Gigi is amazing!! I've loved my nails every single time I've gotten them done. Worth every penny!

I got the hard gel Russian manicure from Gigi. I appreciated her attention to the details - coming from someone who is very nit picky about her nails! It was an extra $20 for the polka dots overall I would recommend! read more

When I first started coming here, everything was great. The owner was very kind, and my first visits were positive. I came in for a medical pedicure, and the owner did an amazing job. Unfortunately, by my third visit, the quality of the work was not the same. A prosthetic that was done for me fell off after only one week. I contacted the owner, and she apologized by text and offered me 60% off my next service. When I returned for my next appointment, the experience became very uncomfortable. At first everyone seemed nice, but I could sense that something was off. When it was time to pay, I showed the cashier the text message from the owner regarding the 60% discount. The cashier went to speak with the owner, and the owner appeared upset and did not seem to believe me. I had to show the phone number and wait while they verified that the message had actually come from her. After they confirmed it was her number, I felt like I was treated very coldly. The owner gave me a stare that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I tried to speak with her, but she would not look at me. When I thanked her before leaving, she did not acknowledge me, say goodbye, or look up. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but the discount was offered to me directly by the owner in writing. I should not have been made to feel embarrassed or unwelcome for using an offer that was given to me. I was very disappointed because my earlier experiences had been so positive. Bottom line is DO NOT offer anything if you do not want to provide it to customers. Also be more discreet and polite since is your business. Now I will not comeback here it was a horrible experience to be treated with a cold shoulder when I did nothing wrong. read more

I had a good first experience and kept coming back... however my nails barley last 2 weeks, mind you the pedis are 200 every 2 weeks.. I really wanted to like it being a local down the street.. today I waited 30min after I booked just to be attended. They called me right at my appointment time to tell me they are running behind.. I continuously ask for a specific color or to simply do square and my toes are round and they do not help find colors rather tell you to find some as your inspo.. such lack of awareness, had such great opportunities but this was def my last time ever coming here. Save your money for a place that values its customers. read more

I am extremely happy with the results. I struggle with ingrown nails and they have done an amazing job. Not to mention that they are super nice and friendly. Really like the studio it's quiet and relaxing I love the big chairs for pedicures. read more

Came in with a 6pm apt walked out at 9:15!! Requested a hard gel French tip manicure on the phone when it was time to start the color nail tech said they close at 8 and probably wouldn't have time, then she said it was her first ever doing a French tip she was clearly not experienced some transparency when scheduling with someone in training would be nice. I was here for 3hrs as someone who has had Russian manicures in the past it has never taken that long my whole afternoon was gone and my nails did not meet expectations nail tech was very friendly but lacked skills and took way too long read more

It was a good first experience. The manicurist had me stretched out in a position that was uncomfortable and the manicurist that did my toes was nonverbal. Overall, I enjoyed the details despite it being waterless and no massage. I value the cleanliness of the work and environment. read more

I really wanted to love this place because the nail tech was nice. But unfortunately I did not end up with a good experience afterwards. My cuticles were extremely sore and cut up. I reached out to the owner of the salon with my concerns, she didn't necessarily offer a solution. She did offer to do my nails herself next time I come in. I considered giving them another try but decided against it after wearing bandaids on 3 of my fingers for a week. My cuticles were cut so much that it was inflamed and puffed up. I was told by multiple nail artists that I should never experience pain like that after a manicure. I hope this does not happen to others. read more

My first time getting a Russian mani/pedi and I'm back for more. Super sweet staff, friendly, offers a beverage (water, coffee, soda+.) Continued to check in with me during my service. VERY SANITARY! All tools were sterilized & individually wrapped. No one has ever been this thorough with my pedi & my toes needed that extra love & attention. New to town & found my new favorite spot after checking out 3 previous salons. read more

I'm a big fan of dry manicures and pedicures but I had a bad experience at this business. Showed up to my appointment a few minutes early and met a young blonde woman. She was not friendly and appeared to be having a bad day. An older woman shows up and they begin talking to each other in their language. The discussion gets heated and although I can't understand them the vibe is feeling awkward. The older woman seats me in the pedicure chair and tells me the younger woman will do my pedicure while she does my manicure. Ok no problem, let's go. As the services start the young woman is visibly frowning and seems to have trouble with the electric file. They start speaking in their language again and this time it's gets louder. Suddenly they switch positions and the young girl starts doing my manicure while the older one completes the pedicure. No explanation, no apology for the loud arguments happening in front of me. Definitely the weirdest and most hostile mani/pedi I ever experienced. I know it wasn't me and I know I will never come back here. 1 star read more

Love these ladies. I had found them on IG (ZEN NAILS) and I was originally skeptical because I hated my feet. But they are so amazing. Now I take the 1.5 hour drive to Sunnyvale for my pedicure. read more

Came here for a Russian manicure before an important business trip. The attention to detail and level of care were exceptional. My hands haven't looked this well-groomed, ever. It's a shame I don't live in the area, but I highly recommend this place for anyone who values quality. read more

I kinda want to keep this place a secret - but I'm not one to gatekeep. This place is GREAT. I had my first Russian manicure and pedicure by Kate and she did an AMAZING job. I can't stop looking at my nails! I truly appreciated how thoroughly she cleaned my nails and trimmed the cuticles (many salons don't do cuticle work anymore). My nails are so thin and brittle but not anymore! The products they use make my nails feel stronger and thicker - clearly they use only the best products here. This has become my go-to salon now - it's only Russian manicures and pedicures for me from now on. Kate, I'm a customer for life now! Thank you!! read more

Siviliya is that girl. I will never miss an appointment with her. And I have been going to this salon for a while. Her manicure lasts for 6+ weeks. I usually get a hard gel, wear it for embarrassingly long time, and grow it out to essentially get my own healthy long natural pretty nails with no acrylics. Chips? We don't know her. Breaks? Unheard of. The only problem is that my nails grow out too long because her work is that good. On top of all of that, she is the sweetest girl. Good vibes all around. I definitely recommend everyone to at least try a Russian manicure, it will be hard to go back. read more

I've been coming to this salon for over a year, and I always have the best experience. My manicure always comes out impeccable and the master Kriss is the best in the business! The atmosphere in the salon is always super cozy, and the instruments they use are always sterile. After getting acrylics for two years straight, my nails were extremely thin and damaged. However, after finding out about this salon my natural nails have been strong and healthy. I would recommend this salon to anyone as I always get so many compliments on my nails and how long they last! I love going to to Kris for a dry Russian mani/pedi. She is very sweet, professional, and focused on giving quality service. I had very cracked heels for the first time in my life and I did not know what to do with them. Lucky she fixed them right up and gave me the prettiest brown cat eye gel mani/pedi for my friend's wedding. I'm always happy to see her and her assistant is sweet too. Thank you again! read more

Great experience and love my nails! The Master did an amazing job. While I always get a square shape, the Master suggested I get a round shape since I have small nails. The owner Kristina is sweet and accommodating, she helped me schedule a same day appointment and also checked in with me during my appointment to see how I was liking the service. I think these are the most beautiful nails I've ever got done. Amazing dry gel mani and pedi by Siviliya and Olga today at Beautizen. I got french tips and I've been getting french nails for a long time and today was the most perfect one. I absolutely love this place. The team here is not only talented, but also genuinely kind and welcoming. My nails always come out looking flawless, and they really take their time to make sure everything is perfect. The space is clean, calming, and never rushed--it's my little escape during the week. Very uncomfortable seating situation. They can't switch to the other side of the uncomfortable chair as it is next to the wall. My hands took 2.5 hours and very very low quality. A second person helped who did a better job, but she left her client and was rushed. I believe she would have done a better job if she had time. And it is still absorbing lint and very ugly. My skin is wounded in multiple places and first person that helped me was continuously talking and huffing and puffing instead of focusing on doing a good job. Pedicure was okay! I paid $270 + tip for something I will be removing as soon as I can. They realized it does not meet my expectation and did not offer another service and even when I asked to remove one of them to redo it, they did not remove it. read more

Overall I had a great experience with Kristina. She was really nice and an amazing manager. But I do think my nail tech was a bit moody when I was trying to be nice and respectful. I never wanted to make this review because overall I did have a great experience but the nail tech Anna was a bit rude. Unfortunatly I was sick during that time so I did cough a bit and I apologize for that, but being in the chair for 4 hours..................... Never have I waited that long for a nail service for a french tip and "extensions". I think there was a bit of a language barrier, but overall Kristina helped more than Anna. Especially since anna didn't know how to do a french tip the way I wanted, but Kristina helped diffuse the overall situation while Anna was glaring at me from behind. I understand that no nail tech wants to hear that their client doesn't like the way something is, but I was trying to be very nice (since I never speak about how my nails turn out because I feel embarassed). The pricing was a bit outrageous especially since I had a conversation with Kristina on a price before hand. But came out to be $190!!! :/ A bit steep...... my nails do look good but damn. And apparently I got a 20$ off for first time....... Still seemed like a bit of a stretch. Not sure if I will be back, but overall Kristina was really nice. read more

Best Russian pedicure ever. For all of you that don't know what a Russian pedicure is. It's not like your traditional pedicure. There is no water involved and they use sanders to get all the dead stuff off your feet. My technician today was awesome. I should've took a picture of my feet before, but I don't want to scare anyone. Now I have the feet of a princess. Do you believe in miracles? Miracles really happen at this place. It might be pricey for some of you but if you think about it, you get a pedicure with long lasting gel polish that could probably go for a good two months. The way my feet feel, pretty fantastic. Don't be hesitant for your best looking feet of the season. Please enjoy the footy photos, you're welcome! read more

This was my first time coming here. I got a pedicure and I was surprised at first it was a dry pedicure, but I didn't mind! Very calm vibe and I didn't feel pressured to hold a conversation or make awkward smiles that I've had to at other salons. I will definitely be back! read more

First of all, over the phone I was told that the manicure / pedicure would be $118, but when charged it was $180. I was told there would be a small massage at the end, and that did not happen. I was also encouraged by the manicurist to get sparkles on my hands as they do not chip, and it has not even been a week, and they are chipping all over the place. I wanted it to look good for the 4th of July, but now I need to go somewhere else to fix them. I would NOT PAY the extra cost for this special type of manicure / pedicure. read more

I get to know about Beautizen through yelp. Immediately replied on yelp and on text messages as well. I went there today for my nail extensions. Kristina and Anastasia both are really good and helpful. Very good service and they know how to attend a customer. It took me three hours to get my nails done but it's worth it. The nails design i showed to Anastasia and she did so perfectly. The nail work she did is beyond my imagination. Highly recommend this place to my acquaintances. Reasonable price and the atmosphere of that place is also good. Very hygienic and the customer service is very good. Thank you so much for your service. The place is just 5 minutes away from my home.
