First off, the yelp map shows Beautiful Nails in an Alley which is NOT correct. For Redding, CA residents, they are in the small shopping center after Shasta Beauty School and before the old Lim's Restaurant building on Market St. Before you get to Miracle Mile aka Quartz Hill. My friend and I were made to feel welcome and pampered. The shop was clean, it smelled lovely and it was very peaceful. I would not go back. Went for a pedicure and he rushed through ii in 30 minutes. He did not files or cut my toenails, did not cut the cuticles. He took the nail drill do file my cute my down. When I asked if he was going to cut my cuticles, he said yes and faked it. Not worth it. Plenty of other places to go. read more

I waited over an hour and a half for a pedicure. I waked in and there was two people I'm front of me, so I decided to wait. Then two other people walked in after they told me I was next, and said those people had an appointment and needed to do them first. This was already after they told me I was next, and I had my feet in the water and everything. When my pedicure finally happened, the guy sucked. He cut my toe really bad with the file and ignored it. He kept putting alcohol on it making it really painful. The massage lasted maybe 20 seconds and was crappy.
