it was my first time at Yarco. Overall, amazing service and beautiful results. I already booked my next appointment and can't wait to see how they last!

Lily is my favorite manicurist, she's very professional and friendly and obviously skilled at what she does. She's wonderful at doing French mani/pedis and had the patience to do my acrylics as well. I recommend calling ahead and asking for somebody skilled in doing acrylics because I have ended up with a manicurist once or twice who didn't have the patience and rushed through it. I understand that not all salons do designs but based on the pictures and reviews I expected better. I also wish they had just told me it was not doable. I did note that the business is under review by Yelp because they suspect fake reviews and Im inclined to believe that is a fact. The whole thing took 1 hr and 40 minutes for a pretty bad result. The vibe was alright. Not fancy or anything but people were generally kind.and ultimately they only gave me a basic Gel Manicure with 1.5 minute hand massage.

Excluding from the messed up color, she did a good job on the pedicure itself. The trimming and clean up was okay but she was brushing my heels to get rid of the dead skin but she only did a few scrubs so after the appointment my heels was scratchy even tho it wasn't heavily dry to begin with. She def did not sand down the heels surface. Tbh, they seem a bit under trained since they both don't know where the polish goes. I've been trying a lot of salons and tbh I expected maybe a but too much? :(

I have a hoot at this place. The gal that does my nails has such a strange accent when she speaks English I can barely understand her, but I find it amusing and makes me happy. I love all walks of different ethic backgrounds in the Sunnyvale area, and the women here prove this. The owner (whom I can understand very well.) has the best sense of humor and her laugh is contagious. I get my nails done here, which by the way, I have very long nails and don't get acrylics, I get gel fills. They always look perfect and I enjoy picking the colors...there are so many to choose from. I just recently decided to get my eyebrows waxed there, too. The women who does my nails did my waxing..still couldn't understand her much, but her demeanor and smile is so great. Needless to say she did an awesome job on my eyebrows, they look awesomely groomed. I am definitely going back to get my hair cut and colored at Top Hair Nail, because their prices were so reasonable compared to other places I called. I have just moved to the Sunnyvale area, and this is my salon now. I always feel comfortable and welcome. I say good job to the owner and the staff. Keep it up girls. You are great. read more

I just moved here six months ago and I was desperately looking for a new salon for my nails and toes, then I found Top Hair-Nails online and I gave it a try and It turned out to be the best decision that I made ever since I came here to the South Bay area. I got to say this place is the best that I've been to and they do a fantastic job on my nails and feet. I receive lots of compliments on my nails and I could not be any happier. Moreover I have a very bad case of in-grown toe nails and noone before could make me feel any better after a few days. But this lady here, whose name is Helen, thankfully works magic on my in-grown toe nails and I feel so great for weeks like never before. She is very meticulous I am so happy now and I hope miss Helen will be here for as long as I live here. read more

This place is so well-equipped, neat and luxury. People are so friendly and customer oriented. I stopped at the salon late in the evening when I left from work and hurried to get my nails and waxing done, so I could be able to leave for New York in the mext early morning. Gosh! I couldn't expect more. The owner listened to my story and organized everything done perfectly in an hour which made me really appreciate. In addition, the owner is not only good at emergent tasks because she offered a wonderful time of service and relaxation when I brought my sister after I came home from the trip. I have become their regular customer. Moreover, if I have nothing to do on weekend, I just call for an appointment to come to the salon and get rest. I was referred by my friend to try this salon and I had the best experience here ever. The owner, Helen, is so nice and sweet. She knew exactly how I want my hair and nails done even-though I told her how picky I am. I was so impressed with the work she did and I think she's probably the best one around here. Even though the OPEN sign was illuminated in the window there was no person available to do a pedicure. The receptionist informed me that I would wait 5 mins until the lady arrived. In the meantime I soaked my feet in lukewarm water. 30 minutes later the woman turned up and my feet were like little pickles. She was rough with my feet, filing not only my nails but my skin. She was incredibly rude in general too. I would not recommend this place. Highly unpleasant experience. read more

This is one of the best salon that I have ever experienced in the bay area. Although I came to the shop without reserving an appointment, the ladies over there were very enthusiastic. They offered perfect services for my nails which made me so happy that I set up a schedule for my hair color on the following day. Helen is wonderful with CND manicures! She is also very accommodating with scheduling. Yes, the shellac manicure lasts beautifully for 2 weeks! I am happy with the service and the price.
