They told me I had to come back and show them the order before they'd start cooking anything else. I asked to speak to the manager because I was not interested in waiting any longer than I already had (let alone driving back to the store again) they put me on hold. I remained on hold for 17 minutes until I walked back into the store. I asked for a refund since the order was wrong and it all was cold now. They said they couldn't refund my order because it was placed online and they couldn't get it back on my card. They offered me a credit. HARD NO. The worker put me on the phone with the general manager, Melody. She was ZERO help and showed very little interest in making this situation better. Said I'd need to bring in documentation from my bank that I was charged for the pizza. If they made the pizza, clearly I paid for it. That is insane! I had to wait AGAIN for them to remake my pizza.
