This place is horrible!! No custcustomer service!! I walked up and waited a few minutes since the lady had a customer. Another worker walked up and I asked her if the other location (around the corner from the center booth) was open, and SHE BLEW ME OFF! The customer that was already sitting in a chair had to tell her that I was asking her a question. So the worker turned around around and I asked her again, "is the other location open" she had the worst attitude and said "yes" while rolling her eyes at me! I walked away heading to the location around the corner. Signed in and sat down. They had two ladies on the seats and one waiting, made two with me. Another lady walked in, signed, in and sat down. They called the next person so the first lady got up and got in a chair. They called the 2nd person so I got up and sat down. The two workers started talking to each other (different language) kept looking at me and at the 3rd lady. I asked if there was an issue. One lady said that the 3rd customer was before me. I told them no I walked in before her. So I sat down. They continued to talk (different language) so I asked again if anything was wrong. They tried to play it off that it didn't matter who was first or second. I told her to check their damn sign in sheet and they could see that I signed in before the 3rd lady signed in! They just looked at me in disbelief that I stood up to their bullshit! Never in my life have I ever had such horrible customer service! Rude rude rude people!! First time I went there it was awkward. I had never done threading and thought they would explain me the process and would ask me what I wanted. Not the case at all! I think it has nothing to do personally why their customer service isn't that great. Maybe it's there culture to be quiet and not want to conversate ? Whatever the case is I'm not the type of person that likes to sit there and talk while I'm getting my eyebrows done etc.. So it didn't bother me. The only thing that bothered me is that the first time I went in while I was getting my eyebrows threaded the lady expected me to know where to put my hands on my face when she told me to "hold" ... Umm keep in mind this is my first time so I had no idea and she seemed irritated when I didn't know exactly where to hold when she asked me too! But besides that incident , obviously people like their work because everytime I go there they are busy!! But I just enjoy that even waiting doesn't take long because they know what there doing and they don't waste time. Even tho they are not friendly they have never been rude to me so I will continue to go back because I love the way my eyebrows turn out:) read more

There is a reason I get my eyebrows done, and that is because I couldn't shape my eyebrows to save my life. It is $15 to get your eyebrows done, which is pretty steep compared to other threading places in the area. There was only one woman working at the time, who didn't really talk to the customers. Once I sat in her seat she started working away without clarifying what I wanted. A friend or someone she knew walked in and they got to talking. I began to get nervous because this woman wasn't looking at my eyebrows, just looking at her friend but continued to tear away. When she finished she went to the register to ring me. She didn't have me check the mirror to make sure I was satisfied. My bad I should have checked the mirror without her guidance, because if I had I would have seen the long hairs she missed, that I got with a tweezer when I got home. There was also a small chunk of my eyebrow missing on my right brow, yikes! Luckily I grow hair like a cave man so it was only a few days before it grew back it, but yikes ! I so did not appreciate it. read more

Finally found a place that threaded eyebrows in the area. After living in the Middle East for over 14 years I find it's the best way to shape my eyebrows. I find the women gentle and they do listen to what you want. I am sorry that others have not had my experience. I do believe they want to please the customer. read more

I might have different expectations when it comes to beauty services, but I'm the type of "get-in, get-out" person when it comes to getting my brows done or anything like that. I went to their kiosk in the mall and the gal running it was on the phone in what sounded like a serious conversation, although it was in a different language so I couldn't really tell. The gal motioned to me to sit in the chair and she came up to me and just started doing her thing. She was on the phone for about two minutes into the process and when she hung up she did apologize, although it didn't bother me any. She was straight to the point and did a good job without even have to ask questions (I just needed them shaped up a bit). No bsing or small talk. The whole process took about ten minutes, my brows are now on fleek and I didn't even need an appointment. That's my kind of place! Definitely coming back. read more

I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 7+ years. When I moved to Reno I wasn't happy to find only one place that threads. beautiful brows is consistently the worst experience. Recently she cut my upper eye lid and my eyebrows were noticeably uneven means I'm never going to return. read more

OK girls you know how long it takes to grow out thin eye brows well mine were perfect just needed to be cleaned up a little. I normally go here to get them done and I usually get the same lady but this time I got a new lady and I felt she was working on my left brow more than usual but I thought maybe she was just getting all the little hairs then she trimed alot off. I looked at my eye brows when she was done and I started to cry my eye brows are so thin and the left brow is arched so much more than the right brow I looked her and told her I would not pay for she did to my brows she denied she did anything wrong.There was another worker standing by so I showed her, she told that lady she trimmed to much of my brow and told me I didn't have to pay for it. I left so upset never again will I go here. Please be careful with this place they have new people in here everytime and you might leave with uneven practically non-existent eye brows read more

I can honestly say that I have never experienced such atrocious customer service. Not only are they incredibly rude but they don't even ask you what you want. The two ladies spoke some other language to each other the entire time they were doing my friends and my eyebrows and did not even communicate with us. She pushed my head around and not gently I might add. And my eyebrows are way too thin. read more

The lady that did my eyebrows was more interested in her conversation with her coworker than my brows. She left me with literally no eyebrows. One was half the lenght of they other one and when I commented on it she said you have no hair there. Yeah no kidding, you took it all!!! I now have to walk around with barely any brows and to top it off they're uneven!!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I hate my brows now. First of all she was rude, didn't even ask what I wanted, was sloppy with her threading, and made my brows way too thin! I'm someone who has thick brows and I like to keep the natural but clean look to it, but now I feel like I have to fill them in every day. I have visited this location a couple times in the past and had to go back due to them missing a couple hairs. I continued to go because they would always fix with no problem. I visited today and let the lady know that my eyebrows were thin and that I just needed them shaped, like hers. She said okay and said we would need to go up a bit, and I said sure. I assumed going up a bit meant a small arch, but boy was I wrong. When she showed me my eyebrows they were so thin, I may as well not have eyebrows! I can tell she felt bad because she started filling in my eyebrows with a pencil, and even let me keep one of the pencils to take home. I still had to pay, and after leaving and thinking about it, I called back to ask for a refund. She didn't even understand what I was asking, and didn't seem to speak English too well. When I said "pencil", she then remembered me and said it was "not possible" to refund me because I supposedly agreed to thin eyebrows. I did not agree, and if she didn't understand what I was asking for my eyebrows, she should have asked for clarification. She said she would give me a discount when I grow my eyebrows out and to come back in on a Friday/Saturday when she is there. Yeah right, I'm never going back. Now I'm going to have to do arts and crafts on my eyebrows every morning until they grow back in. Shame on me for letting someone who could not clearly communicate to do my eyebrows...shame on them for not refunding when clearly they messed up. read more

It's true these ladies don't chat with you but I don't mind that. I have been back to this place 6 or 7 times and it has been a better experience then getting waxed every time! I have seen very picky customers come in and leave happy. I am not extremely picky but they have always done a good job and I appreciate that I don't have to explain what I want. They follow my natural arch and clean me up well every time. They are light handed and have only had one painful experience with them. I will be back! read more

This place should be called, bad brows. I came to visit family and needed to get my brows done. Mind you I have been threading my brows for over 15 years. I came here thinking these ladies knew what they were doing. Apparently I was wrong. Not only did they take all my hair off, they lady threading my brows got upset at me for not being happy with the work she did. I still got charge and it had been a month and my brows have not grown back. If you are picky with your brows and have full brows go else where you will be better off. read more
