They are so beautifully shaped--narrow, long, delicate, and elegant--and they look like the most gorgeous version of real nails. I especially love how feminine they make my hands look. Unfortunately, my experience was very different the second time around. I work in an office and spend most of my day typing, so I specifically wanted short, practical acrylic nails. When I explained that to Ken, he didn't seem very pleased that I wanted them kept short. I wasn't looking for long, dramatic nails--just something clean, professional, and well done. I also took advantage of the complimentary pedicure that was offered. However, my full set was completely finished before the pedicure even started, despite my nails being done on the spa side where the pedicure was taking place. From a distance, my nails look okay, but up close there are quite a few imperfections. The shape is inconsistent from nail to nail, some are noticeably thicker than others, and a few have a slightly bumpy appearance. The overall finish just wasn't as polished as I expected. On a positive note, the pedicure itself was excellent and I was very happy with that service. While I would consider returning for a pedicure, I will likely go elsewhere for acrylic nails in the future.
