Got delivery, had a coupon and had to call the restaurant to use it, even though we were ordering online. Delivery person did know we had paid via credit card and we had to show her proof. She was very nice about it, she just hadn't been told. The pizza and the breadsticks both had the cheese falling off. I ate a bit of it and didn't really like the taste. That's just a personal preference and other people may like it. The kicker of the whole experience was I spent the rest of the night puking. Not a good experience. I would have given three stars just for pizza I didn't care for and an awkward delivery, but puking rates zero stars. Unfortunately, that is not an option. read more

We've been going to Bearnos for quite a while and like 30+ years and never really had an issue with ordered pizza. They made it wrong. The manager at the Bearnos and Shepherdsville wanted to continue to argue over the fact that it was read to us correctly and it was made per what we requested which it was not. We requested mushrooms on half and no olives overall and extra cheese. It had mushrooms on half olives, covered olives on the other half where you can't even see really the pizza so many olives and eggs I guess it has extra cheese doesn't really look like it. The manager was very rude argued said she was going to call the cops on us because we said we were going to bring the pizza back very unprofessional and they lost a customer of 30+ years for their poor customer service. So where is I am highly allergic to olives I would not order that on any half or whole of a pizza but this manager yelled and was very very rude over the phone. We didn't ask for a replacement. We didn't ask for a money we didn't ask for anything we just called to complain that they made our pizza wrong and she was defensive from the minute. She answered the phone till she hung up the phone on us and threaten to call the cops if we brought the pizza back. read more

Overprice pizza that's not very good for one pizza would be $20 but at Papa John's Pizza Hut or others you would be able to get more don't waste your time here unless you wanna blow your money away. read more

It was so salty we were unable to eat it, We are on a fixed income so we are very careful when we eat out, We have eaten Bearno"s pizza many times and was surprised at the taste at this. Service was the worst.,pizza was LESS than expected. After waiting for about 40 minutes we finally asked about our pizza, the waitress informed us the pizza had burnt and they were making another. The Bearnos in Shepherdsville needs to review their web site pizza pictures to recall how they use to make Pizzas. On a recent carry out order my family ordered a large Moma Bearnos Special that we've purchased in the past and all were sadly disappointed. It was comparable to one chains hand tossed pizzas for one half the price. Don't mind paying for a good quality pizza but after this I won't be returning to the Shepherdsville Bearnos. read more

Yelp has the wrong location as they're located on the east side of Hwy 65. We stopped by here with a decent sized group as we were camping near by. Restaurant was nice and clean. Service was good and we were well taken care of for a group of 13. The Pizza bar was easy and convenient. The Pizza was average though. Crust was good but there was virtually no pizza sauce on any of them. It was a good easy stop for us, but definitely better pizza out there. read more

I will tell you my experience! That photo of the pizza doesn't do Bearnos any justice! When I order at other pizza places I have to tell them to make it look like the picture and of course I will have to pay extra for them to do so, but at Bearnos, I don't need to do that because the pizzas ALWAYS look better than the pictures! And the flavor is uncompareble! I have a great friend in Dallas that comes up frequently to stay with me and I ordered a pizza one night from Bearnos and he just could'nt believe it! Now, we have to get one every time he comes back! And wishes that they would put one in Dallas, Texas! So me being who I am can't refrain from telling him when I have a Bearnos pizza or send him photographs! Hahaha, I think he makes extra trips to Shepherdsville now just to get a pizza from Bearnos! read more

Ate here for dinner after getting the camper parked. Nice little shop, pizza was good, garlic cheese bread was a little lacking for price. Ordered the Mama Bearno and a pepperoni family special( $25). Kids liked the pizza (personally I like thick crust better). Felt cost was a little high, only reason for not giving 5 stars. read more

Ordered the stromboli steak sandwich & a house salad for takeout. Waited at the bar, beer in bottles. I took one bite of the sandwich.. It was Salisbury patties on a hoagie bun. Lunch buffet a great value. Salad bar had lots of options and everything was fresh. They allow you to make your own requests for pizza toppings on the pizza buffet. Toppings were generous and flavorful. Chrissy was our server. Very engaging and attentive. read more
