Placed a delivery at this Jets location. Upon ordering they gave you three options of pizza. A brown pizza (regular crust basically), deep dish or thin crust. I was doing a large cheese and pepperoni anyways. So I went with a deep dish cheese and a regular brown crust pepperoni. The delivery was pretty prompt. 25 min so no complaints there. For two pizzas it was a bit over 30 bucks so pretty high when you consider you can get a super large cheese from bearnos and Medium pepperoni for just over 25 just right down the street. The large deep dish is basically just cheese bread with some sauce. Kinda reminds me of the cheese bread you get at gatti's Buffett but with sauce. It was just ok. The normal pepperoni however was very tasty. Kinda surprised me. I normally am a cheese over pepperoni guy but this one was killing the cheese. Maybe it was the style or maybe they just had a good flavored pepperoni. I'll probably check them out again when wanting to try a different pizza from my normal places. But I'll stick with a normal pizza or try the thin crust next time. Was not a fan of the deep dish. Place is solid though. I live somewhat close so hopefully I'll get a coupon mailer or something to make the prices more adequate for the amount served. read more

This was our first time ever ordering pizza from here and it was a great experience. I ordered via text and it was easy. I ordered two 8 square deep turbo pizzas and they both were delicious. Last week Friday, I ordered 2 pizzas. I ordered and paid online. I had a call from the store that the payment did not go through, despite showing up on my account. The store continued to run it 2 more times. So now I've paid approximately $145 for two pizzas. The young man at the store was combative and degrading to the point of saying "we will not deliver pizza that you haven't paid for"....despite $145 in charges. Here we are nearly a week later and I still have $90 in charges. Corporate has been minimally helpful as they keep saying that it will be resolved tomorrow. The store manager called and left a message that the card machines had gone down last week and they were working on it. So....why can't they credit me back the money? jets pizza is a scam. Not to mention....I have never asked for a full refund. I'm only asking for what they wrongfully took. read more

They don't seal the boxes so any delivery driver can breathe on your pizza. Because of COVID-19 it's extremely irresponsible not to seal the boxes. It's a as simple as using household tape. I bought a gluten-free pizza and it caused an allergic reaction. I called to let them know hoping they could be more careful in the future. I was told by the manager that gluten free pizza wasn't a guarantee. The manager went a bit crazy yelling at me for absolutely no reason. During their tirade they made numerous excuses and always stating that it wasn't their fault. They even said it was the DoorDash delivery driver that infected the pizza with gluten. It was a completely absurd conversation. I just wanted to let them know their pizza cause an allergic reaction so they can take the proper precautions. So in the future other people aren't hurt or hospitalized because they eat gluten-free pizza that wasn't properly prepared. Providing products for people with allergies isn't like horseshoes. You can't just get close enough, it needs to be exactly right. Some people will be hospitalized if they eat the smallest amount of gluten. It's not a thing about people being picky or wanting to follow the new health craze. Some people are actually allergic to wheat. read more

Oh my! How have I never had this before? Scrolling through Yelp reading reviews etc and I come across one that sparKs my interest and talks about delivery and deliciousness! I'm sold we are going to try it. Go all through the website finally decide - it's like an hour later! Delivery said 45-an hour OK we can do that. Lmao they don't deliver to my area! So that was out yet again. 2 days later and we made it there for a pick up! Ordered online and headed that way. It was hot and ready to go. Grabbed a bottle of ranch too! We love thin crust but decided for the first visit we would do the all meat large hand tossed with the turbo crust and the turbo stix. It was so yummy. The stix were soaked in butter and so delicious. My husband is not a crust guy and he ate all of his! I took advantage of the Cyber Monday special running today and I'm glad I did. It was 41% off and though I'm not too sure how they came up with that as the discount, I knew I wanted some pizza to lighten up my dreary Monday. Ordering on the site was easy enough and I loved the option to get my pizza well done. I like a crispy crust and golden brown bubbly cheese, thankyouverymuch. I threw in an order of honey bbq boneless wings because why not? The site said my order would arrive in about 45 minutes but it actually arrived in 30, so that was great! I'm quite impressed by the quality of the pizza, which reminds me of the Sicilian style square slices I enjoyed back in Brooklyn. The crisp on the bottom of the dough is just right. The balance of cheese to sauce to pepperoni was just about perfect. I was stuffed after one corner slice but... I had to have another just for, you know, "review purposes." Anyway, the pizza is good. The boneless wings are...boneless wings. You can eat them but they're just a distraction from the pizza. Well I went by jet's Pizza for the first time yesterday. I've always been wanting to try it for a few years now just never made my way over there so I went to this location here in Fern Creek got surprised when I walked in there is not a dining place it's just a shotgun hallway and you just go up to a little counter and order think luckily I put in my order to go on their website. anyway got it took my order a really nice guy friendly said yes sir have a good day all that so appreciate that I ordered the eight peace deep-dish pepperoni With turbo crust. took it back home my daughter and I busted it open and I was pleased by the way it looked I'm ready to try it I'm not usually the biggest fan deep dish pizzas because it's so much bread. But I ate three of these slices so I really enjoyed it kind of has a garlicky taste in it I don't know if that's the turbo crust we're not but I threw those slices my daughter ate 1 so we were happy I'll give it a 4 out of 5 and I will be back. read more

Don't expect to get all the items you ordered and paid for with delivery. And expect that after calling the store about the missing items for it to take in excess of 45 minutes for them to have the driver finally get you the rest of your order... while your food gets cold in the meantime. read more

Everyone I work with loves jets and orders it often, but I just don't. I mean it's ok pizza, and I like that all of the pieces can have super yummy caramelized crust, but the rest of it I'm just not a huge fan of. The dough can also be super gummy at times. It's so nice to have different options besides Pizza Hut and Domino's and Bearno's. Their deep dish has a wonderful crunchy crust and you have options to customize the crust as well as the pizza. If I could it would be zero. I have tried the store to say I was treated rudely would be an understatement. I have tried corporate and they said nothing they can do it is a franchise store. 1) ordered a 4 square on line At 6:12PM on January 8,2022. 2)(2nd mistake I put the tip on the bill when I paid. Online order via email said would be delivered approximately 6:47PM. 3) At 7:12 I called to inquire when it would be delivered. This is when it started going downhill. I was told in an irrritated voice that my pizza had been out for delivery for 30 minutes and that the driver had more than just my pizza to deliver and the roads were bad. They were not bad. At 7:45(approximately) I called again. This time Kendrick answered the phone, put me on hold and a man who did not identify himself proceeded to tell me it was my fault. He said the driver knocked on tgg he e door (interesting that my Collie who can hear plastic on a slice of cheese didn't hear the knock). Then he said they called my phone. They didn't. No missed calls and no messages. So they left my pizza on the open concrete of my front porch. When I said I wanted my money back and termed the call.... He says next time answer your phone!! Both of those stars are for the service. They're always very friendly and the food is ready faster than they estimate. However, I really can't stand the food. I've tried it four or five times since they opened, giving them more chances and trying different dishes and flavor combinations, and it just doesn't work for me. On my most recent visit, I had a gift card. I ordered what I hoped would be a recreation of a pizza I like from a different restaurant. It just didn't do anything for me. We also got bread and when it came time to finish off the leftovers, I didn't want to revisit the pizza, and decided to just have bread instead. I ended up giving up on that, too. So I can't recommend Jet's unless you already know you like their pizza. Are they friendly? Yes. Will you get your food quickly? Yes. But I don't think I ever want to taste it again. read more

Failure to supply me with a light sauce pizza that was requested several times while I placing this orderand and notify manager when the first bit was taken and he try to blame me for the employees era and kept my money and reject to call me back after I report this problem to corporate one week later. So if you are okay with playing a flip of a coin game with your food and money this is the place for you. Average take away pizza. We ordered a party size (30 pieces) recently for about 8 people. Their deep dish style is what they are known for. I've found that their pizza doesn't last long (gets hard sitting in the refrigerator), so this isn't pizza that you want to order too much of. They are a good chain and this location has a very helpful staff. Four stars for the staff and three for the quality of the pizza. read more

I decided to brave the snow storm on Valentine's Day Eve to get myself a heart shaped pizza because I seriously wanted one! I ordered online and it gave me an estimated pick up time and I got there about five minutes after that time because of the craziness on the roads. My order consisted of a heart shaped pizza with jalapeños and pepperoni, an order of boneless honey BBQ wings, and a small salad with ranch. When I arrived I was greeted by friendly employees and it seemed as though they were busy with deliveries because several of their delivery drivers were coming and going as I arrived. Goodness. Who orders pizza for delivery when the weather is that bad (although I shouldn't have been out in the Storm myself...)? Anyway, online it had said my total was almost $30 ($26 or $27, I think) and when the girl at the register cashed me out, she said it was only $21...hold up! I told her that was way cheaper than online. She said that you should ALWAYS call to order because it is cheaper for whatever reason (sometimes they have deals in store that they do not have online). Already, I was super pleased about this. Awesome! So they told me they just had to prepare my salad and I could be on my way. I had a seat and waited for maybe three minutes and it was done. Upon arriving home, I found my wings in a little baby pizza box wrapped in foil to keep them warm. My pizza looked DELISH and was SUUUUPER spicy (which was awesome). It was pretty small, however. Enough for one hungry person to devour (which was great because it was only for me LOL). The wings were some of the best I've ever had (although I haven't had wings from too many places, these left me licking my fingers and wanting more) and were awesome with the ranch they gave me for my salad. The ranch came in a pretty big cup and was plenty for both my salad and my wings! My only complaint is that my salad only had three cherry tomatoes. I kid you not haha. Literally 3! Third strike and your out. Despite raves, my reality here is terrible food at high prices. First time picked up a pep pizza and the sauce was off with not enuff pep to really be called that. Unfriendly staff preoccupied with their own stuff. Next time had it delivered- spongy pizza and wings so small they should be called veal wings. Tonite had calzones--they call them boats. Basically microwave heated mozarella cheese with lousy sauce again. Most of their food has gone in the trash...being generous with one star. read more

Was going to order online and it wouldn't accept my address so I had to call. I ordered the Duo (small pizza/small breadstick (maybe it was cheese sticks)) and a 2-liter. When I asked if they had just drinks or if they offered 2-liters the only response I got 3 times in a row was "yes, they have Pepsi products." Which didn't answer my question at all!
