I have always wanted lighter hair but was always afraid of the potential damage of this process. Thankfully, Jenny always prioritized my hair health! It took us 3 sessions to get to my current goal of VERY light blonde and through it all, Jenny did what was needed to keep my hair long and strong. It felt easy to trust Jenny with my hair as she explained everything to me along the way. She's also very open to feedback so I was very comfortable letting her know when my color goals changed. I also really appreciate how seriously the salon takes COVID-19 protocols. They do not permit walk-ins and do not double book so there is never anyone waiting for a session in the salon. The chairs are well spaced out and they seem to plan it so that not all the chairs are occupied to maintain more than adequate social distancing. At arrival, customer temps are taken and we're instructed to wash our hands before taking a seat. Each chair is immediately wiped down after each service and masks are required while in the salon. I think it's great that they do everything they can to make the customers feel safe.

They responded to my email within the hour and fit me right into my requested time with less than a week's notice. Adriana gave me an absolutely perfect 90s-style bouncy blowout, using only a hairdryer and a round brush, that held ALL night - I could not believe it didn't frizz up in the rain. Three days and a long plane ride later, and it's still smooth and wavy at the ends. My hair smelled amazing and had none of that hairspray crunch (though I know she used some). I was given a tour of the salon, which is lovely and clean and smells wonderful. Even got a few Aveda free samples which was so thoughtful.
