I dropped my baby off and was picked up by Enterprise Rental and they drove me to the lot where I was given a car for the week. I was really missing my car so the week dragged on. On Friday, when I went to pick it up, all that waiting paid off. Rick's straightened and buffed out the front bumper, took out the rust on the passenger side door, repainted it and cleaned off the chipping paint on the rear bumper. In additional to all of that they replaced the hood ornament, cleaned the grime off of the wheel hubs and gave it an overall detailing. The results are nothing less than stunning. What an amazingly professional job they did. I don't think the car looked this good when I bought it. You can't go wrong with Rick's Auto Body. Their attention to detail is meticulous and their customer service is exemplary. You can tell by the lobby which is filled with motorcycles and the Blues Brothers statues that these guys are something beyond your typical garage. It's a place where they treat you car as if it were their own. No question in my mind, you have a customer for life.

I was called Tuesday of this week and told that my car would be ready for pick up today which which was less than a week after dropping it off last Thursday. They did tell me at first they would do everything possible to get the car back to me as soon as possible but parts deliveries can be unpredictable; hence, the original long lead time. They under promised but over delivered big time.They even detailed my car prior to pickup. Rick's is a first class company and an absolute pleasure to do business with. While some techs would have tried to make the repair on site knowing they didn't have the right equipment, Sean recommended a particular shop that could do the repair right and the made a phone call and got me an appointment that day! He does right by the customer and he is the most friendly and positive person to deal with. I have made a few followup calls on my situation and he has answered those call as well, with a great customer service attitude. Sean and his company are the right people to call for service on your truck. He really cares about the customer and fixing your issue!

Kyle tells me it's remotely managed and I'd have to drive over to the memorial drive business to get my answer. I asked if he could tell me if anything was available and he repeated I'd have to go to memorial drive but that one was available. I drive over and he's dealing with another irate customer who was told at another facility to go to this one for a rental that was not available once he arrived. After 20 minutes of being ignored I left. I reluctantly came back after running an errand and after he asked what took me so long to get there. I told him I had been there once already. He then tried to sell me anything but what I'd asked for. Turns out he didn't have anything remotely close to what I asked for available. What a waste this effort was. Stay far away. Prime is a much better option.

When I asked why it wasn't cleaned I was told it was "too cold out and the water would freeze", however there was an entire car lot of used cars as well as other RV's that were shiny and clean. I had been told on the phone that I could leave my car at the parking lot while I was away and would need to pay a fee for the parking. When I arrived I was told that I had to pay cash for the parking. I had requested ahead that the RV be "unwinterized" so that I would have water and be able to use the bathroom. When I was picking up the RV I was told that I needed to fill the water tank myself. I told them I was leaving right from there and had no place to fill it up I was told to do it at the camp ground I was going to. However- NOT to use the bathroom in the RV unit I had water. Seriously?! This was February mind you. So I asked where the hose was to fill the tank, I was told they didn't have one and I could "ask to borrow one at the campground" WHAT?! This is what I was paying for? I arrived at the campground late that night, of course no one was around and I could not get a hose or water. This was my first time renting or using an RV mind you. I was filthy from just getting out the cord to plug in the RV it had so much filth on it. The rear view mirrors were not even useable until I cleaned them. My daughter and I were so miserable we called the company the next day and initially were greeted with significant sympathy and desire to fix things. Within a very short time that changed. I was treated rudely and disrespectfully. I asked to have my car keys left for me to get my car as I would be returning that day instead of keeping the RV for a week and they refused to leave my keys!!! I couldn't believe it. I was so dismayed by this I sent a complaint to the company and asked for my money back I never received a response. STAY AWAY they are thieves and terrible business people!!!!
