Transmission same as when I brought it there, we'll except for the 900 miles they put on the car driving around all month... where are my valve covers you said didn't fit? Not in the trunk with the 2 dash speakers you were suppose to install, instead you pulled the door panels broke the clips and screwed them back on, what a hack! If you own a nice car don't bring it here, this place is no good! Can't wait to check the timing that you said you set... and thanks for installing the rear speakers crooked and with 4 of the 8 screws... could have done a better job myself and lesson learned do it my self next time or find someone that actually knows how to work on cars. read more

Was recommended to by a store owner. He was so serious when he told me how good this shop was. I just bought my car and was nervous because it was used. Russ checked everything out and didn't try to sell me anything. "Great buy" he told me. A month later something broke which could have cost over a thousand dollars. Doesn't matter as much whether they are a penny low or a penny high on price - what does matter is that I can trust their integrity. I went to Rollins Automotive on September 13, 2018 to speak with the owner Russel about doing extensive work on my 2004 Ford Expedition including suspension work, sway bar bushings, front and rear brakes, cruise control deactivation switch mounted on the brake pedal, transmission service as well as a oil change and tire rotation. Upon pulling up to the business I observed that there were vehicles parked all along the wall where the business was located. I parked my vehicle in a second row leaving plenty of room for anyone parked against the business wall to back up and and drive away. I also left plenty of room for Simmons Paving which was located to the left side of my location to be able to get large vehicles through. While trying to walk into Rollins Automotive I was verbally accosted by an employee of Simmons Paving who jumped off of a pick up truck and approached me in a threatening manner saying that this was the part that he liked best. This man followed me into Rollins Automotive screaming at me after threatening to use a piece of construction equipment to move my vehicle. This man continued arguing with me inside Rollins Automotive and I asked the female clerk if Russell was there. I asked this woman to get this man away from me however she refused to do so saying that he was a neighbor. I have know Russell for over twenty years and have done business with him in the past but I am appalled that any business owner would allow a customer to be verbally or physically attacked by anyone even if they are a neighboring business owner or employee. Russell did not even have the guts to come out to see what was going on however the commotion was enough to catch the attention of an employee who looked out the open overhead door when the Simmons Paving employee confronted me.
