As I looked at the receipt, I noticed an extra charge and questioned it. Oh, she said, we charge a surplus charge of 3% for credit cards. I had cash. I have debit cards. It would have been lovely if someone mentioned this to a new customer BEFORE running my card! I'm new to the area. I'm used to a salon that is relaxing. Where there's friendly banter between stylists and customers. Where I always felt valued. There's a lot of salons out there. I'll keep looking to find one that treats me like I'm not a nuisance.

The next day I was in there and after a couple of hours - VOILA my hair was absolutely stunning! I had full foil highlights done- and then she applied what they call a GlaZe that was purple!
