I had a bacon and cheddar waffle warmed up to eat and it was perfectly filled with bits of cheddar and bacon and very balanced! Not greasy and a great light bite to eat. I also ordered a dark chocolate covered and matcha covered waffle to go. They had the perfect texture, a tad chewy (just how we like it) with a light coating of the matcha and chocolate. There are a few tables to grab a seat in their bright shop to eat and I saw they have a nice waffle menu for breakfast/brunch/lunch plus an assortment of other goodies to order like quiches, tarts, croissants and sandwiches. It was a calm environment and you can grab a seat by the window to read a book or work on your laptop a bit if you're coming solo. Of course you can also grab your standard coffee shop drinks as well to accompany your treats. Staff were friendly in answering my questions and it was a great first experience. I'll be back!

Their waffles are incredibly crisp and light, despite the amount of toppings on them. I don't know how they make them so they stay so resistant to going soggy. And despite the amount of whipped cream, ice cream and sauce on them, the waffle was always able to balance out the sweetness. Their waffles are just perfect balance of flavour and texture.
