    The venue: absolutely gorgeous! The employees: very disappointing. I came here on a whim, bringing my pup as I do every winery I can possibly find! Before bringing the pup inside I asked an employee if dogs were allowed and she said no problem. I went to grab my pup and came back inside. Another woman angrily came out of the kitchen, aggressively telling me that I was inconsiderate to come into a place we're food was made with an animal. I awkwardly stated that someone had told me dogs were allowed and she just said "nope, they aren't". It was really embarrassing and I sheepishly went outside red faced... I didn't even want to go back inside but my friend and I had driven for a bit to get here and the view was gorgeous, so he went in and ordered and took pictures for me as I waited outside awkwardly with my pup. I didn't get to do a wine tasting which was sort of the whole point of coming. I would love to get married and stay in the cabins here as it was picture perfect, as long as I didn't have to deal with that rudeness again..

    Visited bear creek for our one year anniversary and it was the perfect place to celebrate! Super cute and friendly staff. The wine was wonderful and went great with the "kitchen sink."

    Another Great visit - Relaxation just off the Branson Strip…read more - - - - - - - - September, 2025 Visit Short Summary: Great property near everything yet can and relaxing. Located on the Yellow Route and close to Reza Theater, the Titanic, and about 15 minutes from Salt Lake City- - -Additional information : My wonderful wife planned a getaway to Branson Labor Day weekend 2025, and we had a great time. Each time we've visited, we have stayed at Willow Ridge. We have typically been in rooms near the pool; this trip on the 5th floor with a view away from the pool, to the south. We hadn't realized when we scheduled the trip, but this 2025 Labor Day weekend, Branson hosted the US Navy Blue Angels for the first time, and we could see the show from our balcony - wonderful! - - - The property - - - Three buildings; 5 floors apiece. You can see the Branson Strip (Hw 76) but you don't hear the commotion. To the south is a great view of the Ozark hills.- - -The room- - -The rooms are standard MVCI / Marriott Vacation Club rooms:- 2 bedrooms, one king and two full sized beds- 2 bathrooms- Laundry- Kitchens with servings for 8 and all the utensils you need; refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave and coffee machine.. with coffee available; just ask housekeeping for more- Patio table and chairs with a view- nice!Recommendation: bring a Bluetooth speaker for music.- - - Activities- - -In the main building there is football, ping pong / table tennis, an exercise room, a place for kids to have fun, and more. We spent most of our time at the pool; there are hot tubs. We also played a round of disc golf - this seems to be a simple course, but it does have surprising challenges; more MVCIs should have disc golf like Willow Ridge does!- - - MarketPlace- - -The MarketPlace is in the lobby; is a smaller shop. For more groceries, go to Rhodes Price Chopper, in the same parking lot as Walmart: ... leave the Marriott, and turn left/east on the Yellow Route ... at Green Mtn Drive, Yellow Route turns right/south; continue straight on Green Mtn.     No Frills, No Complaints -- Perfect for a Branson Overnight…read more We were in town to catch "David" at the Sight & Sound Theatre (absolutely incredible, by the way), and all we really needed was a clean, affordable place to crash for the night. The Branson Ozarks Inn, now operating as a Days Inn by Wyndham, fit the bill perfectly. Location was a huge win -- the theatre was just a few blocks away, so we didn't have to deal with any hassle getting there. Check-in was quick and painless, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming right from the start. Is the place a little dated? Sure. But you can tell they're in the middle of making upgrades, and the effort shows. Our room was clean and comfortable, which is really all that matters for a one-night stay. We also appreciated the outdoor seating area -- a nice little touch for winding down after the show. This isn't a luxury resort and it doesn't pretend to be. At around $80 a night, you're getting solid value for your money, especially with how close it is to the theatre district. We'd absolutely stay here again next time Branson calls us back.

I booked this room well over a month ago and requested a very clean and quiet area room on the 1st or top floor. They did not have either and put me on the 3rd floor. I checked in for a five-night stay. I woke up on the second morning with bedbug bites all over my upper body. I informed the front desk, and they checked the room and found an infestation behind my headboard. They moved us from room 310 to 424 and took one night's charge off our bill. I asked for and got an incident report from the front desk and filled it out. The following day, I went to get it signed and was very rudely helped(?) by the Assistant. Mgr. (Kimberly Dixon). She grabbed the form and scribbled on it so hard that it ripped the form, and she just tossed it back to me. I decided to cut our trip short and check out a day early. Now, after I got home, I checked my credit card account, and they charged another $219.20. I immediately called the hotel to see what the additional charge was for. The front desk person I talked to said she did not know and to call back the next day to speak with the manager. A few minutes later, she called me and said the charge was for damage to the headboard caused by rubbing alcohol. I called the assistant manager the next day, and she said the same thing. She said that I sprayed rubbing alcohol on the headboard, damaging it. I asked her how she knew I sprayed alcohol. At first, she said she had a video recording of it, and I asked her if the hotel was recording my room. I asked her multiple times if my room was recorded. Then she started to change her story, saying that the housekeeper watched me spray. No way that happened since I always have the do not disturb sign on the door. And then she changed her story yet again that the housekeeper said that the headboard did not have any spots on it. She then stated that there would be no refund of the $219.20 and then hung up the phone. I came face to face with the manager and other desk personnel daily, and no one bothered to ask how I was doing or if I needed additional care. I have never suffered from bedbugs in my life, but I am still suffering from the itching and inflammation with mentally and physically exhausted from the entire experience. This is absolutely unacceptable and will not pay the $219.20 without any proof.. I have suffered, and this has caused me to shorten/ruin my trip. The managers and front desk personnel are very unkind, rude, and unprofessional. The appearance of the hotel is below Hampton Inn's standards. Would put -Stars if I could.

But in the morning, KIMBERLY D really helped me out when I needed to switch hotels from Branson, Missouri to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Since I'm staying here on personal time and on Hilton Honors points. She allowed me to cancel my 2nd night and refunded my points since I checked out before 11am. She helped me out big time and made my stay pleasant. The area is super nice and clean. Though this hotel needs some updating in the room... it's not too bad... but the customer service makes up for it. 5 stars for a mediocre room should say something... because KIMBERLY D is a true professional

I especially appreciated that the outlets were located in convenient places around the room, which makes a difference when traveling with phones, chargers, and devices. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the room comfortable all night. The common areas were also clean and well maintained. The lobby had a welcoming feel, the indoor pool area was bright and inviting, and the breakfast area was organized and easy to use. Breakfast was decent, and I was pleasantly surprised to see they offered a turkey sausage patty in addition to the regular breakfast items. One thing worth noting is that they no longer keep coffee makers in every room as part of their sustainability policy. Instead, they offer fresh coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day. It means a little extra walking, but the sign explained that it is part of their effort to reduce single-use waste, which I can appreciate. Also, the front desk can provide a coffee maker if requested. The only minor issue was that the downstairs beverage machine did not have a water option because that feature was broken during our stay. We called Hilton Promenade and spoke with Heather H., and I cannot say how thankful we are for her! We wanted a washer and dryer and a little kitchen like an Airbnb would have, but I didn't have expectations of this at a hotel. After our call with Heather H. inquiring on availability, she had sent someone to make sure that the type of room we wanted was available, (we were happy just to have a bed at this point), and it even has a spa tub! The hotel has been remodeled with the nicest finishes, and has that extremely clean feeling that you want. The convenience of a kitchen and washer/dryer unit in the room we're staying in makes me never want to use AirBnB again! At 2am we rolled into the hotel and were greeted by Heather H., who went out of her way to help us get settled quickly (she even helped load the rolling cart!) You never see that type of customer service anymore. 15/10. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. We extended our one night stay to 3. Heather H. and Hilton Promenade made our trip from, you know, into a relaxing getaway seamlessly.
