The food came on the upper side of warm but I kind of expected that because of the 10 minute delivery drive. I would ask that you please include utensils the next time? It's very frustrating to have to hunt and peck for utensils while you're at a hotel that is observing the Covid restrictions. (Even if things were not restricted, you should include utensils on every order.) Too, when someone orders french fries, you might wanna put somewhere on the menu "would you like some catsup with that"?... another hunt and peck excursion. I love the coleslaw. The chicken tenders were plentiful and the Zaxby's sauce was terrific. Shout out to the doordash driver. He got here early and was friendly.

While we were waiting for our food We looked through the…read morebread window while someone (his name tag said Alex) was making more bread and they were eating something and it had got stuck in there teeth I'm assuming and he put basically his whole hand in his mouth to get it out and went right back to making the bread. Did not wash his hands nor did he have gloves on. I understand that the bread goes into an oven and gets cooked but that's not something I should see in a restaurant. I proceeded to tell an employee what I saw, and I don't know the employee told anyone about it, she could have told someone but I'm not sure so I busted to make sure someone knew through this review. And when he got done with the bread, he then was on a phone call in the back, walking around yelling on the phone. The food was very good but that definitely made us feel some type of way.

First visit a while back we waited forever for our food, my husband got home and we realized that…read moreitems were missing. We had to drive back to get missing items. Thought we would try it again last night. The AI ordering at the drive through is a joke. Actually took longer than if speaking to a human being that enters the order. Order was placed but didn't look correct on the screen & couldn't ask a question. So now I'm wasting time to ask the employee at the pickup window about what could've been fixed at the drive thru order screen. Only to find out that they were out of the mashed potatoes that we ordered with gravy, the green beans are an additional $5 (what?!?!), offered to opt for a different side so we picked Mac n cheese but oh "that's an additional $5 as well". At this point we are so frustrated that I just told them to cancel the entire order and we went somewhere else. If you want to use an AI program, it should know that mashed potatoes weren't available at that time and let me know. 0-2 at this location. Will NOT go back to try again!

Being home 24/7 I see a lot of commercials. I saw one for something called a Big Buford, their take on a Big Mac I guess. Sherry and I tried this place many years ago when we moved to Kentucky. Let's say we had a less than stellar experience with a burger that oozed melted yellow something and onions. But today (and maybe I have been inside too long!), the burger was hot and fresh with fresh lettuce and tomato and cheese. I savored every bite as if I were eating a Le Moo filet! It was really good. I can't sell my wife in going back - she had an equally disappointing meal in 2015 - but for me, I won't be so skittish about stopping in.
