If you are LGBTQ+, or any shade of brown, do yourself, family and loved ones a favor by going with another company. We made several maintenance requests, and they were all met with skepticism. When the thermostat stopped working, she asked us if we knew how to use one, and perhaps we needed to Google it. We went a month without an oven (working stove top), and a week without either, but Lola offered a toaster oven, "in case we wanted to make biscuits" (we moved from Georgia). We notified her of animals in the attic, and for MONTHS her response was to use snap traps, which we did, to no avail. When she finally sent an exterminator, we discovered the problem included bats in the attic, mice in the walls, and rats under the house. When the garage door ceased to work, we were again told to Google the issue. When we moved out, we discovered that her 'move out inspection lady' and her 'cleaning lady' are the same person, which is clearly a conflict of interests. How honest can this person be in her 'move out inspection' role? I strongly suggest avoiding Lola Traylor if you want a positive rental experience.

Her…read morecommunication was excellent throughout the entire process, and we always felt like she genuinely had our best interests in mind. Terri went above and beyond what we expected from a realtor. She helped us find reliable contacts for repairs, worked with us through every issue that came up, and even made concessions on her own compensation and shared certain costs with us to help keep the transaction together. It was very clear throughout the process that doing right by her clients was her priority. We also dealt with some very difficult and, in our experience, unnecessarily confrontational interactions with the buyer's representation. Terri handled those situations extremely well. She remained professional, stood up for us and our interests, communicated clearly on our behalf, and continued working toward solutions even when negotiations became frustrating. Selling a home can be stressful, especially when unexpected issues come up right before closing, but having Terri representing us made a huge difference. She was responsive, patient, resourceful, and willing to work alongside us every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with the way Terri Juergens represented us. We would absolutely work with her again and would confidently recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, land, or property.
