So I stopped in to check on prices and availability, and they were able to give me an appointment at 4:30. The shop was clean and uncluttered. The woman who took care of me was kind and responded quickly when the water in the foot basin was too hot for the sunburned top of my feet! She was friendly but quietly efficient. My toes and feet look wonderful and are happy to wear sandals again (with frequently applied sunblock!). I wanted a simple pedi with gel polish, and pricing was pretty close to what I'm used to paying at home. I will return before heading back to Michigan!

We came back at 12:30 after making an appointment when we first were there in the morning. We came for pedicures. Tina was the person who did my pedicure. She was okay. None of the staff were that polite. She wouldn't repeat herself if I couldn't understand what she asked. They had a decent selection of nail polish. Probably the best part was the massage chairs, though two thirds the way through the pedicure, Tina turned off the massage chair. After the fact, when I was looking closely at my nails, I noticed that she didn't cut my toenails evenly--which was odd. The pedicure was okay--not the best one but still okay.

This place is huge for a nail salon. With 30 nail stations and 40 pedicure massage stations I'm sure that even during the busy tourist season they can accommodate any crowd. They even have 5 pedicure massage chairs for tots with Disney decor! We were told by our friend to schedule an appointment with Kelly, so we did just that. Mom had tried gel nails at the last salon we tried and several nails had pieces chipped off. Kelly did her magic and removed the old polish and told mom she should allow her nails to grow out and heal before going back to gel nails. Kelly also massaged mom's arms and hands, which I am told is usual when getting your nails done. Since I'm a guy I'll stick to pedicures (with no nail polish). Surprise! We were offered a complimentary glasses of wine, tea, or water. Nothing fancy but still a nice touch.

Disclaimer first for all the white people that have reviewed this place and given it 1-2 stars because of "bad English" - wake up. The staff truly do try to speak English when they can, imagine if you came here as an immigrant and this was your job and people hate on your business just because you speak in choppy sentences... the customer service is NOT bad - they were pretty kind to me and my friend and offered us water/drinks, let me sit next to my friend while she was getting her pedi done even though I only got my finger nails, let us start our appointment early, conversed a little with us but not over the top/invasive and not ignoring our request Pros: - easy parking - seems like they're doing all the safety procedures for covid-19, sitting everyone at least 6 ft apart, sanitizing, everyone had masks on, glass shields at the manicure stations, etc. - okay pricing? my friend got gel toes + full set acrylic fill ins/color change + my gel fingers = ~$100 ish before tip, and check-in on yelp for 10% off - Inside vibe is super nice! - Pretty on-time appointment times adherence Cons: - I didn't see their prices posted anywhere, which makes me wonder if they charge people differently? - I felt like the quality of the work was alright, not bad but also not exceptional. My lady was super nice but didn't paint down to the edge of the nail on some of my fingers, I had to remind her to turn the gel lamp on, etc. Service always kind of depends on which tech you get right? Tbh this place kind of rocks for its location (like 5 mins from my boyfriend's parents place where we were staying), so I wouldn't mind coming back again.

I asked for square-shaped nails with a super natural, thin look -- and he nailed it (no pun intended). I did a dip on my natural nails. He was really detail-oriented, made sure he understood exactly what I wanted, and the end result was probably the cleanest, most professional-looking set I've ever had. They look natural but still polished, which is exactly what I wanted. I've been to a lot of salons, but this set stands out. Definitely recommend John if you're after precision, quality, and someone who actually listens.
