I was so upset and embarrassed so went to Jennifer for a haircut first- while there we discussed how she would fix my hair! The next day I was in there and after a couple of hours - VOILA my hair was absolutely stunning! I had full foil highlights done- and then she applied what they call a GlaZe that was purple! Super fun! I love the way it came out! I get so many compliments it's amazing! I feel better about myself and will continue to go back to Jennifer! She's a keeper! THANK YOU JEN!

Kiki did an amazing job! She magically turned my hair into the exact blonde color I always loved and tried to get in those other places. When I commented that it was shorter than I wanted it, he dismissed my concern by pointing out that it's only short because it was curly. When does a stylist not blowdry the hair to show the cut?? I left the salon holding back tears. When I came home I straightened my hair to get a look at the cut. Confirming what I had said, it was entirely too short- MUCH shorter than was discussed. I decided I needed to call and address my concerns- wanting no more than an apology and just to feel heard- instead I was gaslighted, he was literally saying I told him things that he was the one to actually say to me!- He essentially blamed me for my own bad haircut and overall had my concerns dismissed and once again minimized. His only solution was to cut it shorter- demonstrating how little he was listening to my complaint- because my complaint was that he chopped off all of my hair- why would I want to go shorter?! Next time, just apologize to the customer for any misunderstandings and try and find a way to move forward. Deceptive practice and just awful customer service.

I made an appointment right before the holidays and they squeezed me in. I know it was a busy time so honestly wasn't expecting an appointment but they said they had an opening. I didn't realize they were overbooking me with another client. When I got there they explained this to me and that they probably wouldn't have time for a hair cut or I could come back later for a cut. I was already there so I figured I had no other options. I got my hair dyed then was told to come back in 2 hours to have it cut. I wasn't even offered a blow dry service and it was raining. Because I didn't want to walk around with a wet head in the middle of winter and while raining waiting 2 hours to get my hair cut, I ended up going to super cuts to get my hair cut. What a crazy experience!
